This was an awesome buying experience. Nathan was very honest and helpful. He provided me with a car fax and informed me of issues he saw when he purchased the vehicle and what had been done. I took it to a personal mechanic and he confirmed everything Nathan had told me. He sold me one of the cleanest running vehicles I have ever seen used at a very reasonable price. He also worked with me a little on price which for a dealership these days is pretty much unheard of. If I am ever in the market for another user vehicle I will definitely be going to Nathan first.

Great buying experience. Like other reviewers have said, Nathan was the most honest, helpful and transparent used car salesman I’ve dealt with. What’s most impressive is his prices - they’re absolutely reasonable and you don’t need to haggle with him. He’ll even tell you how he arrived at the price. I honestly have zero complaints. To top it off, the car was in perfect condition and is absolutely gorgeous.If you’re looking for a used luxury vehicle, check this place out. Don’t let the size of the place fool you - it’s just as good if not better than the bigger dealerships.

So I bought a Mini Cooper from here—the in retrospect, I realized the salesman used the technique of “there’s another person we’re waiting to hear from who wants it” to pressure me into buying it. Well, 3 months after I bought it, it lost compression in one of its cylinders and needs a completely new engine. Funny enough, we reached out to a mechanic who specializes in these models, seeing if there was anything to be done without replacing the entire motor ($5500ish), and he asked us where we bought it from and confirmed it’s color/look, and said, “get rid of it asap—I told Streamline that it needed a new engine already. I’ve been telling people to not buy it.” So, long story short, they knowingly sold me a car that needed a new engine—a mechanic has already told them that, and instead of being upstanding, decent human beings, they decided to put it up for sale and pressure people into buying it. Never, ever buying from here again and I will happily inform everyone I know who is looking for a vehicle to stay clear of here. They can’t be trusted.

Nathan,I am writing to request for some assistance on the very hefty car repair bill that I had to deal with following the purchase of your vehicle. I realize I signed an As Is agreement, but I felt that you could rectify this wrong by providing Good Faith assistance. When I purchase a Used vehicle, my expectations are a couple thousand dollars of upkeep/repair right away, so I was prepared for the new battery and brakes that I had to have installed shortly after the purchase. What I did not count on was the radiator hose leaking, which would not hold fluid but for a week or so, and the (what I first thought) burning of excessive oil, but what turned out to be multi leaks, of which in fact, BMW had a class action Law suit filed against them. The extended warranty did not cover the service of the radiator hose, and the multiple oil leaks which made the car consume great amounts of oil. This is where a great deal of repair cost came from. Since you are a member of this community, and the success of your business relies upon the response you get from your customers, I am asking you to make a good faith effort to help me off-set the cost of these outrageous repairs.Thank you,PS I tried to email your company, but for some reason was unable to do so.Liz Oven

I purchased a vehicle after talking with owner of business. After I left, vehicle had issues immediately. As I had to leave for work out of state, I couldn’t return but owner refuses to return any calls. It seems so far that most of what he told me was blatant lies just to sell vehicle.He responded to my google review immediately but won’t answer his phone and won’t return my calls to understand what my issue is. They won’t even talk to me although I have been nothing but understanding and nice. Since I left the state that weekend,, I am not concerned about a warranty or issues the the vehicle has. The minor issues are being resolved by my mechanics. I understand that used and even new vehicles can be unpredictable. As far as I can tell, I should have listened to the previous reviews and purchased from another dealer which I will be the next time I’m there. Buyer beware- they won’t even speak to you after they have your money. And they make promises they won’t honor after you are gone. If they do, I will change this review accordingly.

This place is such a rip off!!!! DO NOT buy a car here. They sold my daughter a lemon and wouldn’t do absolutely nothing to help her fix the car. She is a single parent of two small children and needed a dependable vehicle. The wife of the owner told her that the car she was looking at was one of their personal vehicles and said it was a “great car” and never caused them trouble. Well she’s only had this car for two weeks and the air conditioner broke...ok so it’s a used vehicle, some things are going to need some maintenance...we know this. But now it hasn’t even been 30 days since she bought the car and thing is leaking oil like crazy which we noticed about the same time the air con went out. She took the car back to ask if they could help fix the oil leak and the owner was told her “that’s what you get when you buy a used vehicle “. Now for one: if this vehicle was one of their own personal cars , why on earth would you sell it to one of you customers, much less to a young mother of two small children who is already struggling????? She put trust into this place and they took advantage of her. Oh, I don’t want to forget to mentioning the suspension is bad and the serpentine belt broke in the car. She hasn’t had this car a complete month yet. WE SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS!!!!!!!!

I contacted streamline about a vehicle and they were very pleasant to talk to as well as answered all my questions. I wasnt pressured and the paperwork went smooth. I am very happy with my purchase. If you are not confident in checking out a vehicle for yourself then take it to someone who is.... Nathan even said take it to any shop in town.

Unfortunately, after the sale things changed. 45 days after the purchase the transmission went out on the vehicle. I took the vehicle to the garage they recommended and $6,000 later I have a new transmission. I left many messages for the owners to call me as I felt I deserved some type of compensation but they wouldnt return my calls. Finally I stopped at the dealership and cornered them about it. They said they would talk to the garage and see what they could do to help. I wasnt asking for a full reimbursement but at least something would have been appreciated. I left many more messages and after the garage had my vehicle for 3 weeks and I had to pay over $400 in rental car expenses, I do have my vehicle back. Again, NO ONE from Streamline will return my calls. BUYER BEWARE !!!Its sad that there arent more categories than just a star rating. The service before and during the purchase of my vehicle was great. Very easy transaction and both sales person (owner) and document specialist (also an owner) were very professional and efficient.

Bought a 2006 Chrysler 300 C 2 weeks ago the first night I had it the check engine lights came on and was having a grinding sound in front end none of my lights had bulbs in them and here to find out my whole front end has to be replaced both axles both tie rods and neither side has an axel boot on it , now I’m forced to pay another 2000 just to drive it then another 500 to fix the o2 sensor to fix the check engine light problem. They wouldnt come down on the price at all when buying because they swear what a good car it was. Heart breaking to have such scam sailing cars to the public when clearly they just want to make a buck why putting people out. I will never recommend them to anyone. Be aware of these shady scum bags.

Just bought a car from Nathan. It had hail damage, but he had PDR PROS fix it. It looks AMAZING!!It only took 1 day too. WOW!!The customer service at Streamline is 2nd to none. I highly recommend!! 5 STARS!!!

Update: yes I can leave a review whenever I want!?!?!?!?!!!!??? Is that ok sir!!??? Guess that means five years later Im still unhappy with you selling me a lemon and telling me its ice cream.Thank you for telling me now that a 6.0 is a pile of nothing. Thank you for telling me it runs great and you guys looked it over and everything was fine with it. No talk about injectors being a problem at time of purchase. Thank you so much for your quality customer service that was inaccurate. Whose fault is that again? Ford?Not honest. Bought a 2003 diesel Ford with bad injectors. They told me both times I went for the truck they started it up to warm it up for me...how nice. no its so I would not immediately notice the rough start from bad injectors. $5,000 repair on a truck I paid $14,000 for. Lost on that deal! Thanks streamline motors!

95 out of 100 people are satisfied eh? 2.9 out of 5 on here thoughStaff is dishonest and will do tricks like having the vehicle running when you get there so you cant hear how terrible it starts cold (sign of engine problems).Expect to pay for repairs soon after purchase. Not worth it.

Horrible costumer service, the owners are very nice so if you are going to buy a car try to deal with them because the young guy there is very hard to work with. I bought a car here for $9000 and added 5,000 miles to it, when I tried to trade it back in they offered me $4,000. Also their cars always seem to have something wrong with them so get them checked out before you buy!

I was straight up lied to about the condition of the vehicle I bought by this expert, quality, caring staff.They keep claiming on here they have a top expert check over the vehicle but never say who it is. Then very soon after the purchase I have to spend thousands in repairs. What expert misses thousands of dollars in repair work? How is it possible all these reviews have had the same exact issue?Multiple people have said the same review and the owner keeps trying to bully back with excuses so Im leaving this anonymously.I would like to know who checks your vehicles so i can leave them a bad review instead or both of you either way i got screwed.0 stars please

Just a heads up, stay far away from Streamline Motors on Broadwater and 24th if you are anticipating anything resembling decent customer service. I have been searching for a Toyota FJ Cruiser with lesser miles, than the one I have, for what seems like forever. I saw there was one on Streamlines car lot and was super excited. I have the money saved up and was ready to spend. I wasnt greeted by anyone and had to go out of my way to find someone to even assist me. I thought it was odd but went about the sale anyways. The man that was helping us said very little about the car or to me in general. I couldnt even tell you the gentlemens name because he didnt even have the decency to introduce himself. From a person that works in customer service myself, this mans attitude screamed that he didnt want anything to do with the sale or even be at work for that matter. I still wanted this sale to work so I asked if I could test drive the Toyota and asked if any work had been done on the car prior to it being put on the lot. The man asked for my ID and told me a mechanic checked the SUV (he could provide no record of said check) but I could take it to a second mechanic for another opinion. I did just that. Long story short, it was extremely rusted underneath and had an oil leak that could not be pin pointed without removing the transmission. I made the sad decision that I wouldnt be purchasing this vehicle at this point. I went back and this man became super confrontational asking me where I had been and why it took so long. Again, he was the one who brought up taking it to a mechanic for a second opinion and stated nothing else in handing me the keys for the test drive. I am very upset at the way I was treated. I was a very eager buying customer and everything about this experience seemed wrong in comparison to any other lot I have been to. Point of my story, dont go to this lot and expect anyone to try and help you. So disappointed.
