We were 2 days into a 16 day road trip and had tire trouble. We were coming from Nevada, MO. The closest Subaru was Rimrock. I must say we received star quality assistance. We pulled in and Tyler took over. Got us right in with no waiting. He and the tire technician fixed us up and got us safely back on the road. This young man and his team are top knotch. My experience at Rimrock Subaru was phenomenal!! Brady Wagner is a rock star and the customer service he provided to me was beyond anything I could’ve expected. The process was smooth, easy and comprehensive. I absolutely love my new Forester. It’s beautiful and has fantastic features. I will definitely trade at Rimrock Subaru again and I’m hoping Brady will be my salesman again. He was professional, honest and took the time to educate me on all the features of my vehicle. When I saw that my battery light was on I decided to go to Subaru to check it out before I went somewhere else and turn off my car. I didn’t know if Subaru was open on Saturday for service. I am sure glad you were open. I waited for you to charge. my battery but it didn’t take a charge. So you put in a new battery in my Subaru. Glad you had one in stock. Subaru service for me was prompt and excellent. Thank you. I know if you were not open that day I would have been stuck with a dead battery.

I was driving to Spokane with my daughter and our Forester broke down leaking oil all over the local Bking. We called around and no one could get us in. Decide to call local the dealer and glad we did. These guys were very friendly which goes a long way. Well, since you texted my personal number to ask for a review. I was basically the only customer, and i came in at 11. There seemed to be plenty of staff as well. Despite this, it took them almost five hours to realign and balance the wheels. They also failed to notice or mention the low pressure light on the dash. Pretty gosh darn lazy.

I stopped in Friday to see if I could get my Starlink updated and possibly an oil change as I live almost 300 miles from Billings and just happened to be in town. I thought I’d have to wait till next time I came to Billings, but I was happy to find that they’re open till 1PM on Saturday and they were able to get my 2018 Subaru Outback in. They even gave us a Loaner so we could get some of our shopping done while we waited. When we returned, my Outback was shiny and clean and looked brand new again! Thanks, Rimrock Subaru, for getting it all done for us on such short notice!

They have the best customer service in Montana, Bozeman is always booked weeks in advance, Rimrock was able to see my car the very next day. They spent 3 hours looking at stuff that had nothing to do with what car was brought in for. It had a engine miss and needed a oil change they sent a report saying that brake oil was dirty the steering rod could be bad among other things that had nothing to do with the engine miss. Then after 3 hours they call me and say they think it could need a set of spark plugs and a fuel system cleaning. Why not do that first the worry about the other things. I feel I spent 4 hours there fir something that could have been done in a hour..Not impressed at all. Seems like they want to run up things to fix more then what is needed at the time.

Expensive labor. Got my car in and out for service very fast. Front desk service was not so competent. Didn’t explain the 3.5% non cash fee, could barely understand a simple ask to not perform an oil change with a standard 105k service.

Customer service was great, but my daughters car was left a mess. Wrappers all over the car from the products replaced. When we opened her glove box the panel below it fell out because only one screw was put back and the rest are missing. Her dashboard where the stereo is has a cord sticking out but they put it back together like that. Lots of scratches on dashboard. They cut her auxiliary cord she had running beside the seat. Very shocked by all of this.

I took my Subaru in for an airbag recall and I got it home and it never ran again. My fob stopped working. Is it coincidental that I took my car to Subaru and it never ran again once I got home. They turned on my running lights ( which I never knew I had ) ! I had to call a tow truck because I couldn’t get in the car because the fob didn’t work & it ran down my battery! I put a new battery in it. NOPE. I have been told is electrical, but the guy at Subaru said that an airbag had nothing to do with electrical. What now. No car.

Beyond frustrating!! I took my car in for a service and to have a piece on the steering wheel fixed. When I went to pick up my car I was told everything was fixed and good to go. Immediately as I got in the car I saw the broken part was merely shoved in a crack. When I pointed out the mistake I was told Id have to come back the next day to give them more time to fix what was promised the first time. Then once I got home from a couple hour drive a part below the steering wheel was hanging really low. A different Subaru deeler found that piece was uninstalled incorrectly and resulted in the entire plastic piece under the steering wheel now needing replaced. Now I have to have someone else fix their mistake.Make sure you double check the work they do. I hope service improves.

I took my vehicle there yesterday to have some work done and I was really impressed by the customer service from Irene. She was very knowledgeable, professional and prompt. My vehicle was not left sitting out front being done for awhile and no one letting me know, which has happened in the past. She also explained very competently was wrong with my car while there. There was an issue after I got home of a step that was not completed which caused my car to die after I would start it. I called her and she was willing to come out after work and check the connections to make sure they were tight enough or see what else it could be. This was really impressive because I thought I would have to take it back in and I live 40 minutes away. They ended up sending out a technician named Carson, who was also good. He seemed to fix the issue right away, he explained what the issue was, what was missed being done and he also gave me some helpful tips about my vehicle and the battery. Both Irene and Carson were very apologetic about the repair step that was missed at Subaru. I was very impressed by both their customer service while there and how quickly they fixed the mistake that happened while at Subaru. I was very happy I didnt have to bring my vehicle back. I will definitely be going back and asking for Irene.

I scheduled on line appointment at 1 pm. I checked in and waited for 45 minutes. Nothing had been done. I requested only two small things. (1) to take out a small bolt in my rare passenger side tire, (2) to put the number plate on the front. After I waited for more than 45 minutes, I asked the staff who worked there and come back with the answer, THEY CANT DO ANYTHING. What does it mean. I have to keep on waiting or what. I was confused. The reson I scheduled on line is I dont want to waste my time. So I cancel my appointment because I couldnt wait any longer. The srvice department is very unprofessional. I wont go back for my car.

THEN THREATEN ME IF I PISTED A REVIEW ON GOOGLE HE WOULD HIRE A LAWYER 1st Amendment***BUYER BE AWARE***April 16, 2021 after my car got totaled in auto accident on April 14,2021. I test drove a Toyota scion. I was quoted one price of 10,400 never discussed how I was going for vehicle just said I had to talk to attorney to discuss how long case would take to settle. Sales manager said he would hold car for a week. I said highly doubt case would settle that fast but if car is still here I would talk to them after I spoke to attorney. Less than a week later attorney said 6-8 months at the least. I went back car is still there so I applied for financing and manager jacked price up over 1,000. I spoke to general manager he didn’t stand behind customer service either he threatened me if I posted a bad google review he would get a lawyer involved... really hmm 🤔 last I checked the 1st amendment is still intact as long as I am being honest!! Well there you are Rimrock Subaru at their finest not standing behind their word.. so what else are they hiding and lying about

Service department is grossly incompetent. Refused to take me seriously that the battery in my 9 month old Outback was failing. I had to go to Placer Subaru in Helena to get it replaced under warranty and resolved correctly. Plus they did not even reset the service monitor after routine maintenance. AVOID this dealership.

Disappointed. Brought my car in for 18,000 check, oil change, tire rotation and multi point check. I got a text that I would be getting texts and was told they would let me know if they found anything. The next text I get is that my car is ready. Paid the bill , read the receipt and (my fault), did not look at the checklist until I got home. They put comments about both air filters being dirty. They did not replace them, did not let me know or ask me if I wanted anything else done. Isnt that the point of a multipoint check? Now I guess Im supposed to make another appt. To get it done?

We were on a cross-country trip when our AT oil temp light came on a couple times. We were stopping in Billings for the night, so we decided to go to Rimrock the next morning when they opened. Jeorge was our service advisor and he was great! He gave us different options based on what he thought we might need after we explained the issues, and didnt oversell us on an expensive service when the problem turned out to be an easier fix (and was actually because the dealer we got our last service at messed up)! We were so thankful for his great attitude, and especially how he made us feel confident in our car for our next stop, Yellowstone, which is very hilly and definitely needed a happy transmission. Arthur went above and beyond when we stopped in to purchase a Forrester for my father-in-law.
