Most of them were more expensive than KB, but none of them worked as well.Price: As I stated before, we have used other brands before our time with KB. Frankly, we were shocked at their pricing on the items we order on a regular basis. They had better pricing than their direct competitors, and much better pricing than local and national food suppliers. As a small business, pricing, even just a minor difference, is a big deal. KB has done an excellent job of staying the best pricing option.People: To me, the service is the number one reason to consider KB for your commercial products. The team that they have is second to none. Beginning with sales, Dustin and Asher do a fantastic job of finding the products we need and making sure they are the right price. On several occasions, they have gone above and beyond the call of duty to help our business. At one point, Dustin even scrubbed our bathroom floor in his shirt and tie to show us how to use a product! That is service! The service team has been awesome as well! Guner has been servicing our machines and does a wonderful job. He also has come on short notice for repair of broken down machines. By the way, KB doesnt own our machines, we do. Delivery is always done in a fast manner, with a friendly and helpful staff. Their drivers are all excellent. They go above and beyond their job duties to help us! Lastly, the support team at KB is incredible. Rachel, who works in the showroom and answers our sometimes seemingly endless calls, is so great with customers that you might think about stealing her to work with you! Of course, I cant forget Stacy, the President of the company. Clearly, this is a person who knows how to put a team together! Her group is a reflection of her high customer service standards. She is very easy to work with and always tries to find a way to say yes.These are just a few examples of why we switched to KB Commercial Products and never looked back.
