I am a shop local person but was not finding the vehicle I wanted locally or way out of our price range and more miles than desired. I searched many websites near and far many times. Hertz in Billings had gotten a few of the vehicles we were looking for with lower miles and in our price range. I called and asked questions regarding tow packages. Eddie answered questions right away and if he did not have an answer he got it and returned phone calls in a timely manner. He was on his day off and referred us to Kyle the day of purchase. He was just as friendly and helpful with answering questions. Carl in financial was great to work with and made the paperwork flow smoothly and quickly. Eddies professionalism continued after the sale as he followed up with us if there was any issues from the drive home and days after. I feel confident that they will help us any way possible down the road. I recommend these guys and Hertz for any used vehicle purchases.

Kevin Nelson helped us get my wife into a vehicle that fit all of our needs. He wasn’t pushy and never tried to steer us one way or another. He just let us drive the vehicles and make up our mind which we did over a week or so. He called to check in on us and gave us updates on what they had and checked around their other locations for something that we would like. Kyle, the Hertz salesman answered my questions online and I decided to set up an appointment with him to take a closer look at his inventory.When all three of us met that morning, he was prepared, pretty knowledgeable and responsive to our needs. He allowed us to test drive the vehicle of interest by ourselves, which we really appreciated, and we noticed a couple of negative items about this first one. We then decided to check out another vehicle of the same make and year. After testing this one, my wife was set to talk trade. I live 250 miles from Billings Hertz so to drive that far to spend money there had to be a good reason. I was extremely impressed with sales person Brad Hedges. I was looking for a Suburban class vehicle. They had a trade I was interesting but their inspection process discovered issues and they told me about them. I opted to pass on that. I’m my experience many car sales folks may not have been that forthright. They did find a vehicle which I purchased. The price was very fair. The vehicle and paperwork were ready when I got there. Everything Brad told me about the rig was true. I’ve never bought a vehicle over the phone before, but with these folks, I’ll be back
