Store manager Nick, took my number checked and found my alternator was under warranty. Went ahead and made an appointment for me with a solid, reputable mechanic. Day came and they were out of the part needed, so they drove out of town to get it from another store. 1000% amazing customer care and service. Would highly recommend to anyone needing car care or parts. 11/10

Always a favorite of mine, some of their younger employees are very condescending considering their lack of knowledge.

The staff are very helpful but I always seem to hit them before shipments arrive and always end up going to a separate store to get the rest of what I need.

These guys in the morning dont know what there doing......I tried to get something simple for my car like transmission fluid.... a gave him make model and offered my vin number and he told me it didnt matter if he had my vin... hahah it like really.....he wanted me to get the number off the transmission......so I went to oReilly instead and they took my vin and gave me what I needed with out the trouble....... will never go to the autozone off 24th again

I have been a lifelong autozoner. Ive run auto shops and dealerships and always did more business with AutoZone because of the relationship I could build with their commercial department and the people in the store. When I had my own car lot before I left my hometown 99.9% of my business went to AutoZone.Maybe things are done differently around here and I understand that these times are rough too.I walked into the store and was never once asked if I needed help. Although I knew exactly what I wanted to do/looking for and I didnt need help; I realized after leaving my items at the cash register (still with no help) that it was odd nobody asked me if I needed help.I was looking for additives for a diesel, getting some oil and a filter to change the oil in my car, checking out. It looked to be somebody off in the corner doing some stocking or inventory and then another person rolled a cart right by me to the back where I heard some people talking. No one communicated with anybody that I was waiting at the cash register and nobody helped me the entire time in there, so I got fed up and left my stuff at the cash register and walked out.Walking outside to get in my car I see two more employees very nonchalantly walking back to the front door (maybe on break at 9 or 10, I dont know) didnt seem to have a care in the world. Got in my, car slammed the door shook my head at everybody and left.Again, I get it. Maybe working for the man youre not motivated, maybe it was because it was a Monday, maybe its covid, I dont really know but I have to say Im very disappointed.Maybe Ill try again but I can probably never going back to that store...

Excellent service from Marshall and Jamaal.would have given 4 stars, but I Had to drive across town to pick up a rental l tool that they didnt have -they said they had it at the across town location.

Needed a new water pump, power steering lines, rear seal bearing and sway bar link kit, for the rear end. All things were found. So far my work is good on replacing it all.

Associate was doing a good job, but needed some help answering my questions. He called a manager over she did find an answer to my product question, but gave a snotty response that left me with the feeling that she didnt give a s... about me, my problem.

Brought this battery in that I bought from them through my work yesterday. They told me the battery was good. I put it on my battery charger last night to get it fully charged. Took it to oReillys to have them test it and this is the result from their test. Bad battery. So I take it BACK to autozone to have them test it...they came back 10 minutes later saying oh your battery is fine. You have an issue with grounding. You need to trace the wire back to find it. But there is absolutely nothing wrong with your battery . I think I will be going to oReillys from now on. At least THERE, they are honest.

This place is full of really helpful people. I can always seem to find exactly what Im looking for here and get answers to questions I have. Really good place especially if your not a mechanic like myself

The guys and gals here really help you find what you need, I come here for all my vehicle needs. I needed a passenger side mirror for my Celica and they bit only got it for me but a day early! The store is clean and well stocked, the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable about the products they sell. If you need parts or have questions, Id come see these guys.

They didnt have what I wanted but there was one in Great Falls. They could not get it and didnt seem to be able to order one. They sold me a lesser quality one. I even told them I would go elsewhere and order one.

My needs were met I was in and out within half hour service was awesome

The staff is very helpful here and devote all their attention to you while working with you. The only issue with this is that if they are too busy then you might be left waiting for someone to help you. Overall I have had very good service at this location.

Waited in line for 10 minutes. Cashier checked out a guy who just walked up to cash register. Cashier could see I was next in line. Was finally assisted but they didnt have the part. Went O Rileys and was waited on immediately and got the part I needed.

I had another great experience at this store today. After having some issues with my car, they were super helpful with my battery, understanding, and willing to lend an ear and some suggestions. They went above and beyond and definitely get my business for my future needs.

Do you come here often? Why yes I do lol always find what Im looking for and then some. Its hit or miss on the knowledge of employees so use your judgment on whether to use their advice or not but all in all a good place

Came here just hoping to get some advice on a flat tire because all the mechanics were closed for the night, but I was completely blown away by the customer service. Bryan went above and beyond to help us get back on the road that night. I was only passing through Billings on a cross-country road trip, but I would recommend this AutoZone to anyone in a heart beat.

I came into autozone after my engine was overheating. They took a look and said I needed a new radiator. Luckily they had the one I needed in Stock for a reasonable price. Kenny and Theo were incredibly helpful, and even stayed two hours after they closed to help me install the new radiator. They were able to get me back on the road so I could reach Seattle.

Best service ever! Ran diagnostics and had the parts on hand. Able to answer all my questions! Also rewards card is a really nice perk!

Staff is always very friendly and courteous. Always willing to help you with whatever you need for your car. And offer to help or put part on for you. (i.e. headlight bulb).

The Autozone on 24th does a great job helping customers. I recently took an alternator there that I was convinced was bad and was ready to buy a new one. They tested it and it turned out to be good. They gave me a suggestion on what the problem might be and thats what it was. Good to find such an honest and customer focused group of people these days. I already by all my parts there and will continue to do so.

Our 2002 truck started to run hot while on the road far from home. Called Auto Zone and reached Braydon he was such great help and had just the part we needed. He even checked to make sure we were ok. Thanks Auto Zone!God Bless y’all!

This is my go to place for quality parts. Ive used all the parts stores in town and Autozone is usually best in both quality and price. I also find that their staff is often more knowledgeable and helpful than other stores. I highly recommend them!

Called in super late told them i needed a water pumb and was trying to get across town to get it please wait. Guy on the phone said no problem its waiting here. I made it to the store 2 min past ten (store closes at 10) no luck door are locked. When the two employees came out they stated they were closed sorry... Noe I understand you close when you close but ive work in a Verizon retail store and we stayed open if someone needed something we helped them. Also just to add I need a water pump to fix the car to drive to family tomorrow and they are closed as they should be. Its my fault I was late but for customer service I give zero stars.
