Store had prices higher in the store but when I showed them online prices, they had no problem matching online prices. That was great and made my son happy for his 11th birthday 🎉🥳🎉

Game Stop in Big Spring offers good selection and decent prices on games, accessories, and game consoles. I was able to purchase a Nintendo Switch and a few games for my spouse and was very pleased they had a great selection in stock. Staff were very helpful and answered any questions about my purchase.

This store is fantastic. Ive been going to this GameStop for years. The people are friendlier now than the staff they had in the previous few years. The games and consoles they sell are fairly priced and are in good condition. Great store.

Went into game stop just yesterday. Ended up buying several games and a controller etc. They are always friendly and informative. The selection is amazing. They are competitive to the stores I shopped at in Arizona. Great job.

This is the 3rd time Ive bought a game from here and they dont put my games in the cases and I try to call and get ahold of them and they dont ever answer

Great place to buy used or new games. I have personally never ran I to problems with the staff, in fact they are always super nice and will happily talk about games (you can tell these are gamers selling games).

Good store very helpful employees. The setup is overcrowded. Can barely walk through without almost knocking something over.

I like this gamestop because it our only local one but it does carry a lot of variety. The staff are very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I really like the pre-order opportunities when they have items to give with your pre-order.

Manager is a douche. He thinks hes on top of the world. Get a new one. I promise your sales will skyrocket, and I imagine employee morale will do the same.

The workers act like answering the phone is akin to torture, the actual shopping experience is less jerky but its nothing really special either, they sometimes hurry you onto another customer after your transaction without so much as a goodbye, but not before reminding you to do the little survey on the receipt (which, after some research, gives the store kickbacks if they recieve enough survey entries, good or bad).Luckily, theres a Wal-Mart on the same lot which has you covered for AAA titles, but games that have more of a niche youre better off ordering online, or going to the Midland Gamestop, where they care about their customers.
