While visiting from Atlanta, got large bolt on tire. Took car to them, as they were closest to our hotel but also aware of some of the other reviews.They were able to patch the tire and was out the door in just under an hour. And they charged a reasonable price. We made it back to home no problems.

Bought a set of tires 6 months ago for my truck that sits in yard because its a weekend truck for me. Went in Sunday to have a set of wheels mounted and the man at the desk was telling me my tires were used and no good and he wouldnt touch them. I explained to him that they was less then a year old and I clearly dont drive the truck often because the tires have full tread dept. He then proceeds to be rude with me as I told him he was losing an easy $150 for a job that should and could been done. I will never use firestone again because of the time i wasted and rude staff. I found another company to install my wheels for me with no issues.

I appreciate their hours of 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. Its perfect for people like myself who work bankers hours. The Firestone near my house opens at 8 and closes at 5.I stopped by this morning in a rush, with a quick question regarding my tire pressure sensors being off. The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful. I asked what I would I need to do in order for it to be taken care of, and he explained. I was walking inside to get a price on it, but he said he could look it up right here.Thank you, sir for not passing me off to someone else, and I will definitely return when Im not rushing. More importantly, thanks for you tire repair center being available when youre needed the most.🙋🏾‍♀️

Had my truck towed to the Firestone Auto Care on Howard Ave. in Biloxi due to brake issues. They quickly diagnosed the issue and informed me that it is a defect that was subject to recall and I needed to contact the dealership.They could have easily done the repairs that would have been quite expensive, but they acted with honesty and integrity. Saturday afternoon they were very busy and said I would be a couple of hours.HOWEVER if I came back Sunday morning they could take care of it.Sunday morning I was told by Manager (arriving late with cup of coffee in hand asking employee how did he get in the building he responded with my key!?&$?)I was told it would be a couple of hours as there were 6 appointments ahead of me.Come on. If they know what they’re doing it’s 10 minutes to plug a tire.I’ll go elsewhere and when I need new tires it won’t be here.Not sure how they stay in business

I went for an oil change and they did not secure the dust cover back on properly. I drove a couple blocks before I heard a loud noise coming from my car. It was being held by one screw... They had to send someone to remove it completely so I can drive my car back to the shop to reattach it. I would never think something as simple as an oil change could go wrong like this. I am disappointed because Firestone was the only place I went for car maintenance. Unfortunately I will think twice before doing that again.

Went for a basic tuneup on my car. Arrived at 2:05 PM. It was a Saturday and I knew I would have to wait which wasn’t a problem. Ask the person at the counter at 4:00 how much longer it would be and he told me about 45 minutes. Called a friend to come get me so I could run an errand and by the time I finish my car should be ready. Received a call 45 minutes later on my way back to Firestone and the man says, “I got some bad news. We don’t have those spark plugs in. You need to come back on Monday.” That was 3 hours of a beautiful Saturday wasted. Never again!!!

Almost everything done here is a hassle. Unfortunately they are one of the few places that are approved for working on our work vehicles. They have not reset the oil change warning alarm 2 out of the last 3 times.

I caught a nail in my tire the night before coming to this location. Most locations were closed because it was Sunday. Found this place right away and I received AMAZING service. Took care of me right away even though they were super busy. Kyle truly cared about my situation and the customer service was beyond perfect.

I call this location yesterday about taking my tires off the rims so that I can send them back and put my original tires back on the car, I get there today and they tell me that they can take the tires off the rims but they cant put any tires back on the car unless they are new.

I had called the store and a young guy answered. He was extremely short and rude. I went there last Thursday hoping to get better service. My tire light was on. There was a young guy sitting away from the counter, truly on the side of a wall. I waited while he chatted with someone and he finally looked at me and asked if I needed help. I asked if he worked there because I was shocked by his attitude. He laughed and said, no, Im just back here.I have used Firestone in Gulfport on 25th Ave. and Courthouse Road. Those places were great. Thisyoung guy, with dark hair, is a horrible rude brat and I cannot believe Firestone allows him to work there.

Had new tires put on 3 weeks ago. Came back last week bcz tires were not balanced. Was told short staffed, could not help me so made an appointment for the following week. Following week still waited almost 2 hours with appointment just for a balance. Counter help very rude, not customer friendly AT ALL. Last time customer at this Firestone store.

Oil change, replace brake pads, turn rotors, replace tire pressure sensor. = $470.00Asked them to call and let me know the status of my vehicle to anticipate / make judgment about repairs. Shortly, before closing, I get a call asking if I was planning to get my truck that day. I was surprised because they never updated me. I was told by the technician that my brake pads were actually fine, but replaced anyway. I was also charged for the diagnostic test for tire pressure monitor system. Part not replaced due to time. My truck has a diagnostic system and a diagnosis was run previously during a tire mounting. So, charged for no reason. I was told I could pull my truck out from the lift area. Keys were in the ignition. My truck was left in reverse, immediately moving backwards after starting. I did get a military discount. That said, I will NEVER give them business again.

Bit of a wait, which I can understand given that its busy. Needed an alignment so we got the package that has a lifetime alignment with up to 2 a year. They told us about the time rods being bad so thats a plus that theyre honest. Gonna come back to get them fixed.

The team at this location is amazing! They went above and beyond for my service and were very kind. The establishment was clean and very organized.

Bought four new tires. They were reasonably priced. It only took a little over an hour to have them put on, balanced and all fluids checked.

After having to wait 55minutes for them to change my oil they didn’t reset the system. I go back the next day and they’re closed for a “staff meeting”. You should probably do staff meetings after hours so it’s not affecting business hours then when someone calls you don’t even answer the phone. People have to drive all the way over to see that y’all closed an hour early. Ridiculous!

Its been such a business relationship that we ask about each others children.Its on of the few places that if you buy your auto parts or get service from here, you theyll be there next week.

He went above and beyond to help and explain everything. Its very rare these days to find a mechanic that will take time out of his work to explain something to a customer. Caused damages to my wifes door on her Toyota and refuse to take responsibility never had a problem with this Firestone until now and definitely will not be returning. If you wanna pay 700+ for them to screw your vehicle up this is for sure the place to go hopfully they will do the right thing and try to fix their error before we have to get anyone else involved with this.

I brought my Prius in a few Sundays ago due to a flat tire while I was on vacation. (I only took it there and not Toyota because Toyota was closed on Sunday and I needed the flat fixed. Who can mess up a flat?) They quoted me a price of $19,99 to repair the flat. When I went to pick it up, the bill was actually $32 for additional part. (Not too much of a big deal. Only $12 more) I went to pick up my wife and noticed the tire pressure light wouldnt go off, so I took it back and the technician told me that it was normal and that it would go off automatically after driving for awhile. Needless to say, by the next morning, it still hadnt gone off. It would flash once upon starting the car and remain on. I then noticed my hubcap was missing from the tire that had the flat I went back to Firestone. to see if perhaps they forgot to put it back on. The technician told me it was on when he put air in the tire the day before. He also told he sees a lot Priuses with missing hubcaps and they tend to fall off. Hmm mmm. It managed to stay on during the 800 mile drive, but falls off during the one mile trip from Firestone to my hotel?I took the car to Allen Toyota and explained the situation. The service adviser told me Firestone is notorious for breaking things. He said the the fact that the tire pressure gauge flashes once upon starting indicates it is malfunction and it would cost me between $200 to $300 to replace it. They took it back and later came back and said they discovered that an aftermarket tire pressure gauge was installed and it wasnt set/synch properly. Hmm. This was the first time I ever took the Prius to anyone other than a Toyota dealership for service, so of course it got me to wondering WHOOOOO could have installed an aftermarket tire pressure gauge? Perhaps, that person or company broke my gauge and tried to install a new one without me noticing? And if in fact they did do this, maybe they also contributed to the loss of my $100 hub cap by not installing it tightly onto the wheel?When I returned home from my vacation, I wrote Firestone a similar review that you see here and requested a call back. To their credit 2 days later (December 27th) the manager called me and I went over what happened. Of course, he denied they broke the gauge and said if they had broke it, they would have noted it on the invoice. (Sure hope he wasnt insinuating he would charge a customer for a mistake they made) Of course I am thinking that is assuming a company would fess up to their mistake or whether they would try to cover it up. Who knows? He said he would check their video tape and see if he sees anything and have the General Manager call me this past Monday. It is now Saturday and no phone call, so I am left to infer that they didnt like what the video tape revealed and decided ignoring a problem is the best way to go. Generally, ignoring a problem makes it worse. I am sharing my experience, so other people can decide for themselves whether they want to do business here.

This place only gets a star because you can’t give a review with out one. If you love your vehicle at no point should you bring it to the shop. Last time they did not get a water hose tight and it came off I just figured it was an accident things happen. But yesterday I had my truck here to have tie rod ends changed and the alignment redone. Now if you hold the steering wheel straight the truck goes to the right also you have to keep pressure to the left to make it go straight. Taking back today to make them do it right would have done it yesterday but picked truck up at closing and this will be the last time I ever go to this location.

My Check Engine Light came on and stopped to have a simple check/scan for codes since Im traveling to Chicago. I was TOLD it would take 3 HOURS for some to look at it. I informed them I just wanted them to check the codes which only takes 2 minutes to do.....once again I was told it would be a 3 HOUR WAIT! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE....NOT!!!! Im calling Firestone HQ

Took my car in Saturday morning thinking It was my master cylinder, the guy told me it would cost over $800.00 dollars to repair it because I needed to have 1 brake replaced on the back drivers side etc etc... after doing my own research and contacting the dealership about my car, I immediately picked up my car from Firestone before they could rip me off... I took it to the dealership , all I needed was brake fluid because it was low.. didn’t need brakes or anything Firestone said I did.. clearly they have crooked guys working there who try to take advantage of women because they think we’re clueless and will believe anything they tell us. WRONG.., if it doesn’t feel or sound right please question it and get a second opinion. Saved me from a $823.00 scam

Consummate professionals. I was on my way home to FL and broke down in Biloxi. They told me they may not be able to fix it that day being late Sun afternoon. Not only did they get it fixed so I wouldnt be stranded, they stayed late to do it. Big thanks to the Air Force vet up front and the mechanic with the beard who worked on it. You guys were true lifesavers.

Was in town moving my son who is stationed at Keesler AFB. We drove from NC and his tires were literally falling off the vehicle due to bad rims. All 4 rims needed replacing and Firestone was very patient and my son ended up finding 4 rims with tires on craigslist and Firestone balanced them and installed for us. Never gave us a hard time about not buying new rims from them and service was excellent. Great employees and great service. Even offered to pick my son up from the base if he had needed a ride to get his truck. Would give 6 stars if I could.

This place has been the worst experience Ive ever recieved from an automotive shop I bought 4 new tires here and drove away with excessive vibration shaking my hood my seats and my nerves Ive been back 4 times with nothing but excuses each time until I took it to a trusted tire shop I know and theyre the ones that told me and showed me the problem it was defective tires and it cost me 50 bucks that firestone wouldnt honor paying me back but I am now passing the 3 hour mark waiting still for 2 tires to be replaced when all theyve done is inconvience me every time Ive went there I will never buy another service from them and buyer beware of the shop on Howard ave. You will find plenty of excuses there and its been over an hour since I drove by seeing my truck inside so how long does it take for 2 tires to be replaced when in fact the real tire shop that shown me the problem theyve tried to cover up too less than 1 hour to pull all 4 rebalance plus found errors in tires I just dont get it worst experience EVER!!

Stopped in to get a headlight changed. I bought the part beforehand. I was told that they had to use their part. When the part finally arrived they pulled my Yukon into the bay only to tell me everything is fine, both headlights are working. This place didnt look for a cause for the light dimming out they just closed my hood and sent me on my way. Granted they didnt charge me anything but what would they charge me for, they didnt do anything.Continued our trip to Texas. When we arrived in Texas I noticed once again that the same headlight was dim again. I took the vehicle to another Firestone in Tyler, Texas. Lo and behold they found a faulty wiring harness or pigtail as they called it. You could see evidence of charring indicating a short. According to this mechanic, this could have possibly resulted in an electrical fire in the engine compartment resulting in severe damage to my vehicle.After finding this out, I had to come and edit my original review. Never have I had such horrible and unprofessional service at a Firestone as I had at the one in Biloxi, Ms.

Lol this place..... I went up there yesterday and got my battery checked for free like every place on the gulf coast does. The guy says battery is bad, so I’m like how much he says 305$ for the battery plus 50 for laber and not including tax on that either hahahahahahahahaha so a total of 355$ plus tax then says we don’t have the battery can we keep your Jeep Wrangler note this is a 40k vehicle. I call Sams club 115$ for a battery with free installation. Firestone wanted three times the amount of money for there petty battery. I will never put trust in them nor recommend them to anyone on the coast. Scam artist I can see, they do nothing special nor have any better warranties on battery’s got a brand new one today at sam’s club for 115$ and 3 year warranty. Didn’t get fooled by these fools. 😂😂
