Im not the type to leave reviews but these guys are bad. Went in for an alignment. My car came out WORSE than when it went it.. not to mention the mechanic left my mats extremely oily. When I called to speak see if I could sort everything put and I was hung up on by the manager, Mark. Bad business at this place. Dont waste your money.

Terrible customer service and didn’t do the free services either. Big guy at the front desk was so upset practically distraught about a coupon we found on the front page of YOUR OWN WEBSITE and said it was all news to him “ALL NEWS TO ME” along with more whiny grumbling and attitude through the whole rest of the process. If you’re having a bad day I can understand but don’t take it out on customers, that I can’t understand especially since we weren’t rude at all we just presented a coupon. Got our oil change but it was obvious tires weren’t rotated which was free part of the coupon, the same used tire we just got was in the same spot and it also included a courtesy inspection and if that was done they would’ve noticed two of our tires wiggled and that we needed a tie rod end and a wheel barring. You could’ve made quite a bit of money off of us and a new customer. I wouldn’t recommend monro on court street Binghamton ny to anyone and I also would be hesitant of all monroes. $15 off synthetic blend including courtesy inspection and tire rotation was the coupon on the front page. The big guy also said he would do the extra stuff just this time like he was doing us a favor instead of just going by the coupon on monro website but obviously like I said he didn’t. I also don’t know if we even got the actual $15 off cause we couldn’t get a price of what it normally would cost to begin with.

Larry and his Team did such an amazing job getting me in and taken care off. I was offered a ride home and back when the job was done. Larry made sure to explain everything thoroughlyand did eberything to figure out what the issue was. Highly recommend this Place. Got me in at short notice and out the same day. Got my baby back in one piece and alot better then she went it . Thank you guys your the best

Bought my 08 Toyota tundra and for a brake job told it was going to get done by the next morning three days later they have not answered my calls or given me any updates.

Would recommend this shop to anyone. By far most honest and helpful mechanic I’ve ever encountered with. Car broke down far from home. Leaving tomorrow and I have no idea what’s wrong with my car. Had to get it towed to this Monro on Court Street. I got my car towed after the shop closed. He managed to still be there. I was discussing with him I needed the car as soon as possible and he got it in first thing in the morning. Diagnosed what was wrong with the car. Had me come in to show me exactly what was wrong and fixed it in front of me. The car is great now! Got it for a very reasonable price too!

(Jan. 28th 2021) I brought my car into monro here on court street to have my exhaust welded back up and also had an oil change. The service here was absolutely wonderful and the cheapest I could find. The manager mark was so welcoming and kind. Both of the techs (zack carr and Chris lane) worked on my car to resolve any issues it was having with the up most patience and respect to my monstrosity of a vehicle. Couldn’t be anymore grateful with how quickly they got me in and how quickly and perfect of a job they did on my exhaust! Not only did they do my exhaust and oil change but even went as far as to top off any of my fluids and keep me updated on what they would and could do to my car with any remaining issues. Highly recommend bringing your car in to be seen by these amazing guys!

They helped me with a tire leak and got the nail out and plugged the hole in 20 minutes and even went above and beyond by going slightly past their hours to do the repair. All other tire repair places were unable to help despite not closing as soon as they did. Extremely helpful and would recommend coming here for quick repairs for good prices.

Brought my Civic in thinking I needed new rear brakes and rotors and was told I just needed a caliper cleanup. Larry was a pleasure to deal with and will be a returning customer!

I arrived 15 minutes before they were scheduled to close with a screw in my tire. I asked if they would take a look at it and possibly patch it, without hesitation the gentleman immediately said sure. Took my info, pulled in my car, had tire off, patched it and back together and I was out the door in 20 minutes. Will be returning later this week for oil change and tire rotation.

These guys got me right in to try and fix what the problem was. It was awesome and much appreciated. I brought it in for a brake line issue. They put the wrong size bolt in and broke their tool trying to flare a part of the line. They informed me that i needed to take it to front st so they could finish it. The car was definitely not safe to drive anywhere until the job was finished. Due to this wrong bolt being put in I now also have to purchase a cylinder for my drums in the back. They didnt charge me anything they did, but i now have to fix things that werent messed up before i brought it there. Anytime I take my car to the front st location they take good care of me, and take their time to make sure everything is done properly.

A horrible experience here! The worst Monro I have ever been to. Don’t waste your money and time here! Their customer service sucks! Their knowledge on everything overall is not good at all! I would go into more detail on my experience here but it would take hours to explain! If you want to dump a lot of money here and get your vehicle damage then take your vehicle here! This shop sucks!! Take your vehicle to another shop that knows what they are doing and your vehicle won’t get damaged by a “tool box” falling on your car and not be notified the day of the accident! And them playing a guessing game with what is wrong with your vehicle. 4 months later my car is not fixed!

The guys at this location are great best service. Great prices! And very honest.The manager is effective and knowledgable of all types and models of vehicles. Would strongly recommend that you contact them for your vehicle.

There are only 5 stars available, but these guys deserve 10. I had a very difficult to diagnose brake problem,(another shop gave up), but these guys kept at it until they found the problem and fixed it. And at a very reasonable price. Great people to work with. My brakes are smooth as silk now!

Stopped in the other day for a simple oil change and got charged $76 for an oil change and a tire rotation in which they never did. So for anyone who stops here for work make sure they are doing the things they are charging you for. Personally i will be taking my business someplace else. Dont lije places that over charge and charge for work they didnt do.

Compared to other locations I have gone to, this one here has changed my mind on this business. I was having an issue with my tires and felt as if my entire truck shook to the point where I felt as if it was gonna fall apart. I went in kinda stressed to be reassured by the manager that it was most likely a belt in the tire and should a quick fix. When I started talking more with the manager we realized that when I got my tire previously patch it wasnt done correctly and it was only one tire that needed a replacement. I wish I would have gotten his name because, to be honest, he changed my experience with this company and I would recommend anyone to this location.

I take my car regularly there for oil changes and tire repair. They have done exceptional work , friendly and knowledgable. Their prices are more than fair. I would recommend the place.

What a joke... absolute joke!! I waited 2+ hours for a tire rotation and new tire bead.which was under warranty and wheel sensor replacement. 82$ later, The person working on my car had no clue what he was doing and was getting repremanded throughout the entirety of the job. On top of that one tire was reading 50 psi another reading 28 another 31 and the other 37!! Upon my return they took air out and the numbers are still all over the place and I had tire sealant all over my rims. The guy later admitted to not checking the tire pressure, which mind you was the reason I was there in the first place. I was then offered 2 20$ off coupons for my inconvenience that had expired on 12/31/17...mind you its 6/25/18. Yeah thanks but no thanks. Do Not, I repeat, Do Not take your car here! If I could give a negative 5 star rating I would!

A very professional place to get your vehicle serviced. Fast too, they had my vehicle in for an oil change and it was out in under a half hour!

Very nice people and fair prices and cheaper than folks right down the street. For instance Mr Tire wanted $120 for a brake fix than monro did for $70. Very pleased.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I brought my 07 Impala in because my front tires were worn after only 7,000 miles, and they told me that the issue was with the front right strut. The next day, I had it checked out by another repair shop and they said the struts were fine, and the tire rod end was the issue. I could have paid almost $900 in useless repairs, so Im glad I took my business elsewhere.

I was up visiting family in my a while back and had a really bad clunk in the front end of my car somewhere. My tech DJ brought me in the shop and showed the 3 things causing it. He was super friendly and definietly knew what he was talking about if I ever need work done while Im visiting ill stop at Monro again.

Good evening, I dealt with a guy named DJ. He was very professional, explained in detail what was the matter with my truck. Went over everything with me. Felt good to deal with a honest mechanic. Will return back when I need work done.

Made an appointment 3 days in advance for an inspection, showed up and was told there wasnt an inspector there.

Very nice place and the guys were great. Especially Dennis. Really helped me when I was out of options.

This shop is a disgrace. The manager Michael Molyneaux lied about my car needed shocks and struts to get money and messed up my subframe of my vehicle and the other Monroe in vestal had to fix it because my car was unsafe to drive and i have kids that ride in my car. DO NOT GO TO MONROE AT 420 court st in binghamton. They will take your money and mess up your car.

Initially I brought my car there to put on tires, which they did. A little while later my cars break lines broke and I brought my car back to them to get those fixed and to get new rear breaks put on. But driving the car home, i noticed a grinding noise. Brought the car back the next day, grinding noise was gone, but suddenly I have a clunking noise. Rather than going back, i just had my husband look at it, and after taking off the front tire, he realized that the caliper was completely loose! Bolts were not even hand tight!! My husband obviously fixed the problem, but I wanted them to know and so I called them and told them. The manager was apologetic but nothing else happened. A couple of days ago I brought my husbands car to these guys to get new tires balanced and mounted, a new tire pressure monitor sensor placed and a new alignment. Well, after picking up the car all tire pressures were different, the gauge light was still on, and the car was shaking at higher speeds, which it didnt do before. I called Monro on upper Front street and they got me in right the next day. Come to find out that all the tires were completely out of balance, and that they charged me for a rubber pressure sensor, but actually put a faulty and not working aluminum sensor in. I just cant believe how bad this place is. Apologies are great, but something really bad could have happened with the breaks so loose. And on my last appointment I payed 240$ to have the car in worse shape then before.

As an ex employee of this place I honestly have to say when I first started I was so excited I literally only am giving this a one star due to vito and the chance I was given , this new manager if you want to even call him that, is a mesierable person to work for. He doesnt care for any of his employees all he cares about is him making a single dollar over the stores overall profit so he can get his 10grand bonus. I was hired to work on a certain side of the store due to me being green behind the ears which I know you dont really get to pick an chose which bay to work in but he would always park his pos truck in front of the bay door knowing that it was a bay we could use but he refused to move his truck as he was asked numerous if he could move his truck so we could use that bay since all the tools I was using was on that side so I ended up driving into work one day to see if I could leave a little earlier and I get asked to clock in so okay I clock in and I pull my car in front of his since we couldnt use the bay since he was parked in front of it and he tells me I need to move my car that it couldnt be parked there. But enough of that apparently not only were we mechanics but we were also chauffeurs using the customers car to get parts from other stores and dropping customers off at there houses with there car and driving back after we were specifically told not to .

AVOID THIS PLACE. Ive been a customer here for years, and now the ownership has changed. Now it consists of employees that dont care if customers come back. I heard a blatant noise, so I took my Toyota in. Two front wheel bearings were replaced, and backer plate wasnt installed correctly. I paid fully for complete service, but a new noise persisted. When I came back the next day wondering why I continued to hear a noise, I was told that I was hearing things. They were not accommodating and rude. Im done with this place and going back to the dealership that may cost a little more, but hey at least they will do what I pay for.

I’m from Long Island and I have never experienced such exceptional customer service while getting my oil changed. Quick, efficient and smiles the whole time. They even provided me with a list of maintenance checkups that I can use as reference to keep my car in check (not sure if everywhere does this but it’s my first time noticing 😂)! No pushy or rude reps and GREAT price. There’s a location a few mins away from me but I’m glad I drove the extra 15 mins from Binghamton University. Lucky I found a trusty worthy spot to take my car to while I’m in Binghamton.
