I enjoy browsing at Dollar Tree stores. Its great to take young kids, give them a dollar or five and let them shop.Some of the items they sell are brand names and getting them for a buck is a great discount. Other items are of lesser quality than you can get elsewhere.I find when I need something quick, to take to a potluck (and may lose) or want to try something I dont have, its great. Like I bought a cheap (plastic and steel) apple slicer/corer for $1 and loved it. Later I bought one made just of steel to replace it.You do need to be somewhat careful as some items they sell can actually be purchased for less than a buck elsewhere.Recently they started adding three and five dollar items. Theyve always had a wide variety of kitchen items and now they have pots, pans and other items.Today I picked up a mini (four foot tall) Christmas tree for my apartment for $5. Its cute and worth the price.So if you like to browse and buy on the cheap, check it out!

The day I went which was right before hurricane Ida the store wasnt stocked well. But thats understandable. The employees were very nice and helpful. But normally when I shop there it is well maintained. But I gave it a three just for those reasons!!!

Lets get into it, on Thurs., Aug. 16, 2021 there was a very toxic, predestinated poor customer service experience between myself and an associate. Many customers can agree that the associate I am speaking on have experienced similar negative encounters. I shopped this location once before spending over $200 on an haul from the location near Edgewater Mall.I asked one associate where the short bottles of water (6 pack short bottles of Nestle water, which I have purchased from Biloxi to NYC Dollar Tree locations-one of many Dollar Tree hot selling items) were located, I may as well been speaking Spanish. The lady was not only weak on her salesperson game but had horrible customer service as well (that particular associate, gave a managerial vibe, which read-I dont have to follow low man totem pole rules. She stated snidely and cynically (around three times), Im closing this register. I proceeded through her line and went over to next clerk, it was a witch hunt down off Beach Boulevards (2650 Beach Blvd.) Dollar Tree location. I asked this particular clerk did they [Dollar Tree] have any short bottles of water. Her [2nd clerk] gave, I am a drug addict-I did not have my morning meth vibes.Their [both clerks] energy reciprocated like family members on a job. Now, once I asked the latter question, her reply was like that of an angry 13 year young teen. She bucked her eyes and said ohhh NOOO, like she had watched one too many satirical, dark humor films. Next, things had gotten more ill than a covid-19 ward.The store was behind on inventory, lacking in customer appreciation, and gloomy. The safety was an issue, in that the aisles were compromised with boxes and trolleys. Lastly, I did not purchased beverages nor snack. I will allow the store to reply with what I did and said. Yes, I was aware of my attire and any other unique identifiers. No, I will never shop this location again. Customer service, retail, and clerical work isnt for everyone.Dollar Tree in Magee, MS was a true 5-star experience and also Flatbush and Bedford- East Flatbush, Brooklyn, NY.

Horrible!!!!!!! 1 check out open only & 15 people line. Had stuff in hand, saw line & NOPE. LEFT Felt sorry for poor lady handling whole store. Wont go back

I do alot of arts and crafts, and the Dollar Tree on Eisenhower, in Biloxi, is my favorite one. Just dont be in a hurry to check out. Like everywhere else, they are short staffed.

The guy who was our cashier did not have a name tag, did not greet any customer, and the only thing he asked any customer that I noticed was if they wanted a receipt. I dont know his name but he was about 62 heavy set and a ponytail that didnt look a bit groomed. The lines were long with two cashiers. Overall I have had better from.dollar tree, but definitely not today.

If you happen going to get creative without break your bank,this is the place to get your creativity challenged. You can make YouTube video how you can get creative even with cheAp stuff to look amazing

This dollar tree is my favorite on the coast. Love the staff- friendly and professional. Looks clean and organized which can be hard. Actually all the Dollar 🌳 in Biloxi and Gulfport have nice staff. Merry Christmas!

Stopped in today after a long day at work and Mrs. Tina was working hard in the front solo and still had a positive attitude! It’s rare to see this type of attitude in any workplace these days. Very exemplary behavior!

This is my go to for everything store...like who doesnt love the dollar tree,they have everything and its only a buck...because they are short staffed its not always clean,but there are 2 women that work their,that seems to always be there that make coming back all worth while...and as long as theyre their i will continue to shop here.

This was the cleanest and most organized Dollar tree I have been in in Mississippi.

Dollar tree seems to be getting greater and greater. I love the new products being put out. Everything in the store fits anybodys budget! I love the arts and crafts products alot too! I choose Dollar Tree over all the other other dollar stores anyday!

Very disappointed in customer service today. The line literally was backed up 20 people with one cashier. She said her coworker was on lunch and one was stocking. It took approximately 20 minutes to check out.

They had exactly what I needed, they were not packed and they were stocking a little more in anticipation of the hurricane. Very well managed.

Very clean and well organized. I noticed because the store in Ocean Springs is such a mess. They definitely need some help to look like this Dollar Tree in Biloxi! Awesome customer service too!

Store is nice and clean. Some of the employees are friendly. My biggest problem is that their sign says theyre open until 10 on Saturdays but the doors are always locked by 9:30. They dont open early enough on Sundays for me to run in before work, so if I need any last minute item (usually an energy drink/snack), Im out of luck.

The best Dollar Tree on the coast. It’s always clean & has more brand name items than the other stores do. The staff aren’t remarkable, but they’re efficient. Whenever I’m in the area, I stop there. It’s also convenient that it’s near the mall & Walmart. I call it “The Fancy Dollar Tree!”

Great place. Friendly staff. Best Dollar Tree in our area. Wish it was closer to where I lived. There store is always well stocked and the aisles are always clear. Easy to navigate. Always great finds.

I went to buy every toy my 2 year old wanted and when I got the counter, I knew I had to put some stuff back.. basket full of toys Im holding 14 balloons..TOTAL------$23.00. I would happily give more stars, just felt really bad because the cashier was at least 70.

Tate Reeves Executive order says children under the age of 6 are prohibited from having to follow mask guidelines, but I was yelled at by an employee, because my 2 year old wasnt wearing a mask, and she refused to give me service. I called the complaint line, but nobody has reached out. I now carry a screenshot of his executive order that way when that lady tries to refuse me and my toddler service again, I can inform her of the law. Because the executive order outweighs the bbn policy she obviously didnt read.

Greatest Dollar Tree of all time! They had everything. Even taco shells and good cheese! More grocery items than your normal store. It was quick getting out too which is rare.

Only had one cashier working. She called for help and the manager showed up complaining that she couldnt get anything done. They need more help in the store.

I always go to DT for cleaning supplies. You cant beat being able to get ALL the things you need for $1 each! I also love Miss Diane. Shes so spunky and sweet, she makes my day!

Its ok mostly. Some days it looks thrashed top to bottom. Today wasnt so bad. I wish they had a little better selection with some of the stuff. The bigger trees have better stuff.

Fine just had one of the cashiers tell me and my wife to pull our mask up over our nose which it was over our mouths and I thought it was sufficient but you got idiots wherever you go

There always seems to be people begging for money every time I go to this dollar tree! I told the 1 guy no, I wasnt mean to him, but he stayed in the store for about an hour while he followed me around at a safe distance and didnt buy 1 think in that hour. I think he must have gotten tired of me buying Easter candy, he finally left. 😆 I love the DT! Lastly, when I walked up to workers were sitting outside of the store smoking. 🚬

Amazing and incredible prices!! Dollar Tree store is especially great for decorating purposes; Christmas for instance. You really save a lot of money here and it should be a quick shop stop before grocery shopping or any kind of shopping for that matter. Househould items, party items, gift wrapping, decor items are my top products. Relax shopping because everything is 1 dollar!

For some unknown reason, this particular Dollar Tree has provided me with valuable stationery items Ive never found at any other Dollar Tree. Their manager was willing to go the extra mile and keep an eye out for an item that had been available before, and called us when it became available again! Their management and even the employees appear to be way above average even when compared with many other kinds of retail stores. Im lucky to have found this well-stocked, low-priced RESOURCE full of valuable bargains here on the Gulf Coast!

The store is wonderful as far getting pretty much whatever you need. It is very unorganized, there are never any shopping carts avaiable, and the workers all weird.

The cashier Trashel or whatever was extremely rude to me. Worst customer service ever. I had placed my basket on the line so check out would be faster, the line was so long backed up into the aisles but she insisted I take everything out of the basket myself in front of 16+ people. How embarrassing. Isnt she getting paid to be the one to check me out? Once I started to placed all of my items onto the checkout belt she accidentally pressed the moving button.TWICE I dont know what her problem was besides being LAZY and not doing the job shes being paid to do.Again awful service.

Great place, think about it before you buy it anywhere else.

When I arrived at the register there were tons of people and only 1 register open. Then a cashier opened another register, so I got in her line behind a lady, the lady had quite a bit, so I was stood there 3-4 mins. I heard the customer say thank you *employees name* for opening up for me obviously friends, the cashier finally looked at me almost 5 mins later and said Im not open sir she then completed the Friends order and exclaimed she was now going on break. Even the other cashier was disgusted with her behavior. Doubtful Ill be back with employees like that.
