Some employees spend too much time chatting to customers instead of closing deals. Wasted almost 30 minutes to find someone who can assist us. Had to ask a vendor for help in locating someone who can open a case for me. Business could use an OD intervention in my opinion.

Why day after day is this location NOT taking calls..I think that getting with the customers and talking and answering questions would be important to a business .... What happens when someone that doesn’t have access to a vehicle has a question ???I’m very much put off now by Best Buy....

I went to Best Buy to look at computers for my daughter for college. The staff as wonderful and the sales man really took the time to explain to me what gigs and rams and other things I don’t understand that she will need for her computer. I was looking at the high end lap tips and he said for that she will be doing on the lap top she didn’t need all the features from the high end computers. I have purchased my lap top from this store and their Geek Squad people are fabulous. Great customer services all around.

Walked in recently and wanted to buy a new 4K 120FPS TV as well, so I did...the floor guy helped find what we needed!! -Samsung QLED 65 Q80A is paired nicely with the SeriesX console!

Always happy to help you find what you need. Price matching so you never pay too much. Usually have what I need on hand. Store is well kept and clean. The display electronics are not broken. My 6 year old always finds some toy that she has to have which of course means I need a toy too.

It was dirty, picked over, and cluttered. Spent 25 plus minutes in game section and the only employees I saw walked passed me laughing and talking, with no acknowledgement that I may have a question. I used to love this store, but if your looking to be seen and dont want to go out of your way to be, I suggest you go somewhere else... 😕

One of my favorite places to shop has turned sour. An employee, Bryce, was dismissive, rude, unhelpful, and rose his voice towards two customers. It will be a long time before I go in there and spend 1000$+. I would recommend shopping for tech. elsewhere.

Terrible customer service with the lady thathelped us buy our tv today. Didnt bother getting on her walkie to ask them to have our tv ready, when we were just gonna run to lowes to get some straps what easier for her i suppose nothing to help someone buying for the company you work for. I made the mistake of asking her if i could borrow some scissors to cut some straps. Nope. No effort what so ever to help in anyway. Spend all this money on a tv with them for their worker to be so unhelpful. So disgusted on her lack of effort.

Considering it was one of the busiest days of the year for them, every employee conducted themselves in a very professional and friendly manner which, on a day like that, is no small feat. Went in looking to spend a bunch of money on electronics. Needed a TV, headphones and surround system. Absolutely zero help in any of the departments. Walked around looking for the blue shirt crew and no one to be found. Another customer mentioned they have been waiting for a while as well. Ended up leaving without anything.

Great help and friendly service! I went in the middle of the Christmas rush and I still received great support from staff members. I wasnt rushed and the associate assisting me even took the time to compare devices and try on smart watches for me. Thank you again, this service is what will keep me coming back and I recommend others to as well. It is worth noting that the same item was available closer to me at Target, but I prefer the overall experience and knowledge I get at Best Buy.

Found a great price for a laptop I was looking to buy. Comparable units were available elsewhere, but a sale price saved me $50 on a unit that suited my needs on the low end of the spectrum. One star lost for there not being much sense or signage to their floor layout. I was seeking a micro SD card and could find only 1 in like 4 sections searched, which was low capacity.

Trying to get ahold of them is basically impossible! Especially when you live 100 miles away and need to know if an appointment is needed to enter the store! 45 minutes each time we had called just sitting on hold! I can basically whistle the hold song they have there note for note!

Amazing service, my friend was able to purchase an iPad pro and pen quite quickly and easily. The workers were very polite and didnt stare, which was a feat in itself since I have blue hair. The front worker was cute and the bathroom mirror is phenomenal. 9/10 would go with a friend again.

Never even got in the storeKhristina was the greeter at the front door., With an attitude not sure what her problem was I understand covid-19 but she picking and choosing how was going the store. This shouldnt be her decision , It was frustrating to watch as people were walking away from the store instead of being introduced and welcoming to the store she isnt the greeter that you want at your retail store.She stood in line and talked with one gentleman about his phone before allowing the next customer to advance. She had a very snobbish attitude which made it very unpleasant for being there. Wont go to that Best buy ever again.

Will not shop from this one again.I have been a best buy credit card holder for almost 10 years. Both of my daughters are authorized users and I recently added my son in law 3 years ago. NONE of them have had physicals cards. They show their ID and type in my social and purchase is good. 4 years ago my youngest daughter graduated with her first masters and I gifted her a Mac book pro over $1000, she went showed ID, used my social transaction complete. The very next month my now son in law purchased one as well his was $1600. Same way/ method of payment- no card in hand. Over the years and in different states Illinois, Texas, Georgia and even Hawaii purchases have been made the same way and at least always around $1000 or more. Fast forward to yesterday. My youngest daughter visiting her grandmother in North Dakota goes to best buy to purchase a $50 echo dot the same way she has ALWAYS have and was told she could not. She calls me confused and now Im upset. Because my mother would never be able to set up the dot and register it herself. Had it not been for just 2 weeks ago not even when my youngest daughter sold her mac book air back to best buy and then purchased another one that was over $900 without having the card. Had it not been 1 week after that she went back to another buy best and purchased an apple watch that was over $200 without a problem. You would not be reading this post. $200 has been the least amount we have ever charged to my account and my children have NEVER been told that they needed to have a card in hand to use my/our account. Im sure they could see shes an authorized user, and for $50!!!! Really? Thats their policy!!?! I think its more to due with her SKIN COLOR NOT MATCHING THE MAJORITY OF THOSE WHO SHOP AT THIS PARTICULAR BEST BUY. I cant think of any other reason. She has purchased 2 top of the line Iphones, last year a $700 iPhone watch( she didnt like it and returned) 2 mac book pros, without one single issue. But for a $50 dot.... She needs to have the card. No YOU need to treat everyone the same regardless of skin color. I am sure if she looked like the majority of the people who shop there...you would not be reading this post and my daughter would have not had to be reminded that the color of her skin was an issue in Best Buy in North Dakota.

During COVID crisis they bring out your order to you. That is fine and dandy but the parking lot is a mess to figure out where you have to park so you get some service. I watched as two other people got there after me before I decided to park in front of the front doors and try to just walk in and get my order. Went to do a trade in on a Samsung gear s3 watch. What should have taken 5-10 minutes took close to an hour. Return person seemed unsure. Entered in my info then lost it. Then told me the s3 wasnt eligible for a trade in but had the Return info available just a few minutes before. Had to tell her to look under samsung gear s3 then she found it. Not impressed.

Normally I would rate best buy pretty high, but there aggressive approach on wearing masks for the covid situation is extremely out of line, but at least they give you a mask and dont make u buy it( the weakest form of paint mask cant be doing a whole lot)...however a lawsuit is waiting to happen as i saw them tell a person who claimed medical wear a mask and even thermal checked a lerson who looked just fine....too far best buy too far

Wonderful experience with Best Buy Customer Service phone line. I wanted to change details on my online order and called over my break at work. There was a long wait time to speak to a person, so i chose the option to be called back when it was my turn. I was at my desk and unable to answer when i received the call back, but Best Buy proceeded to call me back TWO more times until I could pick up and handle the call. I was able to speak with a person immediately upon answering. Very Impressed!
