We have had nothing but issues from the start. Centennial has given their apologies for the previous problems we have had and their unprofessional behavior which is why I havent written a review until now. Therefore, this post is about the issues we are still having after they apologized. We have been in our house for around 6 months now and sadly have yet to enjoy it because of the issues constantly coming up.- siding that wasnt installed correctly-two leaking faucets (have ruined our cabinets)- a toilet that doesnt flush-a windowsill that needs repaired- doors not correctly hung so they cannot shut correctly.- tiling that needs completely redone in the bathroom- a counter top that needs completely replaced in the master bath because it has two holes they tried to buff out on the top.- our floor is indented/sinking and is needing redone by an outside company- our breakers trip from something as simple as a coffee maker- trim fell off our cabinetsI understand that things are going to need to be fixed especially when a home is custom built. But I also expect quality and integrity to come from the business we entrusted. We picked cenntenial because of the customer service we were given the day we shopped for our new home. After our check was handed over we have been treated poorly and given excuses. I am frustrated and hurt; this nightmare with Cenntenial homes will just not end. All we want is for things to be fixed and done the right way. I have already told multiple friends to avoid this company but as I sit here stressing about all the things that need to get done before our warranty is up; I feel I need to share with others hoping to find a home to grow old in.

I am a contractor in Powell, WY. I recently painted the inside of one of these homes and all I can say is you should be ashamed of yourselves. There are literally problems in every corner of this house. From drywall, to horrible trim work. The house doesnt even feel new and nice. No support under shower floors, the faux beams in the living area are already falling down, the floor transitions are sticking up and barely fastened down... I could go on for a week about the problems in this house. I sure hope you guys fix everything after their 30 day period but truthfully without tearing the whole house apart its not possible. Nobody should ever be ripped off to this degree. Complete fraud.

Desmone was very knowledgeable on every little detail, details that no other company mentioned. He really helped us understand every aspect of buying to land and set up.

When somebody suggested to me that I leave a post on centennial homes I had to say give me my phone and let me do it they are amazing people they are not pushy at all very helpful and if you need a house whether its a manufactured well that is pretty much what they do is manufactured homes but if youre looking for a manufactured home this is the place for you decently priced very elegant homes a sight to see so if youre out on any given Sunday and driving around with not a care in the world only wishing that you could buy a house for that special someone why dont you hop on over to centennial homes and give them a shot they are amazing

My daughter and son in law bought a house from them and have had nothing but problems from day one, they wont call her back, wont stand by their products. The doors and cabinets are junk. Dont close. They have been waiting on someone to come fix the multiple problems, no one shows up, no one calls them back. This was a pretty pricey house and not worth the money they spent! Oh and its only 7 months old!! Sure did ruined the joy of buying a new house!

Ok first off, just have to start by saying that if you are looking to build in Montana and are trying to shop around to find the best deal to value let me save you some of your valuable time; it is here. I shopped around for weeks until I came across this place and I assure you for the quality and professionalism you find here the price is in fact right. Now some of you may be battling with the idea of living in a modular home and CCRs for your potential community; dont stress most of these homes actually fall under the category of stick builds and most HOAs wont bat an Eye. Ask For Desmone that was my guy he was absolutely outstanding. 4 of those 5 stars belong to him. This is because when you call into centennial homes not only are you connecting with the premier pre-fab creators of the 406 you are speaking to people like Desmone that are trying to help you situate your family into a new home sincerely with your need son the forefront. They always have time for you and are always just a phone call or an email away. Desmone will have you breaking ground on your future home in the blink of an eye. You can not go wrong with this company because they are going to put you first.

I would like to thank Michael, Manager of Centennial Home, Billings and Wyoming. He went above and beyond his responsibilities to get me a NADA value on a used trailer that I had purchased from a private owner, for insurance purpose. He called me after hours and spent alot of time going through the information so it was accurate. Thank you so much for your help I really appreciate it!

Everyone I spoke to was super helpful and friendly. I worked with Desmond for several weeks. He worked so hard to find us a house on such short notice. We were on a time crunch and he did everything he could to get it to work for us. He wasn’t pushy but was attentive and supportive. He offered advice when we asked and provided the information we needed. We will absolutely use them in the future.

A nightmare experience! Was flat out lied to for 2 months and then the salesman tried to blame me for the miscommunication. I wanted a modular and was very clear. He said it was, but it was a manufactured. Was also lied to about the price. We were far into the process and at the last stages before papers were signed. I was understandably very angry and when I talked with the manager he told me I shouldnt be angry because Im a pastor! unbelievable! if you value honesty and respect take your business to another place. was not an option to give zero or negative stars unfortunately.

Very pleased with my experience. Very helpful and informative. Being young and wanting to make the best decision for yourself is hard with so many people just out to make some money, or pressuring you into a situation you’re not entirely comfortable with, not with these guys. They broke it down so I could understand scenarios and better structure my plan and our needs. Very respectful and helpful! Will definitely recommend!!

These guys were great. Desmone helped my wife and I out and answered all our questions. They were not pushy at all and do try to up sell you something you dont want. I told them my budget and weve stuck to it. Being a first time home buyer they are holding my hand through this and trying to make it as easy as they can for me.

I purchased a modular home from Centennial Homes in Billings. What a big mistake that was. Friendship Homes that we bought is the lowest quality workmanship of any home I have bought. None of the plumbing was installed correctly. The trim, cabinets, counter tops, and laminate flooring are substandard quality, and not installed correctly. Tile and wall cover in both showers not sealed to the wall. Dishwasher leaks , none of the toilets flush, the home came covered with fine drywall and primer powder that Centennials tech damp mopped into a slurry that took weeks to try to get off the floor . Centennial Homes has sold more homes than they have customer service for. We have waited weeks to get anything fixed. We did turn down an offer to send the tech that did a lousy job when the home was set. I would never buy anything from Centennial Homes with the Friendship Home name . Buyer beware .Well we are finally done with Centennial. The people at Centennial are very nice they smile and shake your hand because they are selling you a home built by Friendship homes. I would never buy anything from Centennial again . The quality and workmanship on the home we were delivered was substandard to say the least and their ability to fix what was wrong took almost a year. Are they competitive with others in the Billings market. You make the call.

We stopped by on a fact finding mission for our retirement home. Mike was very informative about the structure of their homes and answered all my husbands questions. We then toured with the new guy, Derrick. For a new guy, he sure knew his stuff! He listened to what we were looking for, didnt make us look at models that wouldnt meet our needs, answered our questions and put us at ease about what we were looking for.We had every intention of visiting four different builders that we had researched but after spending several hours talking with Derrick, we nixed the other three - Centennial had several options we are interested in. Even though our build is several years down the road, they spent a lot of time with us. We highly recommend stopping by and talking to them - and ask for Derrick - he was great! We are very disappointed in our home. It had a one year guarantee and at the end of the year it has started to fall apart. The walls are cracking, the built in plug in the bath tub wont work, the molding around the windows is coming off and around the doors. The baseboards in the kitchen have come lose.We replaced the siding because it was not put on right and some of it had started to break. We had hoped this would be better than some we looked at but think we may have picked the worst. Diana and Harold Marquette Ovando Montana. Now a another week has gone by and all the drawers in the kitchen have had the slides break and one of the cupboards has had the same thing happen. The wall in the frontroom is pulling away from the built in book case and not sure what will fall apart next and we have only been in this house a little more than a year. we are retired and cannot afford to tear it down and have a home built like we should have in the first place! We want to thank Centennial Homes in Billings for addressing our problems. They sent two men out to fix all of our problems and did a very nice job. The house is now in better shape.
