You could always find this Shell station very busy as it sits across from two of the largest casinos in Biloxi. Prices at the pump normally are about the same as they are elsewhere in the immediate area. Inside youll find the normal convenience store fair at comparable prices to other locations of the same type. Staff is always friendly and service is normally pretty quick except when they are packed. Not a lot of space to navigate around the gas pumps so you have to be careful in that regard watching for traffic coming from different directions. Not a lot of local traffic as it seems most that stop here are from out of town... Either coming or going from the casinos. If you search you can find cheaper prices, but you are paying for the convenience of it being right there if youre just cruising the coast or visiting the casinos along the beach. I would recommend this place if you need some place convenience and dont want to look around for better prices for gas.

Friendly service. Some pretty interesting clientele. Granted I made my stop at night. Like the location. Prices are good on gas too. Clean. Feel like watching my back here.

When the cashier finally came to the counter from the back (after a line of people had formed and called out for someone) she was so distracted she put my money on the wrong pump. When I had to go back and ask what was taking so long she told me if youre on pump six thats where its at I told her I said seven (its where I always pull in) and after leaving realized pump 5,6,and 8 had bags over them saying no service so I couldnt of used that pump she claimed I was on anyway. Just thought she should be aware of that. P.s always hella amount of homeless people hang out at this location for years now so heads up visitors

This convenience store sells gas and beer and chips and soda like every other convenience store. There are frequently police officers here fueling their patrol vehicles. Ambulances hang out here, too.

Workers dont even seem like they want to be there. Tried to stop by to get a drink, use the bathroom, and get some gas. Come to find out the bathroom was a mess with no toiletpaper whatsoever. Tried to go to the counter to go ahead and get gas and mention to the cashier that the restrooms needed attending and that there was no toilet paper. The man told me that it probably wont get looked at until 4:00 am (several hours later) when they closed the store. Phenomenal. Didnt even bother to purchase anything. Poor customer service, not even a smile or an apology. Makes me really wonder about the sanitation procedures/food handling with the food theyre serving in there.

Store is always busy, they have gotten good about not letting the homeless people panhandle there. Its a safe store.There is just ALOT of homeless in this area.

Staff very uncaring. I just witnessed The lady employee ignoring a man unresponsive in the parking lot. She did not come out to check on him until other people ( a friend and I) were checking on him. It took me about 5 minutes to come across the street with traffic just to get to him. She told us, the police and the ambulance driver that he was just one of the homeless guys around. That he was probable spiced out He finally did come too.That was very uncaring and judgemental. Even if he may have been on drugs , no one in distress needs to be ignored and talked bad about to strangers. This was 5:15 PM Feb. 1th 2018

I am an ex Marine veteran that has spent a lot of Money at this Shell station. It is pouring down rain and the female employee on night of New Years Eve told me to leave on my bicycle get wet and die. Then her girlfriend came out and said the same. Then I left came to an over pass and 5 Biloxi cop cars came up checked me out and let me go. SHELL u suck if anybody anyone of my friends buys from them then u are in the lost Angels name of Lucifer. Be that as it is Lucifer is Satan and u a devils worshiper...

Good prices, .79☆ any size fountain drinks. Friendly staff, but they tend to get very busy and the wait times can be ridiculous.

Right across the street from The Beau and beside the The Waffle House. Prices for gas are within a couple of cents from the cheapest in the area.

Other than being a pain to get in and out of it is a typical gas station. Set on a hill it can be hard when busy to get to the gas pumps.
