I have had several business encounters with this company and have always found them to be very responsive, professional, and fair. They have gone out of their way to help me many times with different business ventures and investments. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for help with mobile home purchases, sales, or appraisals.

We bought our home through here in 2013. It was winter when we bought so us and the company discussed waiting until May to deliver, so ground would thaw and we could do our ground work. By the end of March they were hounding me about delivering already even though nothing was ready. They wanted to charge me to deliver early, and then charge AGAIN to come up and do the work. When they finally brought the house, a window in a door broke (normal for traveling 360 miles to site). Instead of fixing it they gave me a piece of plexi glass and told me to “just stick it in the frame”. They didn’t even give us the right size, and said if we wanted another new one we’d have to pay for it since they already “replaced” it. After setting the house, the guys didn’t want to stick around to hook up water and sewer so we had to do it ourselves. That first winter we had frozen water, finally found out they never wrapped the pipes, so we had to. They mudded cracks in the walls after setting it down and threw us a chunk of sandpaper and told us to sand it down when it was dry because they weren’t sticking around. Our marriage line cracked a few months after moving in, I called and they said they won’t fix it because it’s too far to come up here (that’s why I pay delivery and there’s a warranty?!?!) They didn’t fix any of the other things that were wrong with the house, that was marked down during our finally walk through and documented. They sided the north side of our house UPSIDE DOWN so they had to peel it off to redo. This put our move in date back a few days because they wouldn’t allow us to live there until it was fixed. The shingles on the seam of the roof weren’t attached correctly so every time we got a wind they stood straight up. They told us it was our responsibility because the one year warranty ran out on their lot. Definitely will not be buying a house through This company again.

Run away from BIG SKY homes! Doors with vinyl cover get destroyed by sun.Poor plumbing layout leads to endless frozen pipes. A 3/12 pitch roof will collapse under heavy Montana snow buildup! Poor roofing job left exposed staples that eventually shrank and let in water. Vinyl siding is brittle and will not stand up to hail.I could go on and on
