I went in looking for an old beater car to drive to work and back, ended up coming out with a 2010 Impala LT. Did not expect to drive off in something that nice. Unprofessional owners and poor customer service. We did not offer anything on the vehicle. We mentioned a price we have seen similar vehicles going for. I asked if they were firm before coming in.. The person we worked with said they were not firm. They said the vehicle was worth more then the price listed on fb. And would only come down to that after we came to see the vehicle. After the test drive they said the owner wanted to keep the vehicle. Which is totally fine but do not waste either of our time. I was lied to and felt unvalued as a customer. I hope they can learn to value their customers and be more professional if they choose to keep a vehicle.

Timely response from Max Alden. This company has patience beyond what would be expected from any other car lot, dealing with me for quite some time while I fought with banks and insurance companies. The vehicle itself had some underlying issues that were to be expected from a used vehicle, but weren’t mentioned upon buying. As far as service goes however, would 100% recommend.

I have gone to Auto Magic a couple of times now. They helped me get into my first vehicle (a Hyundai Tuscon) super fast. I was in a tight position, walked in and was helped by Max Alden. He had the entire process handled and finished by the end of the day. Then my poor car was totalled in an accident about a week after it was paid off. So I went straight back to Max and he worked his magic all over again. I told him what I was looking for what the lifestyle I enjoy (lots of mountains). He found me a car within a couple of days and we had everything completed with such rapid precision I was out of there in only a couple of hours. Five years ago I had a cosigner and got a truck through ED SCARB. I paid 12,900 for the truck over a four year period and never missed a payment..not one. I went back and tried to get another vehicle and due to my credit not being platinum was turned down and immediately treated like an inconvenience. The truck that was sold to me I had to put 3,000 into it the first week I owned it just to keep it running. Was promised tires,oil change, and other things and never received any of it. The truck I paid 12,900 for had 234,000 miles on it . Ed scarb ripped me and my cosigner off and wouldnt even try to make it right will never go through them again horrible experience. This does NOT speak for the rest of the employees there just ED . I have a friend who went through the same exact thing with his as well.

It’s a family owned business and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a car/truck to show their local support towards them. I personally bought a very clean Ram 1500 and I’m excited for what the truck has in store for me!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! UPDATED 03/12/2021This dealership has continued to fail. The dealership admitted that the vehicle should bot have left with bad brakes and told me they would make it right and reimburse for the work I did. I spoke with the owner and he gave me the same story about their longevity and how customer focused they are. They admitted that the person we originally had no help from was no longer employed there due to associated issues. The owner told me that he would reach out to me the following Monday to take care of the brake issue. Almost one month later I still have not been contacted.IMPORTANT warranty information. I purchased the warranty which I was told was GREAT. The warranty would only cover $5,000 of a $20,000 diesel engine. The owner told me that of course it wont. They will only replace some of it....even though it was sold to me as a complete coverage. That was around $2,000 as well. So I paid $2,000 to get a $3,000 benefit with still $17,000 to pay. They make huge amounts of money selling warranties.Please read the review below. Since that review we have spent another $2700 fixing 4 of the injectors. It did not solve the issue and is back in again.I would NOT buy from this dealership if they were the ONLY dealer in 500 miles.MORE TO COME!Originally reviewWe will NEVER buy from this used car lot again. If you do make sure you take the vehicle to a mechanic prior to buying. I understand the philosophy of no warranty...but we were fed the...have been in business for years and wouldnt be here if we were not honest. The vehicle we bought leaked massive amounts of oil after we got it home. There was no oil under the vehicle on the lot. We took it back and they said they fixed it for us. Later we found out the dip stick tube was cracked. This had to be replaced. The spare tire in the back of the vehicle was not the right spare. A new tire and wheel had to be purchased. They said they fixed a cruise control issue and didnt. We had to have it replaced. The back brakes were shot. They had to be replaced. The four wheel drive was broken. Part of it had to be replaced. The vehicle leaked oil into the exhaust. We have now spent nearly $5,000 fixing a diesel vehicle with only 115,000 miles. Which is very low for a diesel. Again I know this is a used vehicle, but you expect to have a decent vehicle for over $22,000. We have tried calling our salesman/owner on three separate occasions and his name is Ed. He never once called us back. Since it was used we were not going ask for anything, but felt it was our duty to let them know how we felt about their vehicle sales process and what we got hit with. Unfortunately it is dealerships like this which serves the cliché of used car lot...buyer beware.

I came in to look at a vehicle which i thought was the one i thought i seen online. Unfortunatley there website was mesing up and everything was mixed and matched. Long story short, They not only dropped 1k off the asking price but also let us put 500$ down to make sure i wouldnt lose it. Amazing dealership. Will go for my next car buy. AT least go look anyways.

Had went out of his way to make the numbers work so I could purchase the truck. Got really fair deal on my trade as well. Very, VERY disappointed. Didnt feel safe with how the vehicle drove..Max assured us it just needed an alignment. So we put $1000 set of tires and were ready for the alignment. Well, a $600+ quote later and Max cant help us because we got such a good deal and didnt pay what he couldve sold it for. 🤷‍♀️ too bad..you just lost GREAT customers. I just wish I wouldve read ALL the reviews before going here. MY FAULT.
