Called at 3:45pm, they said they were open until 7:00. I asked what refrigerators they had in stock as mine had just quit, and the sales person said I would have to wait to get one until the next day because of the verification process. Say what? Thanks for the help, my refrigerator quit and I have three coolers full of food slowly melting. Worst customer service EVER.

I have been a customer for several years. As a otr driver it has been a very convenient way to purchase household goods. I have paid off a house full of electronics, and furniture. I give 1 star because the new management team has no longer made it convenient for me or others I have sent to them. Constant phone calls, house calls the day payment is due, absolutely ridiculous. 10 years of consistent payment and payoff,and it doesnt matter. I do Not recommend this company anymore. Save yourself the headache and go to olums!!!!

Rented a bed from them and it wasnt new it was used and had bed bugs they refuse to take it back. My son was bitten up never had them befors we got that bed that they claimed was new.

Only one week or two behind they call many times in one day show up at 8 o’clock then they ruin my yard and left stuff all over no one rent from here

I went up there the other day to rent two phones I think they are Exterminating because I had two reference that answer the phone and they said they said i had to have two more reference and then call my landlord and they never called what they think I got a steady income I wasnt satisfied because I didnt get no help they never called me back they have my information up there
