This was one of the best experiences Ive had with a garage, and I have car trouble a lot. Rich helped me fix my car the same day, even though I showed up unannounced halfway through a Thursday when the shop was packed with other vehicles. He took time to drop me off on the University campus while the car was being worked on, he priced the repairs very reasonably, and I felt really reassured by the fixes that were made. I would recommend this service center for anybody that doesnt know much about cars (like myself), because these guys wont take advantage of you. Ill definitely be back!

Been here for two hours getting 4 tires put on and a oil change. Truck went in as soon as i got here. Ive never been somewhere ever that took this long for tires and a oil change. Defiantly do not recommend. I will never be returning.

The people at Mr. Auto Tire are very honest with good customer service. They have done a great job with repair and servicing my BMW and they worked with my Ford car in the past as well. It is hard to find a reliable and trustworthy car repair place but this place is it.

We were in town for the weekend and needed an oil change before driving home. We stopped by Mr. Tire and they were able to get us in right away. They had it completed within 90 minutes of dropping it off. We were so thankful for their quick and thorough service!

Service manager ( George) was wonderful. Oil change for 20$ I couldnt beat that and a free inspection of a noise being made in my car. Definitely recommend to anyone with a vehicle these guys are awesome

They have good prices on tires but their customer service is terrible. They also take an appt but when you get there they either dont have it or you have to wait hours for things to be finished. They actually didnt tightening the lug nuts on one of my tires and we found out on the road on our way to vacation. Would not recommend!

Mr. Tire on Court Street is my go to for all of my car maintenance and repairs. I got a flat tire at the worst time possible, I was super sick, had tons of school work to do, and it was almost 5:30 PM so no places were willing to look at it, EXCEPT for Mr. Tire on court street. They got me right in, and were super kind to me the whole time. Even when experiencing difficulty with removing my tire due to the fact that I was missing a piece, they stayed past closing to make sure that I would be able to drive my own car out of there, stress free. The staff here is unmatched and their kindness made the biggest difference in what felt like a really horrible day. They are accommodating, careful, and helpful. If you guys are reading this and remember me please know you guys turned my entire day around and it meant the world to me! Thank you for great service!!

Came in with two tires that kept losing air, depressed about having to buy two tires right after Christmas. I get a call about an hour later stating my tires were good just the beading was bad. I have no complaints about the service to my car. But, your employees need to work on their professionalism. They let a cute girl cut in head of two people in line (and one on the phone) I also saw them tell a black woman that they were too busy to fit her in. I later observed them fitting in another customer (white) without an appointment with no problem.

Steve is the only one I can take my vehicles to he is straight forward and doesnt lie to you. He gives great advice and I dont know anyone else with that is better with diagnostics. He fixed my check engine light and I was able to pass inspection. I already had it to a few garages that threw some parts at it and didnt fix anything he was able to fix it the first time accurately. Now I wont go anywhere else!

I needed two new tires and this was the first place recommended to me because prices can’t be beat. I’d never been here before but the staff was incredible, especially Jason!! He works a mile a minute, is super friendly, and makes great, trustworthy recommendations. People could easily take advantage of a person like me with little insight about car repairs but I immediately felt I could trust Jason and know I got a great price for the services I needed. I was told I needed a tie rod repair and he wouldn’t do the wheel alignment on my new tires until after the replacement since I’d need one again anyway. He walked me through all the paperwork and told me exactly what he did to the car and why as well as the results of the alignment. I was told the original part didn’t fit but he was able to get the correct part immediately and I didn’t even notice a difference in wait time. I’ve never had better service.

We broke down on the highway on a long road trip and were towed to this location in the evening while they were closed. I called the next morning and they were extremely kind and fast about getting my van looked at and repaired the same morning! I am so thankful for this garage and how well they took care of us!

Short story: They tried to get me on unnecessary repairs after an inspection and missed a big issue, along with everything else that actually needed repairs. The guy at the front counter had the audacity to laugh in my face when I denied getting work done there because they couldnt keep their story straight. Lack of knowledge, long wait time with no communication, and terrible customer service. If youre a woman or dont know much about your car, go somewhere else. Youll save money and your vehicle will be safe to drive. Wouldve given negative stars if I could!Long Story: Its always a bad sign when the mechanics at a shop cant, at minimum, describe something thats in need of repair, but to blatantly make things up to get more money is ridiculous! I went in for an inspection. After about 2 hours of sitting in an empty shop, I was becoming impatient. I was finally called over and I was told I needed a new serpentine belt and 2 front tires. I knew there was no way I needed a new belt since I had just checked it over a month or so back when i did my last oil change. They did not take me back to show me the allegedly needed repairs. Ive always had the mechanic take me back, but I forgave this as a potential insurance issue. However, no one could even describe the issues. So i denied getting any repairs done, especially at $101 an hour, and after they took 2+ hours doing an inspection when I was the only one there. I also watched as the mechanics were just standing around for the majority of the time I was waiting. So the guy at the front counter gets nasty with me and keeps changing his story around after I denied services, so I called them out for trying to screw me over. He insisted I didnt know what I was talking about, assumingly because Im a young woman, but shut right up when I called my Dad who agreed with me. It took another hour for them to put my car back together. When I go to pay for the inspection, they changed their story again and said I needed additional repairs, even going as far to play to my emotions and saying something along the lines of I wouldnt drive that. I asked for the paperwork, and their checklist and the state inspection form did not match up! I mentioned this and the guy at the front counter had the audacity to laugh in my face! I mentioned that his behavior was very disrespectful and he just shrugged. I ended up taking my car to another shop suggested by a local. I ended up having a pretty bad wheel bearing, among a few other things which Mr. Tire completely missed! so not only did they try and get me on repairs that were unnecessary, they missed something that could have potentially been unsafe! I ended up paying less than what Mr. Tire quoted me for a bigger job and my car is running like its brand new! Honestly, I have no idea how this place is in business, especially with their customer service.

I brought my vehicle to Steve I had a engine light on I was over due for inspection and my car was making some weird noises. Steve checked it out front to back and scanned my check engine light he replaced a sensor and some suspension parts. My light is still out i got it inspected and my car drives like a dream again no more noises no more lights and I can even feel the difference in the way it drives so I found my garage thank you Steve youre the man

Eric Marlow Feb 19, 2020On 9/30/19 I was in Binghamton which is 3 hours from where I reside. I was having brake pad issues. I brought it in to the shop and the mechanic/manager Ben took a look at it. While taking off the tire he said the caliper amongst everything else needs to be replaced. A few days ago I heard a noise coming from my FL tire and noticed my caliper is completely rusted with a cavity in it. Their is no way that this was a new part put in my car. I called shop and customer service and everyone is saying that WE DONT PUT USED PARTS. I get that is supposed to be your policy but I received a used part. The only way to right this wrong is to reimburse me the $225 for the price of the part or send me another caliper from a better manufacturer.Thank you in advanceEric MarlowInvoice number137066

I had my tires done here not too long ago. I booked my appointment online so all I had to do was drop the car off. They did great with the installation and balancing, but told me I needed an alignment when the car was at the dealership less than a week earlier specifically for an alignment. I declined the alignment, and the car has been unsurprisingly straight and smooth.I dont trust anyone but the dealership with alignments because its usually just an extra money grab. Looks to have been the case here too.

These people are the slowest shop going.I stopped in on a Saturday morning and was told that I could get in @4pm. I showed up by 3:45pm ONLY to wait just over an hour to get in. And now my vehicle has been in the shop over an hour just to get 4 tires balanced. Its now 6:20pm and they close at 7pm.Never again will I come here.

I have to say, I had a not so great experience recently at this shop with an employee that Im happy to say is no longer with the company. I almost let it spoil my relationship with this great company. I was convinced to give them another shot. I am so happy I did. I worked with Steve to get the inspection on my car done. He is such an amazing person. He was able to fix for me the issues others have been missing for over a year to be able to get the inspection done on my car. I am for ever greatful to him and his staff for helping me out. He is honest and tells me exactly how it is and what need to be done to make things right. They ruined my oil plug gasket on my car doing a simple oil change so i had to deal with oil spills in my driveway and taking it back to them to fix the issue. luckily i caught it before it caused damage to my car. take your vehicle some where else if you care about it.

I changed the front struts myself and checked the ball joints and tie rod ends before taking my car to Mr.Tire for a alignment. Was told both inner tie rods were loose and would be $436 to replace. Picked up inner tie rods for $30 and went home to change but still couldnt find any play even after popping outer tie rod ends. Put it back together and took it to another shop with brand new equipment and didnt mention the tie rods. Came back with the front end alignment done and when I asked about any loose parts was told everything was tight. Even had a nice before and after print out.

Horrible price gouging was gonna charge my girlfriend 700 dollars for headlight assembly when the part is only 100 dollars after he told me it was 300. Also was gonna charge 70 dollars A PIECE for changing headlight bulbs. WOW... we said we werent interested he charged us 50 dollars for labor when he did absolutely nothing to help us. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY THERE ARE BETTER MECHANICS OUT THERE!!!

This shop is terrible! My wife took her car here for an oil change last week and, according to them, they inspected her brakes and found no problem. They only problem they found was with her battery which they wanted to replace for $154.00. However, while driving her car today, i can clearly tell that not only are the pads worn (they are grinding loudly when braking) but the rotors may be worn, too (the brake pedal and steering wheel pulsate when braking). Today, Mr Tire ensured me that the brakes were inspected but couldnt tell methe name of the technician who did the inspection. The gentleman at the desk told me to come back tomorrow and hed personally check the car. If they couldnt get it right the first time why should i believe theyll get it right tomorrow. Later for this shop! Id rather lose my engine before i get an oil change from here.
