Aldi was not crowded and I found all I w looking for. Everyone was friendly.

I didnt want to rate this because the employee who checked me out was awesome and overworked. She was the only cashier the whole time I was there until the last minute. Her hands were flying and she was doing the work of three and still the lines were backed up. Why didnt someone come to relieve her sooner? And the person who came out, finally, (I think she was the manager) was going so slowly that it didnt even seem like she was there. The lines had been backed up the whole time I was there. I told her my sons girlfriend had cried all the way home three days in a row because she was so overworked at Walmart. She said she would probably do the same thing on the way home. I am going to do something next time, maybe even ask everyone behind me to wait five minutes so she can get a break. Please dont overwork these good employees. Come help them out and really push yourself as hard as they do! Rant over.

I just love Aldis. They have great foods and have increasingly added some variety to offer more and more of the foods I like to buy. The prices are better than most stores and once you get accustomed to bagging your own groceries and bringing in your reusable bags (or buying some from them), everything goes smoothly. The store is small enough not to be overwhelming.

If the cashiers at checkout at least pretended to be happy to be here, it would make a huge difference.

Little cashier thats in there right now was so rude! Literally would not let me pull the buggy away from her to put my things in my bags. She made it harder on me. I had to rush to load my stuff into my bags as she is ringing up the next customer and putting their items in the same buggy! Terrible customer service!!! I will be going to the Trussville location from now on.

Best grocery store ever. Clerks are miracle workers at how fast they check people out. Prices are great. Love the products and produce. Produce , a while back, used to be a little iffy, but now its always fresh and great

Bigger than I thought lots of choices clean and well stocked!!

Got 3 peach teas 6 packs, a bag of chips, 2 jars of salad dressing and a bag of brusssel sprouts. That was it for the day.

Perfect place to go balling on a budget especially if you dont like name brand stuff... Very good cheap food... Like seriously you can get 20 taquitos for like $3 maybe $4 cant remember

This place is absolutely wonderful! Great prices. Excellent quality of selection. Friendly service. Bring a quarter for the buggy and be ready to bag your own groceries. I just take them to the car and do it there. Piece of cake!

Nicest Aldi Ive seen in the Birmingham area, with a great selection, especially compared to smaller Aldi stores nearby. Staff are always super friendly and helpful too!

The young cashier personality was in need of a make over .Young people today just isnt customer service friendly.

This has become my go to store as I usually buy the same things over and over. It is smaller than the other stores I used to go to, so I am in and out in a lot less time.

If the store is so concerned about Covid 19, why do they only have 1 cashier with 12 people in line? The cashier was very nice, but there should have been more than 1 of them.

Employees are always in a hurry and somewhat rude at the register. The produce on sale is usually in bad shape. Overall low pricing though

I use this store when Im not near Fultondale. Aldis is one of my favorite grocery stores

No respect for people. Went in for an interview where the time was listed as 7:30-11:00. Me and another guy show up at about 9:50 and they wont even interview us. Saying they are done with interviews. I took an hour out of my day, skipped a college class, and now have to drive back, wasting my gas, my time, and my energy, to not even get an interview. It is grossly unprofessional, and extremely self centered.

Butterball all natural turkey on sale .79 cents a pound, what is there not to like about Aldi.

So much easier to shop where there aren’t multiple brands of the same thing but one brand that’s good. How many kinds of 1% milk need to be stocked? One good one! That’s their strategy, no wandering up and down endless aisles. I Love ALDI! Prices are reasonable, stock is great. Specials and new things to try all the time. Just try it.

I had a good experience shopping at Aldi today. The store was well stocked. Employees not courteous but they will answer your questions. Store neat, clean, fast service at checkout.

Excellent prices, produce prices and quality is unmatched by any stores in the area. Only downside is tge checkout lines can be really long on busy days.

Really nice atmosphere, but since they remodeled this store, it seems the produce isnt as fresh. I always have to go through several cartons or bundles to find decent fruits or vegetables. Other than that, I enjoy shopping there.

This ALDI grocery store seems to have good products. The three stars are due a very negative experience with an employee. To make things worse no initiative was made when I made head cashier aware of the situation. Supervisor was not around at the time.

Basic grocery store, but fastest shop you’ll do. Large portion of products are organic or without preservatives.Specific store: tends to run low on basics. Often struggles to keep shelves stocked on Sunday, Monday , Friday. Seems to be the clearance store for ‘special buys.’

I didnt shop at this store before this year, I happen to go in one day and they had remodeled it. It is very bright inside and the veggie are better all but the potatoes after a day or two they start to spoil. Meat prices are affordable. Good place to shop.

This is my go to store because they have pretty much anything you need that is not an atypical item...... And much more convenient than driving all the way down to trader Joes

I havent been able to get to this particular Aldi in a while. I really like the remodel, but I hate the yellow lines painted No Parking where I use to park when all the handicapped spots were taken.

Love this grocery store. They have recently remodeled and the aisles are spacious, the place is clean and everything is easy to find. Its a great, quick and affordable shopping experience.

I love shopping at Aldis but the only hang up I have is how the cashiers rush you once you get into the check out line. I dont care how fast they think they are I do not like feeling rushed.

Prices are good. I got $100 worth of food that would have cost $200 at other stores.Staff was very friendly.

This place is great! Hardest working staff Ive ever seen! Excellent produce specials. Prices seem about a third lower than other grocery stores. I especially like Fit and Active products.

Aldis is Aldis nothing new.. They do have a great staff. Always polite and respectful. They are great about knowing where anything you need is located. I love it when people are informed about their store. Thanks for being great. Aldis on Crestwood Blvd.

Great prices if you do not mind off brands. They have great prices on produce, eggs , milk and wine. The checkout process is long during busy times. But you will wait even longer at Walmart and pay double the price. The cashiers are quick. They normally only have one or two. But that is part of their business model. So it is expected. Don’t forget to bring a quarter for your cart and your own shopping bags.

The newly designed stores are great. They really maximized the space. There is a larger produce section that I love.

I love all these. I have been shopping there for years! They have a very high quality product at a great price!

Some items are different.

The Alabaster Aldi has great customer service, I thought I purchased the same product two day prior to my return and the manager explained the difference but he still refunded me the money. After I found the right receipt and noticed the product was different I returned the money. But what he displayed as the customer is always right was excellent. But it goes to show the customer isnt always right! Great job team, Ill continue to shop there.

As always the staff was very helpful, especially since the remodel is complete. The store looks more inviting, friendlier, cleaner, and organized. Prices are still unbeatable. I love Aldis, Its my favorite place to shop.
