Like all Market Baskets, its better to avoid the produce and meat departments. The Mall M.B. in Billerica has the friendliest workers, the other 2 in Billerica, not so much. If you are buying grocery staples, the quality is OK, prices arent as good as they used to be. Stay away from meats and produce and you should be good.

Couldnt find any distilled water. Turns out it was moved from its normal home. A very helpful young lady enrolled the help of other team members until we figured out where it was hiding.

One would think that you could find at least one container of rice cereal in the baby aisle. Nope, rows and rows of oatmeal. I have noticed that stocking means just filling shelves, not replacing empty items. So annoying.

Much better organized and affable then some of its sister stores. Every thing was neat and pleasing to the eye and mind.It is better organized in a strip mall area that is somewhat visible off the main roadThe strip mall has been to be done and its much more appetizing to the eye. This is a nicer Market Basket than many I have been to in the past. Felt a little more organized. They dont have a bakery, but they do have a table of some bakery items. The workers were friendly and knew the store well.

Horrible young worker (girl ) made older coworker (woman) get a new item to replace broken item ( from another register lane). The older coworker had no idea where to go and the younger coworker did just because she was too lazy to do it herself. Then the younger one started to pack my purchases by dropping the flour bag on top of my eggs..when I told her to stop she mutter a swear at me.Thoroughly unprofessional.

SATURDAY, AUG 28TH, 4:24 PM. I went to the Market Basket located at 496 Boston Rd., Billerica. Cashier #177 SAM RO. When I got home, I found I had a bag missing! I called and had to drive the 20 mile round trip to go pick up the stuff they did not give me. I got to the customer service and the girl there said I COULD GO GET THE STUFF AGAIN!!!! She was on the heavier side with glasses. WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD I HAVE TO GO FIND THE STUFF AGAIN??? I told her I was not going to do that because I have a bad knee. She finally found someone to do it and he came back with half the stuff on the list. He had to go back and get the rest. When I got home, I found that I got 2% Hood milk instead of whole milk. I am just fed up that I had to waste my time and gas to go all the way back. The checkout line that I was in was NOT busy. I dont know why the guy couldnt put all my bags in my cart instead of giving one to someone else,. So, Im guessing I paid more for whole milk than I would have for 2% and I dont like 2% milk. But Im not going back a 3rd time. Someone should have to bring it out to me!

I was having trouble finding an item in stock. So I called the store and spoke with Keith , the Grocery manager and placed an order with him. He was so willingly helpful , polite and efficient. Many times I have ordered things at other stores, called back, no one knows my name, phone number or anything about the order. Keith remembered me, my order and he was aware of the status on the item, the product was still out of stock. He apologized for the delay, and he then helped me with a comparable item, and he put those aside for me to pick up that night. Unfortunately good service is hard to find these days, so I want to commend Keith on being friendly, polite, knowledgeable and efficient!! Thank you Keith!

Market Basket is great for quality food for less. They have organic options as well.

Had to bag my own groceries. And the manager Larry was just standing there watching. Great customer service. The food selection is by far the worst and most of it is their own personal brand. It’s a joke that Billerica has 3 Market Baskets. They need to put in a Trader Joe’s or a Whole Foods. Step it up. The amount of money you guys pull in you can afford some training in customer service and also more food selection.

Awesome super market. Stuff is a good price there is plenty is parking and the staff are kind and friendly. Products they sell are high quality too and I love the Chips Ahoy cookies sold here, they are very tasty and in my opinion one of the best Ive ever had. Soild super market for all stuff however you wont find niche things here so just keep that in mind but 99% of stuff youll be able to get here. 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Ive attached some pictures if you would like to see.

Employees were too busy on their phones and talking with their friends to help us find what we were looking for. Nobody was wearing gloves either and pulling masks down to talk which makes people uncomfortable because I dont know what theyre exposed to and they dont know who Ive been exposed to.. Wont be back...

I love this Market Basket- unlike the huge one in Burlington there is never a long wait here. I go on Friday morning every week and Im in and out in less than 10 minutes every time. The only downsides are that there is not a Trader Joes nearby (like in Burlington) and that the store is smaller so theres not an expansive selection like at other MBs. But this place is well-run and the staff are super-friendly.

If you are at the Billerica Mall (The Shops at Billerica) this is great for a fast in-out. Otherwise the other two Market Baskets in town have better selection and bakeries. The one next to Bobs has more parking.

Sorry but the Billerica Market Baskets are sorely lacking as compared to any other town. Which is baffling considering we are such loyal customers that we have 3 of them in town and no grocery competitors. We have one of the oldest Market Baskets in existence and this is how they appreciate our loyalty; by offering us the worst and most minimal selections and not updating our stores. The management and staff are great. Otherwise all 3 Billerica locations are sub par.

I like this grocery store I kind of know where everything is. I dont like how some of the Market Basket stop selling banana nut bread. They always sell the banana bread because people are allergic to nuts but others arent And we want a banana nut bread back

Went to register with an older woman because I prefer women cashiers. Big mistake. She forgot to debit $50 extra dollars so I could have some cash. I had to go to the bank after because of it. She also put two things in a bag instead of paying attention to the cash register prompts. She should have left it to the bagger and paid attention to her own job. It took longer while she was sort of bagging instead of paying attention to the register. Not happy, especially since when I loaded the car, some bags had two things in them, while others had too many. Ridiculous. Its usually my favorite market basket because of the employees. Not today.Post script: this is my favorite Basket. That being said, I made the mistake of going to the same cashier as the last writing. She talked constantly about her allergies and running nose (gross, youre touching my money, receipt). Then she ALMOST FORGOT to give me my debited cash back AGAIN. I watched her like a hawk and told her, luckily. Avoid this cashier. She is nice, but distracted.Post script:This is normally my favorite Marketbasket in Billerica. Its smaller, easier to maneuver and find things. Larry, a manager is wonderful and helpful.The other day there were four employees working the deli. There were only two customers. One was being waited on. I was next and I waited a while before one of the other three decided to call a (wrong) number. The guy who helped (?) me took so long because he wouldnt stop talking to the others while just standing there instead of working. A line formed. I only got four small items. Everyone else was done who came after me because he was so chatty. Please, either stop talking and work, or talk when its not busy! I say hi normally to all the regulars on the floor there. The managers need to talk to some of the newer employees.
