Outstanding and most kind customer service ever experienced! we were on a road trip and ran over a pothole and knew something happened to the undercarriage. parked outside their storefront until they opened and they welcomed us in without hesitation once they opened their shop. looked at it right away and had it fixed in under 30 minutes. super understanding and gracious towards us, we couldn’t be more thankful!!

Top notice service! I had a great experience at 1-Stop Automotive. I had both my front and rear brakes replaced on two different occasions. Both experiences were very positive! My questions were easily answered and service was done promptly. I highly recommend using 1-Stop Auto!

Fixed the issue with my broken radio antenna but after a short time the antenna worked loose and stripped the threads out. They would not allow anything for warranty and charged another $200 to repair it again. Now when I get 50 miles from town I still have no reception. I will not be using them again.

Incredibly honest people here. I took my Nissan Cube in for an overheating/ stalling issue. I was charged $155 for check engine light and to check out the radiator fan. Price quote on a air fuel sensor was $94 higher than at the dealership. I figured I better cut my losses and take car to the dealership. So it’s seems a bit of price gouging there. I was disappointed, as I was hoping for a good alternative to the dealership. Your results may vary.

Live in Western NY, but came to Billings for my Nephews wedding. As we were coming into Billings, the transmission on our car went. Eric and his boys got the car on a Monday, ordered the transmission, which was an oddball, got it in on Tuesday from Seattle, had the car back on Wednesday. We left Billings on Thursday to come back to NY, and had no problems.Thank you very much Eric. Was very appreciated.

I was very specific with the person I spoke to about the issues with my car on the phone before scheduling an appointment. When I dropped my car off, they could not perform the needed inspection on the car. They could have told me this on the phone so that I could have avoided dropping my car off for no reason and losing an hour of my work day going to the shop.
