I have a 19 year old Cadillac Escalade I was just about ready to give up on. She still ran good but the ABS system wasnt working properly. After an unsuccessful repair job at a big name GM auto repair shop I was becoming very depressed. So, I gave Chaz a call and now Im sure glad I did. He took time to listen to me describe my issues and concerns, tool a test drive with me get a feel of my drive. Hes a miracle worker! Now we are developing a maintenance plan to keep my rig running for the long term. Id highly recommend Chaz over a big name repair shop any day!

Broke down at 4pm driving through Billings. The tow truck driver recommended him. He diagnosed the fuel pump over the phone and had called to verify the pars store had one in stock. Took him about 1 minute to confirm it was the fuel pump once the tow truck dropped off my car. He stayed late to make sure I was able to get back on the road that night. Would recommend to anyone!!

This location has re-opened and it was truly a God-send! I broke down 50 miles outside Billings, MT on a Saturday afternoon around 3:30pm. Just me, a grandma, a 10 week old puppy and a trio of turtles belonging to my grandkids. We were in route from Fargo, ND to Seattle, WA, when we broke down,Uhaul trailer and all! If it hadnt been for Chazworking on the weekends, we would have been stranded for who knows how long!! He swooped into action taking such great care of us! Even when the news wasnt good, he did all he could to soften the blow financially, even at his own expense! Honest, and caring, how often do you find that in an auto care professional?? Id give more stars if I could!!

Where to start. I was at Underriner Honda on saturday 10-5-2019 Getting an oil change done when Shawn with Underriner told me that I had stripped the oil pan plug and that it would be $700 to replace the oil pan not including labor. Sean said that the oil pan plug wouldn’t even stay in the oil pan and I didn’t see the car inside the bay so I asked him how they got it out of the service department and he said that they had to push it out. I then told him that the last time that I did a Oil change in Williston North Dakota in May the oil pan plug went in fine and i’ve been driving it for five months and I haven’t lost any oil so how was I the one that stripped the oil plug? Suddenly the car was sitting out front of the building and I asked him how did the car get to the front of the building and at that time I took it over to black ice automotive where Chaz was an absolute trooper putting a self tapping oil pan plug into the oil pan. This costed me a 10th of what Honda was going to charge me for just the oil pan and I will most definitely take everything that I’m thinking about buying or needs serviced to Chaz.

Well... I took my F-150 into Chaz at Black Ice Automotive because I had a terrible misfire and was getting very poor milage. Chaz knew exactly what the issue was and exactly what parts to get. Chaz even worked after normal business hours to help me out before my trip to Denver. My truck left running like new and I gained over 2 mpg more!! Upmost professional overall experience.
