Nice place. Lots of variety. I went looking for pre printed embroidery patterns (this location didnt have them) but they did have some of those neat diamond sticky paintings.

Very pleasant and diverse staff. Helpful and I found everything I was looking for within 5 minutes of searching. Great sales too!

There is a bigger selection of fabric than Hobby Lobby. The clearence section is not as big and as he clearence section is not priced at clearence prices. Discounted-- yes, bit not a true clearence bin. The staff is really friendly and accomidating. I like the location, very convenient if one store does not have what you are looking for the other should.

This Joannes is very nice only draw back is it is a little small and I believe selection is sometimes not as much because of that. For the most part 95% the employees are helpful and very nice. And the sales they have here usually beat Michaels and hobby lobby. Thanks Joann s for all the help yall have given me! P.s. also a very neat and organized store great job!

Great place to just pop in to see whats on a bargain. I bought beaded tassels that I attached to my ceiling fan pull switches and saved a ton of money. Original price was $52 but I got them for $20. They just add a bit of wow to something that just disappears into the room. It is also my go to place when I have a project in my head. Love their fabrics too!!

Always having sales on things! Good selection of various craft and fabric items. With help from an associate I was able to get the interfacing I needed. The manager and the cashier on duty could definitely smile a little more. They werent unfriendly, just seemed a bit preoccupied.

The woman on the phone snapped at me and said she has no idea when it be ready and that I’d get an email, and then hung up. Of course I knew I’d receive a ready for pickup email, but that wasn’t what I called to ask...

Let me tell you, Ali was working the night of March 11th 2020 and she is absolutely amazing. We are in the middle of a move and needed a piece of equipment for my boyfriend so he could draw up a tattoo for an appointment he had the next day. We were panicking because we could not find his stencil light box anywhere! We called several different stores and either they did not carry the product, wouldnt go check for it or wanted an arm and a leg for a simple little light box. Ali answered the phone quickly, immediately went to go look for the product herself and then held it for us since there was only one left and we were on our way. She was friendly and gave us the vibe that she was genuinely interested in us. I never write reviews but this girl came in clutch and seriously saved the day! Thanks Ali! Youre the best!

Most of the staff is polite and helpful. Only had one issue and I believe that was an isolated incident. For the most part, the prices are a good deal. The coupons are good.

All employees were wearing masks and they had all three products I needed. Curtain tape to upgrade my bedroom, jute tape to make a garden project and batik cotton to make quilts and masks.

The fabric selection can be overwhelming, and thats the only reason it didnt get 5 stars. Using the site before you go to the store will help.

I love Joann Fabrics! It is a great craft store. This one is brand new. They have such a great selection of fabrics and so many crafting ideas. You can download the app and have coupons on hand all of the time.

This is a beautiful new store. Everything is easy to find. The aisles are marked well and the decor and lighting is so cool. But it all comes with a price and is reflected in expensive merchandise. I will comparison shop at other venues such as Michaels and Hobby Lobby.

Browsed the material isles. Found prices a little high, but without another material store in town, cannot compare prices. Store was stocked with a large selection of materials and also a good selection of craft items. Store was clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

After spending almost an hour picking out the perfect fabric for a dress. The person behind the counter wont get off the phone to ring it up. I hope getting a title for whatever she was trying to buy at work was worth my time.

Great to have another option for fabrics and craft selections in town. This store however, is extremely small! Its not even half the size probably of the store in Mobile. It is too bad they did not go into the old Hancock Fabrics location. Still, they have a great selection for their size and their already offering plenty of classes. Definitely use the app to take advantage of their deals. The staff is definitely on top of things here- great energy!

I cross stitch and have been going to Joann’s for a long time for my cloth and thread. But for the last month or more every time I go in half of the thread is empty. When I ask about it, the lady says they are waiting for a shipment. Well today I asked again for the fourth time in a month. She got hateful and rude with me and said it will get stocked when a shipment gets in. They don’t control the shipments. I was like seriously it’s been like this over a month. And she said well mam there’s nothing I can do all hateful. So I walked out. I will never be stepping in that store again. Also hobby lobby actoss the street was fully stocked with non empty.

This store no longer supplies bags for customers. The reason they have for this is that its not in the budget since Christmas. I dont think its unreasonable to expect a store to provide a bag to carry your purchases in. I ended up purchasing two bags at a cost of almost $12 because I didnt want to try to carry several armfuls of yarn to my car.

They are higher prices than other stores. The worse thing is they Only have 2 female employees, to RUN THE WHOLE STORE. That is pitiful. Those ladies need to get Raises. I interned on a local police Dept and that place is open for criminals to rob them. They REALLY need better security and more employees. Being in sales all my life, these are the things I saw that need improvement.

Couldnt wait for this store to open, but am disappointed with this store. Not a large selection of fabric and store is small with not enough space between the aisles. There is an empty store next door so this could have been a much larger store.

Joann is a mediocre craft store. Everything you have here, you could find cheaper at a Michaels or a hobby lobby. It also has an amazingly small selection. I was really disappointed by the crafting half of the store. The redeeming factor is the fabric. Omg if you need a special fabric and dont mind the slightly elevated prices, Joanns is a fabric heaven! They have such a large selection of fleece, tulle, and calico/broadcloth. Theres every color under the rainbow and every finish you could think of. Id definitely recommend the fabrics here.

The man with the unique mustache is wonderful with customer service, but the woman that worked Friday morning at the front cash register really needs to approach customers in a more positive manner. The store itself was wonderful.

The store is fine but the staff not so good I got blame for opening left over fabric and I politely said I put it back right where it was and the ticket that is attach to it, but she keep saying you cant do that witch I understand but I didnt see any sing or anything saying that you can see the product or anything like that i was just looking and I even fix some and the ladies start telling me that the mess that it was Already there before I look wasnt pretty much that i did it and she didnt want to fix it she keep trying to tell me i did it so i told.her well.go check thew cameras if you want but i didnt do it then I tried to get some fabric the same lady make me wait and left to the back leaving me there waiting so I left the stuff there I never had an issue with the store before but today I can say what a horrible costume service .I rather go to hobby lobby
