Not bad at all nice staff and not a bad selection for a neighborhood store. Produce is fresh looking and store is clean. Only thing was the new hours wasnt updated so we came at the last 5 minutes thinking we had an hour but i made a contribution to change it so no biggie.

Desperately needs to be stocked. Cashier wasnt very friendly.👎

Bathroom was dirty, didnt have any soap, didnt have any paper towels, barely had one roll of toilet paper needed some more toilet paper in each stall toilets was dirty and each of them wasnt flushed. POOR QUALITY.

I went into this store with a hurt hand to get a few items and did not pass the security guard entering and was recording for another reason. At the conclusion of gathering items at the register line the security guard began talking at me. I was not interested in having a conversation and he got upset I did not respond to several comments. I then got upset at the continued pursuit to get my attention and used some profanity at which time he switched and threatened to throw me out of the store as I went to get 1more item. I was so upset that he was the main safety hazard at that time so focused on threatening me other people could have done something. The lady from the front came up to me and said she will try ring me up at register two. Only the ng she took his side as I said my distaste of his behavior with no apology and decided he was right. He had no idea if I was with someone not needing what he later said was an attempt to help me with my items. It was horrible. They refused to say what company he worked for even calling back to keep down confusion. The employee said she was the manager on duty and they had no store manager. She went on to say they had been bought a few days earlier and she had no clue what guard company was in there attacking customers and not focused. He is not there to move bags but secure the grounds especially when I did not ask for any help and said needed no help. That should have concluded all conversation with this 1customer of many listening. And somehow my recording was lost for what I was doing for myself.

It was a great shopping day at Save A Lot I give it 5 stars.

If I could give zero stars I would. They were out of stock 2 of the 3 items i went for, and the shelves looked almost bare. When i went to pay there were 2 employees standing by at the register talking. The one working the register stood with her back to me at least 60 seconds before she turned around to acknowledge me. She said not one word to me the entire time, and continued to talk to the other associate as she slowly scanned me 3 items. In all it took over 5 minutes for me to check out 3 items, with no other customer in sight. Store appearance was horrible and the employees were worse. Drive the extra 5 minutes and go to Wal-Mart

Save-a-Lot was good as usual. Low prices, good produce, friendly customer service. Sonja, the Assistant Manager was great, as usual. Since its a small staffed neighborhood store the lines can sometimes get long, but Sonja always greets her customers with a smile, and makes sure you have everything you need.

Honestly not my favorite store because the selection is not great. Not bad to pick up a few needed items from time to time. That being said check the use by dates carefully. I found items that should not have been on the shelf.But hearing that my family did not belong in that store because of the color of our skin infuriated me to no end. I teach my daughter that skin color doesnt matter and then hear that because Im white I dont belong.

This place is usually very nice. Clean and friendly. However....my last visit was great until I went to check out and a cashier needed help at the registers. Another employee called someone who seemed to be a manager (she had a blue shirt on whatever significance that is and the name they called sounded like Jackie.) to the front to help and she came up to the front being extremely rude and condescending to the other cashier about being specific about what she was needed at the front for and she was very loud. Its managers/employees like this that make people quit and feel unvalued. You should never treat co workers or employees this way. Especially in front of customers. Its unprofessional and if I was that cashier I wouldnt want to work for that company anymore.

I actually like Save-a-Lot quite a bit, especially when they have 3 day sales. This one in particular is close to my apartment so I make it over here often. The prices are great, especially on meat and canned goods. Speaking of meat, Save-a-Lot stores have great quality meat for how cheap it is. Is the store in perfect condition? No. Is the service the friendliest? Also no. But thats not why you go to Save-a-lot, you go for the 39 cent canned vegetables. So its exactly as you would expect.

Save a lot has good candy apples. Like to shop there. Great value on everything in the store. But the check out terrible. Not enough people working in check out.

I like Save-A-Lot because I can get more groceries for my money. They have mostly off brands, but the ones they have are just as good. Sometimes they do have name brands on certain items. I am on a fixed income so this place saves me.

I would buy everything else except for theyre meat. They put out meat that is no good and smells. I was just there the other day and the man was putting out chicken thighs and they smelled awful and if i could smell it i knew he could. I brought porkchop from there the other day and threw up after i ate it it did have a color in it but i didnt think nothing of it till i got sick . i dont advise anyone to buy meat from them they dont care what kind of meat they serve you and that is disgusting and very mean you could kill someone.
