Before going, I called to see if they had a certain item that HEB did not have. The lady said just a minute, & when she came back on the line, she let me know that they did have it & exactly where to find it along with the price. The store was clean & well stocked. I will go back.

I-20, couple hours South of Lubbock, West Texas, in a really cool mesa hilly road SCENIC location, and North of San Angelo.

If you planning to get any shots or vaccinations at this Walmart please know this is the level of care and sanitation they keep.

Keeping people safe they do their job no matter how good a person you are thay will slingshot you out if need be thats what happend SO EMBARRASSING YO!!!

I love it! However I think we could all agree that as big as they are, as few employees as they now have compared to 2 years ago, I think the chain could be much more competitive in prices. Can I get an amen!

Passing thru on road trip n had a tire fail. Tires bought w full installation in less than 1 hour! Great service.Clean well stocked store. Typical old school Texas hospitality! Got some groceries for the trip while I was there

I would like to Say Thank You to Jeff Forshee in the Auto department. What an asset this young man is to Automotive! I called over the phone, in panic about my grandaughter being up there 3 hrs away w a battery problem we thought. He was very kind and extremely helpful w helping me get her fixed uo with the proper battery and much more. He explained and troubleshooted w me over the phone and with his help I purchsed what was needed online and she went there to pick it up. Very knowledgeable young man, fantastic customer servive! I am an avid Walmart shopper. Today was especially nice. 😁 This store is always inviting. I love spending my time checking out the new items, looking up bargains (always find some), and running into friends.I cant say enough complementary things about the employees. They are wonderful smiling faces and helpful. Just good people.THANKS WALMART for giving us so many years of the best service. 💜

Was looking at a whole section of cheese in the freezer case. Needing cheese looked at the price it was 5.00 dollars for a 8 oz. bag. The cheese right across from it was 2 something. Asked a pricer to double check 5.00 dollars a bag. Ask for manager he came up with a attitude. Need to really check out the prices there, they are not right on many items??

No workers long lines to self check out

My local Wal-Mart is always clean and the staff have always been friendly. Like all Wal-Marts now that they daytime stock its jam packed with pallets but this is the state of all locations.The hardware store has been a huge upgrade and lifesaver especially on Sundays when the local hardware stores are closed.

New aigns posted. Called manager, was told NO RV Overnite parking. Bought little and left. Never be back.

Not a single open cash register in sight.... Only self checkout. I dont work here, so I shouldnt be forced to check myself out. The whole thing felt like an auction barn full of animals being herded up to be sold...Then lets not mention the fact that the store was cluttered and messy and lots of items were out of stock....Do better Walmart!

I have to use a mobility scooter and a lady worker brought it out to me.The store was well stocked ,clean , isles were wide and easy to drive through. I would go back.

Was quick service at the money center.i was n and out just the way I like it.

Self checkout is pretty fast and sufficient. No long lines

They had everything we needed and the isles were plenty wide.

They have their staff full and I see organized isles...this one seems to be with good management and team work.

Had to stay outside all night till my ride showed up. They were nice enough to leave me alone and gave me no trouble!

This place is so out of touch with customer service and not knowing how to do there job correctly it took me about 15 mins to check out with a cashier checking me out I swear everything is backwards need alot of improvement store managers and supervisors need alot of retraining

The automotive is amazing. However, do not come here to get groceries. Especially if you have WIC. Since they are getting rid of all cashiers and the self checkout registers cant do WIC its horrible. Every time that Ive gone in there its always a big problem. Just go to HEB to get groceries, they support Texas products as well, which is always nice.

Its really cool how they have most of it being self checkout but at the same time that takes away jobs which kinda sucks

I honestly dont like going to places that are crowded but if we can get things we need then so be it!

I just came out of the site after doing the self-check, bagging my $150 of groceries. They didnt have even 1 person checking out & wouldnt even open a register line when I requested it. They had 4 employees in the self-check area, mostly just pointing people to been lights. If I hadnt already taken the time to choose all my groceries, I wouldve went to another store for my groceries. I will do exactly that in the future. Adiós Walmart in Big Spring, Texas!

Ive been going to Walmart since before the Supercenters. Always liked it. But it seems to me customer service has taken a back seat to. Corporate profits. Either someone isnt ordering enough product or they arent hiring enough stockers. Always out of multiple items on my list. Also, and maybe even more important to me is the lack of cashiers. They seem to think if there are no cashiers we will be forced to use the self check stations. I just leave my cart where the cashier should be and go to HEB, or order what I need online. Some people like checking their own purchases, but many of the rest of us dont. I dont work for Walmart and they dont pay me to do the cashiers job. All TOO often there are ZERO cashiers working. Gotta reach their quota at the self check registers before theyll open a register. Amazon delivers in 1 to 2 days. They better get their act together. I really hate seeing Walmart go downhill. They even pulled up the tile and just polished the concrete. Really low budget. And they keep moving everything around where we cant find it. Sam Walton is rolling over in his grave.

When theres a sign issue, the store should honor that since its not the customers fault. Very misleading & dishonest on the store part. Owning their own mistake wouldve at least helped make a sale. Good bye Big Spring Walmart. Being greedy doesnt make the store look very friendly. I dont mind at all driving to the San Angelo location.

You people expect me to check myself out, then you want to be rude to me. Next you will be wanting us to restrict your shelves. You want to watch me work then come tell me in doing it wrong. But you get paid to do nothing. Way to go America.

Had to show associates how to locate items in the store. Had to show them how to be a cashier. Also had to show them how to bag groceries properly.Then after training them on all of this, one of them wanted to check my work!Unfortunately they pay the trainees more than they pay me. They still want a raise!

Im so tired of Walmart, they remove nearly all cashiers in an attempt to force you to go to self checkout. Then, after checking yourself out, they treat you like a thief at the door by holding you up and checking your receipt against everything in your cart. I dont stop anymore, if you want to make sure people are paying for whats in their cart, hire some cashiers!

So much fun! The staff was friendly and helpful, our chef was very entertaining, and the food was excellent.

My main complaint about this Walmart is that I dont like self checkout and they never seem to have cashers anymore.

They never answer the phone main number and no transfer calls auto center said and vision center

No overnight RV parking during severe dust storm decided not to patronize the store.

It is Walmart. Lack of service providers and shelves arent stocked properly. Its hard to see the true price of an item. Check out is a nightmare. However, the prices are decent.

Clean & tidy, easy to navigate. Decent variety, though some inventory is a bit dated while recent releases are absent. It does have an Auto Care center providing actual services. Overall, Ive been satisfied w/ my experiences at Big Springs Walmart.

Not a bad walmart, usually has everything I need in stock. I shop here alot and sometimes have a small issue with staff or when checking out, but nothing of concern.

As always, they have what I needed. As a truck driver, I found them everywhere and always find what I need. Blessings.

Rated 5 Stars for RV parking! Huge parking lot with large parking areas on the sides especially good for larger RVs. We parked on the left side (if looking at the store head on) by the small plaza and grassy/wooded area. This store has self check only. I have back problems so I will not buy many things here. I dont think I should check, bag and take to the car and unload, take buggy back to store. HEB is just down the street and they have checkers and baggers.

They were out of a lot of things & asked when they were going to get it again & it was going to be 3 days b4 they were. If I lived in that town, might be ok but I traveled 40 minutes to get on my list. Dont understand me bcuz I love Walmart but its very disappointing when you travel so far & they dont have most of the items on my list to get. 😔

Really like the updates they have done but still trying to get use to the set up.

I recently moved here early December and at first I thought the shelves were not stocked because of Christmas. But now were into the end of February and the shelves are the same. This has got to be the worst Walmart ever. My husband and I have stopped at many Walmarts throughout the US because we travel a lot and never have I gone into a Walmart where there is barely any food, and the selection for just about anything is limited. I also had an issue with the short skinny older lady at the front doors who checks your receipts. I was stopped by her and she asked for my receipt so I showed it to her. I noticed she was standing right in front of my shopping cart blocking me so I moved forward a little to see what she would do and she proceeded to block me. She then took items out of my bags and scanned them. I have no reason to steal and wouldnt and I gave no one in the store to think I did. We as customers are not required to stop and show a receipt unless the store has reason to believe something was stolen. Not sure it will make a difference but I have contacted corporate about this employee and the shelves that poorly stocked.

I was checking myself out, and I forgot to check out the blanket! Well, I saw it and told the helper what I had done and she said it was ok, just to check it out separately. I did, and noticed that the price was $8.88, but the sign said $5.00! I told her, but that wasn’t her department, so I told her that it was ok, but to tell someone so they could correct it!! The blanket was so nice and large that the price was ok...they also found a young man that could help me with my groceries and supplies, because I was already exhausted...I love Walmart, except for the time that the girl that checked me out didn’t count off my coupons!!! It was around $15.00! I was supposed to have showed my coupons and the receipt to the manager at a certain time, but she never showed up! I still have them in my purse!!! Should I try again? I need the main manager!!! They said that they would give me a $10.00 gift card along with the $15.00 for my trouble!!! I spend thousands of dollars in Walmart! It seems to me that they would value my presence in their store a little more!!! Thank you for listening and hopefully doing something about my coupons!!!oh, and one more thing, I really like the remodel, but please don’t change anything else around anymore...Thank you very much!!!

Great place to meet up with people you havent seen in years and people you dont want to see. Can find almost everything you want eventually because things get moved around so often. But if you are trying to get some extra steps in for the day I highly recommend.

Theres never enough checkers. 4 sometimes 5 people waiting to check out with the 2 check stands that are open. I like walmart but I wish we had some where else to shop. And I dont mean for groceries.

Its Walmart, in a smallish town sometimes needs more cashiers but not the worst walmart Ive been in.

It was a big surprise to find the store half bare on groceries especially Fish and poultry. Hopefully normal services will resume soon.

Stand in line just to be told none of the machines take cash....how do they expect people to shop. Then to do the employees job and get treated like a thief when walking out the door. I shop porters instead.
