You can tell it’s on the way to closure, according to the news and the level of stock/employees. Most of the stuff is decent, their ‘clearance’ is kind of a joke, they’re marked down to nearly retail prices at a Target, but they’ve always been overpriced. Quality of what’s there is decent however.

Love this store, but very pricey. Normally you can find the same for cheaper elsewhere. They are going out of business.

Im not sure I like the direction they are taking. I would like to see more updated stuff in the bedding area.

We have been looking for new sheet sets. Found a few....it is difficult to find separates, not a set.Also looked for the Instant Pot. Reviews reads like a little miracle. Could not find one in the store, so I guess online only. Interesting that they have accessories for it in the store. They have several competitors models in the store, just not the original.

Great store for finding home goods. You can basically find anything you need from here for your bed, bath, or other home needs. Pricier than the competition, but almost always a coupon available for 20% off a single item can be found.

I realized in the parking lot that I bought enough to use a coupon for $10 off. I went back in the store and they quickly and happily returned my items and rang them up again. Good customer service isnt everywhere these days. It was a nice feeling being treated kindly.

Absolutely love this BBB. The staff that works here is super friendly and the managers will bend over backwards to help you out. Scott is who Ive worked with several times on some fairly tricky transactions and hes always been great. Jennifer is also someone who goes above-and-beyond to help you in any way that you can. Highly recommended store location- the staff makes the experience of shopping here wonderful.

Great place to shop. The staff was over the top nice. I was asked several times if I needed any help and everyone had a smile on their face. The store has such a wide variety of products, too. If it goes in your home, its probably here.

Was able to use my coupons along with the sale price. Also the sales personnel were extremely helpful.

Great selection! AMAZING staff. Got asked by 4 different people if we needed help finding anything. They also price matched items for me. We also ordered some items through the store and shipping was very speedy and free!

Its hard to beat Bed Bath & Beyond when they send me so many coupons in the mail.

The cashier was very helpful printing the bridal registry list for me and another associate aided me in finding one of the items I wished to purchase. Upon completion of the sales transaction where I was given a gift receipt along with my own receipt, I was directed to a section where I could wrap my gifts or box them at no additional charge myself. Scissors, tape, ribbon, and tags were all supplied as well as a large gift bag to place the wrapped items. Was a great service to have available.

Oh my goodness! This store has just about anything you could want for your home. Somethings you cant find anywhere else. I live the place.

Ordered online and in store pickup of item. I walked into store and went to service desk. Item already picked and behind service desk. Very fast and easy checkout.

I had bought a sunbeam electric blanket from walmart and it did not last long. So, I figured it would be better to get an electric blanket from a quality store. I spent $35 more than I would at walmart. And the hubby is happy! He actually likes it better than the sunbeam. He has bad headaches and a good heated blanket helps him. In this case, quality is way much more valued than price.

Wife went in looking for contour pillow and found curtain panels and purchased them they were a great deal on a four pack 😊👍

I was actually in another store looking for a specific item. Could not find it but a nice lady suggested BB&B. And, of course there I found it, well close to what I wanted, although I did need the very friendly assistance of the staff. So, Im pretty satisfied with todays experience.

Walked in to look at cutting boards only to find a short white male manager running after me I already knew he was thinking I was going to steal . He sees Im browsing and that my mom has a coupon (clearly were regular paying customers .) He doesnt speak but watches us , soon sends a taller white guy to speak and watch us . Wont be entering this location ever again !!!

Not only does the smartwatch come with a 1 year warranty, but BB&B also includes a 1 year warranty in case something happens to it, theyll replace it for you. That impressed me. I would definitely recommend shopping there!

I really messed up the last time I was at your store.i had purchased a tool that scraped the bowl for my mixer.well my mixer has many types. So I came in,stopped at the front counter,they were swamped. I interrupted the ladys at the front counter to tell them I was leaving the tool at the front desk to look for the right tool.they wanted to help me. That was not what I wanted or needed. I knew what to do but I did not want to take something into the store that might be interpreted as theft.anyway, their was a couple in the long line that smarted off to me about waiting my turn. Nobody understands how this war my third trip to get the right one. I almost let myself be even more stupid when I told the guy to stop mouthing. Especially with his wife there.it was a horrible experience and I am to blame.i am so sorry for what I did.i turned in the tool and left. Yesterday was my 1st time back in the store ,everyone was nice..I apologized to the staff but I still feel stupid
