Working away from home really puts a strain on a man, having a home cooked meal is few and far between, but H.E.B. has the prepared meals that co straight into the oven and on the plate makes me feel more at home each night and for that I thank you!!!

Its a great grocery store you dont have to bag your own or scan your own groceries and everybodys helpful the pharmacy is the best Ive ever seen and all the people there working are happy and helpful.

Aisles feel tiny. Meat always tastes off. Produce selection is fine. Tried grocery pick up, but they left items out and refused to refund it since i wouldnt go back to pick up the items hours later. I guess thats just the premium i had to pay to give their app a chance. Walmart issues refunds via app, immediately, and very easily with their grocery pick up. Deleting app. Wont be returning.

I can always count on H‑E‑B Employees to be friendly and helpful. H-E-B has great product selection of Texas specialties. They are also a great Community partner!

HEB grocery stores one of the great Treasures of Texas. Their baked goods are over the top any frame from cookies to cakes. The deli department is very well-stocked. Also they carry their own coffee there wide variety all are great tasting. They also will have the cheapest gas prices in town.

I highly recommend this HEB over Walmart! Its always CLEAN, the employees are always SUPER HELPFUL, and they always have the MOST AMAZING DEALS!! The employees seem to enjoy working there as well, even though they are understaffed. (So please be patient with them, they are having a hard time.)Whats also really cool about HEB is that they have amazing seasonal merchandise! They have the coolest seasonal snacks and items! HEB understands Texans!😊What I also respect about HEB is they are not doing exclusively self checkouts, unlike Walmart here in big spring. So if you have WIC or FOOD STAMPS definitely come here, because you cant do food stamps or WIC at the self checkouts at Walmart anyway. (I have a baby so I get WIC, and it its horrible getting someone to check me out for my WIC items 😔)ALSO IT SHOULD BE SUPPORTS A LOT OF TEXAN AND AMERICAN FARMERS! UNLIKE WALMART.The bottom line, dont go to Walmart, just come to HEB!❤️(ALSO PLEASE THANK ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES AND TELL THEM YOU APPRECIATE THEM! IT MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE ❤️💜!) HEB is my main Grocery go to when I am here in Big Spring, TX.The prices are reasonable for most things. They have enough checkers and your line is never a long wait.I am fighting myself for 4 or 5 stars because they do lack a good selection of items that my family loves, like toasted or filled Ravioli, they dont carry many specialty items, and the freezer selection is limited.For my big grocery trips, HEB is my place.The chicken and pork prices are usually good. The beef prices, not so much.They do have a great selection of pantry items, goodies, ice cream etc.They have good prices on cheese, bread, tortillas, fresh breads and more.They have very pretty and tasty bakery items and I do love the deals they have on cooking, baking items, utensils and tools.Overall I give this a 4. if they would carry more specialty items they could have my full 5, but, we are a small town and I am used to Big City Grocery stores and Specialty Shops which may not have a big enough market in Big Spring to warrant them.

My HEB store is a wonderful place to shop. My only disappointment is that they no longer have canning supplies like pectin and citric acid. This is my preferred place for the best meats, the freshest produce and great service to boot. The yellow coupons help a lot and also allow me to get new products to try that I probably would not have purchased. Its also a great way to put together a meal in a hurry. The Meal Made Simple entrees are my go to for lunch as I try to eat healthier. Great place with wonderful people.

Alot of people...very crowded. Not alot of meat or baby selections. Long lines...use self checkout if u can.

Help were very nice trying to find a product for me since it was my first time in the store. If you have an RV do not enter off the main road go around the block and come in on the back side as entry is way too steep and you will drag badly. Was well stocked more geared to family as not much in small amounts like 6 eggs or small pint containers of egg whites or milks. Not much in health bars and no sugar items. Ck out was quick.

Really Busy. I wasnt expecting it to be so busy. The rest was good check out was fast didnt have to wait very long at check out.store stocked well.

I absolutely adore the atmosphere at this Location. Everyone so friendly and the shelf well stocked up and they have so many fresh meats. They have clearance section in the back of the store that have some napkins said 37 cents when I went to the register it rang up to be 15 cents. I dont have no problems. Clean and kept up. The friendly people greeting me felt like I was home! You have no idea how much love HEB.

HEB Bare Crustless bread is my favorite bread. It’s quite healthy. That’s my bread 95% of the time. It’s out of stock 3 days in a row @HEB Big Spring. Can somebody fix this?

Ive always shopped there its a hometown friendly kinda place and welcomes ya to come back. Prices are nicely. Affordable and the pharmacy Ive been going to for yrs. Always helps their customers and makes u feel like youre the only one.

Shopping experience was good except cashier kept slamming my food on the counter. Must be the end of the Day for her.

A good place to buy groceries but it’s the only place pretty much in big Springs except for Walmart, this place would be amazing if we had a bigger store. The other HEB’s have more things to offer than what we have at the big Spring store. Small towns should not mean small HEB

I was really SHOCKED, by the employees rudeness, the lack of products on shelves, and the feel of the store, in general. NO EMPLOYEES, NOR MANAGEMENT could even smile at customers !! 🤨 Maybe they need to realize that, if it werent for customers, that HEB would have NO REASON TO PAY THEM !! ☹

I love love love HEB. Always clean. Staff is helpful. The service is great. Selection is amazing with great prices. Checkout is always wonderful. There is always enough personnel at the registers for a quick and friendly checkout.

Store was very clean and well organized. Checkers were courteous and professional.

Wall to wall cars, dont hunt just park where you can. Not to bad inside and despite the lines we checked out in less than 10 minutes. Love their cashiers and baggers.

Samantha R was so extremely helpful & knowledgeable! She needs to be a manager. She goes above and beyond and when a manager tried to fix an issue I had the manager couldnt figure it out but Samantha did it with ease in a very respectful way were no one felt dumb but the issue was quickly resolved

Okay just my Opinion....Im not too happy with the curbside pickup ....I never used curbside pickup before...and all I gotta say is that I think its not fair at all to charge people that use snap benefits to pay for delivery charge....I mean thats the reason why us people use SNAP benefits because we dont have actually cash to pay for our groceries in general....??? So why do yall charge for delivery fee if us people who use SNAP benefits cant pay for our delivery fee??? I mean come on?? We dont have money to pay that part ...so honest truth curbside is not for people with SNAP benefits?? Because some of us cant afford to pay the delivery fee...we are not as wealthy as others in the community??? Like I said I never used curbside pickup before but I didnt know there was a delivery charge for people paying with SNAP benefits??? ...some people dont have that fee to pay??? ...

HEB is always a go to destination. The ready meals are great and you cant beat their rotisserie chicken and rotisserie chicken salad.

I like that the baskets are always sanitized, I never have a problem finding anything, the people, the staff are great in there, they always have something I can buy for family of 6.

No samples in the deli and you stopped selling boars head. So I couldnt try the different meats to see what I wanted. So I bought none. I usually spend $20 to $30 on deli meat. Today none. Very disappointed.

Go to store in Big Spring. Much better than Walmart down the street, Walmart is always out of food and other things. They seem to always have what I need or want. It would be nicer if the employees were friendlier. I cant say anyone has every greeted us while there or asked if we need help with anything.

The last 3 times I have visited this location all of the steaks are graded Choice cuts. Either the person grading the meat doesnt know that they are doing or this is purposeful. Someone needs to learn the difference between Select and Choice grade.
