My husband and I stopped into this store today. The service was outstanding. My husband needed shoes that would provide him with support and comfort. He was presented with a variety of shoes and a set of orthopedic insoles. He is already walking better. Thank you to the superior staff.

I go here all the time, great customer service and the best prices for all of my shoe needs. I have bought several pairs of hey dudes, chacos, and Birkenstock’s and I am always greeted with smiles and willingly to help me. The managers are amazing and do a great job and the staff is amazing as well! Great job to Brittany and Dan for keeping a clean, well kept, positive store!

I’ve been here twice now the first time was in November and there was one young man that was very nice but when I went back a few days ago the manager and his wife were just so pushy and never gave any breathing room and then got mad when I didn’t wanna buy shoes anymore never going back again

The employees of Tradehome will take the time to get the right shoe, even if that means bringing out 40 shoes for you to try, even when they are busy! Seriously, this store should set the gold standard for outstanding customer service from beginning to end. In addition, the staff is very knowledgeable and provides strong support for people suffering from: plantar fasciitis, knee, and hip pain by providing shoe specific footwear that supports both the feet and the body. Good health starts at your feet! If you arent familiar with Tradehome, its definitely time to try them out!

I love that they offer huge selections for males and females. If me and my partner decide to buy some shoes, theres one place for us to visit, and that is this place!

I found sales people way too pushy. I couldnt even look at what I wanted to look at without the lady pushing me onto something else. I will not be back
