Everyone at the office is so friendly. I felt very comfortable there. The eye exam was done quickly and efficiently. Everything was explained very well. All my questions were answered. The dr and the staff are very personable. I always leave feeling like I just visited friends. Highly recommended!

Great experience! All of the staff and DR. Hooks were very friendly. I went from glasses to contacts and the Dr.s assistant was so patient with me in teaching me the process of putting contacts in and taking them out. I have gone there for years, but this was the best experience I have had there.

My kids and I visit Dr. Hooks & Associates for our vision health. The staff is friendly and caring, the doctors and technicians are friendly and know their stuff. I could have not asked for a more thorough exam at a reasonable price. I do not have vision insurance so I pay out of pocket and even with extra tests that I had done (I agreed to photos of the inside of my eyes at a small extra cost), I still paid right at $100.00. I also love the online appointment booking where you can choose your own appointment and just book online and receive text message reminders. I have already scheduled my next appointment (with reminder text) for next year. AWESOME and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!

My family has always been very pleased with the care we have received at Hooks Eye Associates. We have been extremely impressed with the staff and doctors at all times. In the past few months, the doctors and staff have especially impressed us with helping my 9 year old transition from glasses to contacts. The care she received was truly outstanding.

My wife asked for specific brand of contacts but they didnt have them in stock so they wrote her a perscription for another brand. No big deal right? So she tried them but didnt end up liking them, so she went to order the kind she wanted in the first place online. That retailer then informed us that her contact perscription was not the right kind for that brand of contacts and that we would have to get our optometrist to change it. No big deal again right? So she calls the office and explains the situation and they said she would have to come in and pay for another contact fitting.They also dont have a problem wasting your time, during the initial visit/fitting my wife was told that she would have to come back the next day to pick up her perscription paperwork because they wanted to examine her eyes after she had worn the contacts for 24hours. She gets there instead they just print off her perscription and hand it to her.....something that they could have done the day before.

Everytime I walk in everyone is helpful and seems to be happy to be there.
