Employees were super nice, everything was bunched up together, but thats what happens when you are in the middle.od a remodel. I know it will be a awesome store once that is done.

Fast trip...made a return and picked up a couple items. The remodel at this store looks good so far. Self check out lanes will be great as long as they keep more than two or three open at any given time.

Worst service as always. No surprise here though. I wish I would’ve have painted a different color because now I am stuck with trying to get help at the paint servicing.. this has happened multiple times waiting for an associate for over 30 minutes. I had to call the Walmart customer service to have them call an associate. After they announced it on the intercom and I have been waiting for another 20 minutes

I like stopping here is the only place here in Williston North Dakota Deborah teen actually the best part is you ever liquor and wine next door thats where I would get all my vodka my wine my Coronas so yes its really nice clean Place Regional price to the people that work there very friendly I like it

They were renovating so everything is out of place and the isles were so small only 1 person with a cart could go in . The employees were nice and I am sure once the renovation is done it will be nice. I feel though even during the renovation things could still be organized and I felt that the womens clothing dept was a disaster. Boxes everywhere , carts filled with clothing all over...you couldnt even see the pajama dept because of all the carts with clothing in them . Clothing just hung up , no order to them . Maybe next time will be better after the renovation

I enjoy shopping here the workers are very helpful and friendly, the atmosphere is family friendly

It’s now November 2021 and Walmart is still a remodeling mess and has been more many months and I think this is getting to the employees. They seem dazed. Baskets of goods to be restocked are sitting in various locations around the store especially at customer service. It’s depressing. They probably need more staff.

I dont know if theyre done setting up the layout but its terrible. Theres no flow. Aisles go all the way to the walls making you walk around. The electronic department is a huge blocked in area. You spend more time walking around than finding what you need. There is also not much stock on the shelves.

Have everything I need. Love their garden area. Right now they deliver my food. Love that I can get whatever I want delivered to my door. The drivers are all nice and friendly.

I do not care for this place. The prices are good, that is the only thing that keeps me coming back

3 strikes today.1. An item we tried to purchase was denied since it mysteriously was not in their system. Supervisor took the item and left! WTH!2. Overcharged $5.40 on a produce purchase.3. Charged $12.68 on 3 items that should have only been $3.00. Again, the items were not in their system correctly and supervisor would not take appropriate action to correct this.These, combined with the frustration of navigating through their ongoing store revamp ---👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

The experience will be better when the remodel is complete. Not fond of the idea of self checkout. Seems to be leaning towards self checkout

This Walmart had what I needed and from what I could tell, they had a good inventory. I got a new tent and a nice fishing pool and fishing gear. The greeter was nice and complimented me as I left. I do not know if this is just a one time thing.

Only 3 checkers, the rest are self checkout. Low on employees & shelves are sparse. Compared with other states, this Walmart is a safe place to shop at night.

Love the people watching. The people of Walmart are incredibly diverse. It shows the diversity of our cities and towns in one place. Absolutely interesting way to study humanity.

I was trying to purchase some fabric. I waited in the fabric for 15 minutes and finally asked the cashier in the plant dept. if she would page someone to help me. She told me to go to cosmetics to have someone page. I asked 2 girls who didnt work in cosmetics but did page someone. They said someone would be right there, 30 minutes later no one had showed up so I want to cosmetics again, she paged someone, I waited another 15 minutes and went back to cosmetics and she paged again. I waited another 10 minutes and a gentleman from automotive cameto help me. It then took him 30 minutes to figure out his scanner didnt work so he has to call someone to bring a different scanner. I probably wouldnt be nearly as upset if I lived in Billings.

After several less than satisfactory visits, it seems that the folks at the westside Billings Walmart are getting their act together and finishing the remodeling/reorganization they were working on. I only waited a few minutes in the checkout line as opposed to 15 to 20 minutes in the past several months.

This is just like any other Walmart has everything you need. Not too crowded

The Walmart in the heights has a great selection of items Im interested in that the West end.

We were there yesterday October 13, I have someone thats need assistance in other words shes handicapped person, we asked the door greeters for helped, they told us they dont want to be responsible. WOW!!!! They dont have compassion for her OR they discriminate her because of her situation. We are not from Billings were here to shopped and badly we chose the wrong store. We are not recommending this store. SOOO DISAPPOINTED.

Dont buy your garden plants from here they are terrible. Home Depot across the street sells some of the same plants by same vendors and they are healthy and robust. Walmart needs to train their garden/nursery workers in how to properly care for plants, it would sure be more convenient to do all my shopping in the same store.

Blame COVID, or whatever, but this place was a clown rodeo. Was trying to buy a new gas grill but zero employees in the garden center to assist. Walked half the store trying to find a flatbed to move the heavy unit with no joy. Finally found a pallet jack and drug the unit through the store ourselves to the main checkout. Scanned the barcode and the system politely told us that the item was out of stock and wouldnt let us buy it. Drug everything to Customer Service and they couldnt figure it out either. Left $550 worth of grill and accessories sitting in a pile at Customer Service and walked out.

Is always nice to go for Shopping and list cost than the other department, also is fast delivery for online shopping & Some people that doesnt have a lot of money to buy some clothing like expensive Brand Quality.. but they really need more cashier..

Walmart is Walmart, depending on what neighborhood. But this Walmart looking like they were running out of business, over 50% of their shelves were COMPLETELY empty. The employees that were there were kind but anyone that looked less that 30 was standing and chatting with another employee. 🤷🏼‍♀️Its hard to tell if they were short staffed like everyone else in the world pretty much, or if it was because the people they had were just talking their time ordering out of stock stuff and shelving anything they had.

Was visiting here for souvenirs. We found shirts and hats for our son and very reasonable prices. Had to pick up a few other things, but was very impressed with the selection for souvenirs.

The people in the bakery were wonderful they did a great job on my sons birthday cake I also got a coconut cake on clearance when I went to the scan and go the coconut cake wouldnt scan and it got stuck and there was no one to assist at those registers but a gal I did call the number in a gal came and helped me she was very polite she got it scanned in and when I went to pay with the debit card it kept saying it was declined come to find out the girl came back over and for some reason they werent taking cards and I could go to the ATM while the ATM had like 30 people in line because everyone wanted to use cards and it wasnt Walmarts fault or any of the other people but my anxiety goes ridiculous in Walmart anyways so I returned the items to the bakery and had them hold them went to Wells Fargo and went back later that night the cake was wonderful though

Walmart is for the birds. I pull in to get my oil changed at 9:00 am all bay doors are closed with a sign stating they open at 8 am posted at the doors. I call, a man answers the service dept. phone to tell me he doesnt actually know when theyll be open because theyre short staffed. I guess thats the world we live in where a man would rather answer the phone and give you a line of excuses instead of opening a bay door and doing some oil changes. We all know Walmart hurts small biz and yet we still go to the shhh show and get disappointed. Not me not no more

SHOUT OUT to Ernie at the lunch meat counter! She was pleasant and patient when I asked for 2 and 4 slices of meat/cheese... unlike the OTHER older lady who pitched a fit when I asked. She could take lessons from Ernie on customer service!! She clearly needs retrained or talked to.Thanks Ernie for making my day!I would have given this 5 stars but the obvious diminished my spirit for the brief encounter.All is well ....

We went for household items, childrens clothing and such ..its all moved around now..thungs are our of place and not as easy to find because the storenis still under renovation and all..but when going towrads the childrens baby bath Section my hubby told me to stay back because another customer was just coughing and hacking in the aisle we wanted to go down and they werent wearing a mask at all..hardly nobody was. We told a worker..they did nothing. .so I wont be going there for a few weeks or so ..our hospitals are both full of covid patients right now and have the national gaurd at there entrances. And people wont wear a mask? Its simple. But nobody wants to wear them...its just dumb. Walmart should be making people wear them soon as they walk in there store. !! You can never be too safe. ♡

Its Walmart. As Walmarts go though, this one has pretty quick check out lines. And I can always get the litter that my cats prefer here.

The prices are good but even though the pumps are one way in and 1 way out they let people skip the line and going backwards without saying anything to them. Also some of the pumps are out of commission way too often

Very disappointed with the very long lines they had here it took almost 22 minutes to be checked out. All I wanted to buy was a video game. The customer service wasnt that helpful when trying to find items.

Big Walmart as we stopped by to pick up groceries. 16 checkouts with only two openI inquired about why and the lady said no one wants to work. Sad.

This is a Typical Walmart supercenter.I will say the staff is generally friendly However this Walmart can have long waits for the money center on some days and there is generally a wait in line of 2 or 3 people most days.This store used to be 24 hours but is no longer.

So incredibly rude! Last time I was there my cashier walked away without saying a word for about twenty minutes I stood there with 3 people behind me and my stuff on the line. A bunch of people across in membership and not one person tried to take over or apologized when they took her from her till.Tonight, I went after my kiddos were asleep. I had a cart full of things and didn’t realize the tills all close since I don’t go there much. I had to go through self checkout so I asked the man in charge of the right self checkout if I could grab a second cart to transfer. He let me. I scanned some items and didn’t realize the scream was lagged so it flagged an item I stopped right away and waited. Twice this happened and I let the lady know exactly what happened and she rudely asked if I was putting away my tortillas, I replied no I already scanned them and would like them but that my bread didn’t show on the scream before putting it in the bag so I had removed it. This happened a second time before I realized it was lagging. I again removed the item. The rest of the time the lady who came in from carts and watched me gave me the stink eye and talked about me with employees walking by. I overheard and looked her way. She kept staring making it terribly uncomfortable. Especially when I was obviously scanning everything and have never in my life stolen. Yes I know she doesn’t know this but you can isuqlly tell when someone is trying to steal. Well fast forward to about 20-25 minutes later after I finally scanned everything. I turn around and they are both standing behind me guarding my cart arms folded. And held her hand out for the receipt. The receipt checking I understand but normally they do that at the door and don’t guard you and make you feel like an idiot. I let the lady know she made me feel really uncomfortable and I thought the way she handled it was very rude. I will not ever be going back to this Walmart. The heights and laurel are a thousand times more professional.

The King Ave. store is in the middle of a remodeling. It might take a while to find what you are looking for. The problem here is that once you do find it, the checkout process will take more effort than you should expect. There were 3, yes 3,cashiers open and every self service register was in use. Theis buy far has been the worst mismanged walmart i have ever been in.Even with the remodeling they cant get orginazed.I would defenetly know cuz walmart in fayetteville ,Ar did the same thing in a very timely manner and was very high standerds in magement and perfornance in getting them threw checkout.This walmart was bad theirs no cordination.

The Kings Avenue Walmart just got a bunch of potted plants. They are beautiful, fresh, & exploding with color. They are in better shape than the other big box store.

Walmart here was in a bit of disaray. Many shelves pushed aside and the clearance isle for clothes and such were strewn about the store.

I like shopping at Walmart but prefer the one in Laurel over the ones in Billings.

I went in with a dead car battery and Helen the manager in automotive treated me with so much respect and love as if I was her own daughter.Then her assistant manager Chris was so involved in helping also was filled with love they got me back on the road with a new battery thank you guys soooo much many blessing to you and your families thanks again

A very friendly associate in housewares helped me to find a turkey baster. We looked everywhere and I had given up but he didnt give up and found it! The cashier was friendly but not overbearigly so, and was super fast! She was faster than self checkout.

Found everything we needed. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

I ordered a 6 foot sub for Easter at west end Billings Walmart, and the deli did SUPER! My whole family enjoyed it. I was surprised all the condiments that come with it, and in separate containers so that people could put what they wanted on theirs. Thank you!

They are all the same. Gross, mismanaged, bad and or expired food just sitting out for sale or empty shelves. They attract a certain type of people known as people of Walmart we all know em we all hate them but its cheap and we just need a few things so its Walmart. Would One Star If I Could; Went To Self Check Out With A Friend. I Was Wearing Heels, A Shirt, Which Are For Me Are My Comfortable Clothes. The Women Who Was Working Self Checkout, Didnt Get Her Name, Looked At Me And Said Oh, Looks Like Someone Is Working Tonight. I Didnt Understand What They Meant Until My Friend Mentioned That What The Worker Told Ne Is A Saying Someone Would Say To A Lady Of The Night. I Tried Calling Them, But As Soon As I Asked For A Manager, I Was Put On Hold For Over 30 Minutes And Didnt Even Get Ahold Of Someone. Went Inside The Store, Got A Manager, And All He Said Is That He Was Going To Look At The Camera And Bring Up With The Coworker. I Know That Nothing Is Going To Be Done, And Am Deeply Upset.
