Horrible customer service as far as the afternoon shift goes. I guess since it was almost closing time they didn’t want to sell my wife a phone and apparently the “system was down” when we literally called 5 min before just to make sure and they didn’t mention a thing. I understand you hate your job but having a bad attitude and face tells a lot about your character.

Went in to cricket in Big Spring, TX Spoke with Sarah & Estephania both of them were very helpful on porting over from a previous carrier.Prices per month are by far better than any other carriers as well.

This place is horrible untruthful. My husband paid our bill in Amarillo TX cuz he had to go out of town and they said at this store here it didnt count since he paid in Amarillo but yet they could see on there computer clearly we had paid it 2 days before it was due but there was nothing either store could do for us

Poor customer service. Going to change to another phone service. I got there first and two hours later boss showed up late and I had worked all night long...was nice to let a family that I let go ahead of me. They got 10 service and I got 0 service. Paid for deezer and does not work. Use to have best customer service.. Seem to have attitude with customers. Jessica rocks and loves her job.

I guess they just open when ever they won’t to. We had snow yesterday and day before but it was melted by yesterday evening so wondering what the excuse is for irresponsible management.

Rude staff at the location by the dllar tree. The gamestop in this same shopping center ALSO sells cricket and has friendlier employees though theyre sometimes slower.

20 minutes till they close and I need a freaking adapter for sim card, thats it. Door locked, lights dimmed and person inside just staring out the window from counter. Cricket service really lacking. Switching soon
