Ive used their products professionally at a few jobs that Ive had and I even use their products at home. I have always had wonderful customer experience and the chemicals are definitely worth what they charge. In my personal experience they are great with customer service and they have a knowledgeable staff that knows the products. One thing I really like about them is if I am using a new product they will tell me how to properly use that product. Always such an upbeat mood over there welcomed with a hi and a smile. In some cases they even delivered the product to me. All in all I love the attitudes there and overall atmosphere of the building and general knowledge that they have. And this isnt just I stopped in and like the place Ive used these guys for years!!!

Rich who works for them is very rude. He is not helpful and he doesnt take the time to help his customers. I will be dealing with Bruco from now on.

We have been working with Hanson for many years. The receptionist is always so friendly and she sings a song when she answers the phone. They deliver promptly when you place an order, their prices are fair, and their reps are very responsive and knowledgeable about the cleaning industry. They offer a wide array of products for all you need in janitorial and cleaning and paper supplies for your business. I highly recommend them!
