Came in to exchange items, they took 7 items and gave us about 2 bucks per item, I took the cash and left and felt there is more than what they took missing so we called asking what was going on and if something was missing. Jessica answered the phone, very rude lady, raising her voice saying repeatedly we have all the items they didnt buy. I hung up after a while and she called back right away, I ignored the call and she called back again, after we ignore the first call right away like a lunatic, saying that were accusing her of stealing our clothes and said due to us accusing her we are no longer allowed to do business in that store. She continuously kept saying frantically We have cameras to prove nobody stole any of your clothes!. I do know for a fact were missing more than 7 clothes cause our bag was filled when we came in and it was barely half full getting it back. The bag posted is the bag used. Runway Fashion Exchange is a joke and Jessica is nuts

I first discovered this gem on Wednesday when my daughter and I were looking for a formal dress for Twirp , even though this place doesnt carry them we stayed and shopped and let me tell ya we hit the jackpot.I absolutely hate jeans shopping but the older lady with black hair was so helpful with finding my size, she asked me several questions about what i was looking for and was dead on all four pairs that I tried on were wins. her customer service was great even with her being very busy . my daughter and I both found a ton of things at a great price, this is our new go to place for clothing.

Stopped in from out of town and needed a jacket...I found that and a lot more. The girls working were super friendly, very helpful and sweet!! The store was clean and well laid out. Everything was reasonably priced also...very impressed with everything!

This place is a joke honestly, The girls working here have no clue how to price things! I brought in 10 pairs of brand new ( never worn) sneakers...Nike, adidas, converse, Jordan with absolutely nothing wrong with them! And the gal offered me $14... like what? Don’t take you’re belongings here. They try to give you a dollar for each item, then sell it for 20 +! SCAM

They try and buy clothes at such an unfair price then sell them for double or triple of what they bought it for! At least give you’re customers half of what you’re selling it for.. I was just in about an hour or so ago.I was looking for a dress for a wedding this weekend. Let me just say that the lady that was helping me was so nice and helpful, I found the perfect dress and a bunch of other stuff that I didnt need. I will be back the next time I am in town or you could just open a store in Bozeman :)

A fair selection for women but very small for men. Staff never spoke with us and the store was not busy. Prices seemed rather high for used clothing. A mens used vest was about $25.

I always go to this store first before deciding to go to a store and pay full price. One thing I love is the new way the fixtures look with the tag sizes that you can visually see now!! Makes it so much easier to navigate the store!!! A few things I wish this store could improve on is customer service... I understand everyone is busy when I come in but a hi how are you, or what are you looking for just to point me in the right direction to show they care would be amazing. Another thing is employees were talking about another employee as I was shopping around and it wasn’t nice things said at all. I’m sorry when I am shopping I do not want to hear that type of talk. I want a good happy atmosphere to shop in, not something negative. Please talk about that else where. Other than that this store is great :)

I have had bags full of clothes in my car for months just haven’t taken them in, I take them in today and not one of the workers I saw were wearing masks but state they couldn’t take anything due to them not being washed in 24 hours.... doesn’t make sense. They have been in a bag for months with no contact... but the people handling them aren’t wearing masks or others in the store...

Nice place decent priced clothing, unfortunately the owner of this store ruins the experience. She profiles customers pre judging them and there intentions, assuming anyone who has tattoos and is any color other then white and has bleach blond hair is there to shop lift.. This women takes unprofessional to a whole new meaning! With no reason or proof she call the cops on you, to have you confronted inside the store by Billings Most finest.. who also is rude and unprofessional himself. I was looking for something for my daughter who is turning 13 in just a few weeks and likes this clothing place who shop here a lot and have sold them a lot of our clothes... when this cop came up and acted like I was shop lifting, I opened my purse right up and all there was were keys a wallet and phone... I wasn’t shop lifting I was shopping! Bottom line this place doesn’t deserve anyone’s business because if your anything other then what I had described in the beginning, take your money else where she don’t deserve nor appreciate it if it ain’t white money! 🤦‍♀️

Good clothes, friendly staff. However I had $50 worth of store credit on an older card and it wasn’t accepted. I understand there could be new protocols, but I feel like there was no effort or care to find a way to help me. They pretty much just said sorry we don’t know how to do this so we won’t accept it. $50 isn’t a small amount and I had sold my clothes to them to earn it. Just lower customer service training.

I love runway. It feels really nice to clean out your closet and then go find new things that you feel good in! This runway always has an exceptional amount of clothes and variety to choose from & the staff is usually super sweet & friendly. I also love their rewards program 😍 I came in the other day and got a few brand new shirts and a jacket all for 25$.. Missy helped me check out and she was the sweetest!

One of my favorite spots for great deals on name brand and great prices! The employees are always so wonderful every time. There are brand new, name brand clothes for less than half of retail prices!!! Who wouldnt want to save money and have cute clothes? I love this place!

First of all, do not try and sell your clothes here! They will waste your time and money! Brought in an entire garbage bag of clothes including tshirts, a winter coat, two pairs of suit coats with matching pants, jeans, and several other items to sell. I gave them the clothes and they told me it would take an hour for them to look at the ones I brought in. (2 hours) later, I received a text saying my clothes were ready to be picked up. I came in expecting a little bit of cash at least, but they offered me no money for the entire bag of clothes I brought and said I could only donate them! She said the clothes were “not in the best condition” so they didn’t want to buy them. I had worn both of the suit outfits only one or two times each and they thought they were in bad condition!? So I ended up donating the clothes and walked out very frustrated. Honestly false advertisement because you probably couldnt get cash for clothes unless they’re Brand New. I do not recommend selling clothes here! What a bad experience! I’m surprised they’re even in business!!

I gave two stars because they do have a decent selection but I think whoever they put in charge of pricing has forgotten theyre selling USED clothing! The prices are insanely high on the majority of theyre items. Every pair of American Eagle jeans I came acrossed were priced at $20 to $25. I can understand asking that much for designer denim but not brands I can go buy brand new for the same price or barely more. I walked past American Eagle a few days ago and they had a sign saying all denim $19.99. So considering how yall lowball any items you purchase from customers dont you think you could price your items a little more reasonable?!

Great customer service! They have an amazing variety of clothes and accessories for a second hand store! I finally can buy jeans that dont cost both arms and a small goat. ( I am 510 and its difficult to find some good fitting/comfortable jeans!!). I sell my clothes to them all the time and you can cash or credit. Worth the time and money.

Ive been shopping at Runway for over 5 years. Ive never had a problem with the employees, or anything. They are the only store that carry affordable jeans in my size (0-3), which I love. Always quality clothing and great service!

I love Runway! It’s like an excuse to clean out my closet. Except they always have such cute stuff so I usually end up replacing the things I take in there! The buy process, for me, is always smooth and friendly. Anne helped me last time. She was very busy with people dropping clothes off but she was still sweet and helped me out. I’m actually really upset about how my visit with the store went this evening. I came in to return some leggings that I had bought for work purposes the crotch was ripped on them and not a small hole either. I went into the store to return them and when I told the cashier what was wrong with my item and told her I took the tag off and then discovered the hole she said “nope” while rolling her eyes. She was also very rude upon me entering and checking out at the store. Not only did I buy a second pair of leggings since I needed them for work, I discovered that these leggings too had a huge hole in the leg Along the seam. Tried calling the store and no one answered. Am really frustrated with this store and that cashier. Seems like anytime I’m there the staff are very rude. Do not recommend this store at all! I used to work in a consignment store, and the fact that both of these leggings had holes in them is unacceptable and like I said the holes were not small and “missed”. But they simply did not care about the quality of clothing that they’re are selling.

We found so many great deals on name brand items. Were ready for back to school, and we were able to shop for all of the clothes in one store! The shoes are a great deal as well! They also had great customer service!

Im noticing this is a trend in the reviews here. They more or less stole my clothing. I dropped some clothing off in the morning with the understanding that when I came back I would be given the value of my clothing and the ability to accept or reject the offer. I came back in the afternoon only to be given an extremely low value for the clothing. I understand that its a second hand store and they can only sell items for so much, so I was expecting a pretty low dollar amount. But what I was quoted was ridiculous. I said Id just take my items back only to find out that they had already taken my clothing and mixed it in with the rest of the stock. So I was left with no choice but to take the scrap of change they offered me and leave. I cant say Id recommend it for selling clothing.

My daughter and I just went here for the first time a couple weeks ago and weve been back 3 times since then! The staff is super friendly, the prices are AMAZING, and the products are awesome too! Keep up the fantastic work guys!!

I enjoy consignment stores but I do not enjoy visiting Runway Fashion. The customer service is poor. I believe her name is Brooke, she is consistently abrasive to her coworkers and myself. I am guessing that is why there is such a high rate of turnover.

Extremely poor poor customer service. So disappointed in today’s staff claiming to be management. I’ve spent hundreds in jeans here and today she yelled out 5 mins until the dressing rooms were closed so I took my things (along with other customers) and she said they were closed we asked about the 5 min warning and she claimed we only had 3 left anyways. I’d rather pay full price than receive bad service

Horrible it takes my wife forever to get out of there. Women learn to shop like a dude. Wranglers work for all occasions. The Duke wore plad and boots. So can I. Easy were done under five minutes.

I took some clothes here one day. I asked if I should come back that night. And they told me No, we will call you. So I waited for a phone call/text and received nothing. I then came back to the store a couple days later and explained the situation. They were able to pull up my form and they said they had passed on everything. Meaning they didnt take any of my clothes. So I was looking to get them back and try to sell them elsewhere. But they had already went ahead and donated ALL of my clothes. Which included some very nice tops and several BKE & Silver Jeans and shorts. Very hard to believe they passed on these. As I could have sold them for at LEAST $20.00 online or somewhere else.

This place is a joke to work for! I have 17 yrs of customer service skills and being a prior business owner for 8 yrs. But because they have internal issues within their business they are willing to slander someones reputation. And or not stand by their employees like management should!!!

If 0 stars was an option, I’d hit it. EVERYTIME I have come into this store, the staff is beyond rude. I work in retail, so I understand it’s hard. But if you don’t have basic customer service skills, then don’t work it. I feel as if I am a burden everytime I go in, and that is NOT how a customer should feel. I would also recommend not wasting your time trying to sell them clothing. They won’t take anything, and when they do, they’ll rip you off by offering you the lowest amount of money back possible. I will never set foot in this store again. For other customer’s sake, I hope they take these reviews that they are getting seriously, because it seems as if many other people have voiced the same concern, yet nothing seems to be changing.

Honestly I wish I could give 0 stars. The customer service was beyond horrible. When you walk in, its like an inconvenience they have to help you. Ive been in here several times before and its always rude employees behind the counter. I came in to sell some clothing with them and they refused everything because they didnt know the brands. LuLuLemon, Free People, etc. Went to Platos Closet in Bismarck and brought in the same clothes and got over $150 for my items. The clothes they sell are outdated. Be lucky to find one shirt or anything for that matter. Most of the clothes have stains on them or holes. Wal-Mart brands arent worth 15.99 used, sorry. Read a fashion magazine once in awhile and see the top brands.

Ive seen some clothes ripped or with holes (not the good kind). Selection is limited. There is alot they wont buy if your selling but then your find faded glory in the rack. Customer service varies depending Who is there.pricing is usually reasonable though.

I always find super deals with great prices, nicest people to work with I want to thank jess for always putting a smile on my face when I walk in!

Im very pleased to admit that these ladies have not only made up for their beginners mistakes, but have also delivered time and time again as the only fashion outlet of its kind here in Billings and theyd, no doubt, be sorely missed if we ever had to go without.I do apologize for the un*Fashion*ably late update and I thank you for your job well done!Stopped in today 2/17/18 around 3pm to do a little BKE shopping and spent about 10 minutes inside before walking back out. Id heard awhile back that my one-stop shop for gently used Buckle jeans was running under new ownership these days. Its been over a year since Ive shopped the jean isle and I can 100% guarantee that I will not be back unless changes are made. I use to purchase used BKEs for 20 to 35 bucks tops. They are now priced at $65. Do they not realize that brand new BKEs top out at $78?!!! I walked over to check the pricing of the Rock Revivals expecting to see $120ish.. and to my surprise they were also priced at $65. New Rocks from Buckle average around $160. Am I the only one finding this odd? I voiced my confusion to the female of the 2 employees. With a very unprofessional chuckle she said, I dont do the pricing.. as she brushed me off.Ill avoid the irritation and time wasted in the future and spend my money at Buckle. An 18 dollar difference from used to knew is a no-brainer.

I always find clothes I like for bargain prices. The opportunity to exchange clothes for cash or store credit is a bonus.

You can sometimes find great deals here, its hit or miss. They now have mens clothing.

They sell a lot of low quality clothing and they give you next to nothing for your clothes, even if they are good quality. A lot of the clothes on the racks have stains or other issues.
