Well stocked Walmart. Staff not fully helpful with finding items.

Everything you need for daily living/life. Nice fresh vegetables, i order things i need online and get it delivered. Pictures are rug and cushions bought at Walmart. And vegetables i bought for my summer salad. Goid qualitu products.

One stop shopping and cheapest prices around. Could do a better job stocking in terms of having items and not leaving pallets and cardboard trash bins all over the isles when no workers are using them. I go there for everything.

Place had absolutely NO STAFF to get carts. Customers are going back out side to find a carriage. I over heard to staff members talking about its not their problem so sad this place is horrible

Walmart supercenter, as expected and clean, excellent and would definitely stop again, we ran into the Good Humor Ice cream truck, if you are old enough to remember.

Been coming here for decades. They could definitely tighten up the fittings closest to the hose, so you dont end up taking a bath every time you want to wash your car. This is in multiple stalls, not just any one.

This Walmart is usually stocked ok, the worst part about this location is that they never have enough checkout lanes open. They usually have one human operated check out line and the rest are self checkout, and who knows if you can use cash or not until you get to the front. I am currently going on 30 mins to check out 5 items… give me a break! Walmart has plenty of employees why are they making them stand in the front and watch us struggle to key in the freakin items code for the fourth time….

Walmart is Walmart.... For some reason they think everyone wants to scan their own stuff now and only have 1 to 2 real people on register. This doesnt work if your running in real quick. Thats not a thing any more. Some shelves are empty and staff hit or miss. Sometimes you get to interact with someone nice and others not so nice.

My step son works there. He makes a pretty good living working there and the fact hes only 17 and in high school, theyve been a great place to help encourage hard work pays off. My wife loves shopping there and Im about to purchase a television there which ill update on

Its walmart what can ya say. There shelves are starting to thin. But they do a pretty good job none the less and it is cleaner than most stores so for that, Im greatfull

Experienced rude rep during check out. Watched her greet and talk to to 3 customers before me. When it was my turn for check out, total opposite. There were many things that I saw her do for others, but not me. Took the classy route and didnt address her because she was older.

I’ve always enjoyed shopping at Walmart, Biddeford. I decided to place an order for delivery. It should have arrived @ noon today. At 1 I had not received it yet so I went to the help center and spoke to someone. He told me I could wait a little longer or cancel and re-order. I decided to wait. At 4pm I still had not received my order. Spoke to someone on the phone and he told me they have a third party deliver and had not arrived to pick up the order. Two minutes later he tells me the delivery guy had just picked up my order and will be delivering it shortly. Here it is 6:30 and still no delivery of my order.

Needed to find the correct phone charger. Associate led me right to the product I needed. Checkout was simple.

Go to another WalMart if you want rotisserie chickens that arent all burnt and dried out because the clowns in the deli and the MOD on Sunday cant look up the right cooking time. Thank you Scarborough, real Americans at that store.

I found what I needed, at a fair price.

This is my go-to Walmart in the area. Generally less crowded than the South Portland or Sanford stores while still having a great variety of items. I only knocked a star off because the bathrooms always smell like urine, even when theyve just been cleaned.

Walmart I call my shopping safe haven am visiting from NYC,. Its my second visit here. My experience at this Walmart was super excellent, exceptional. Found most of what I needed, great sales, excellent customer service, associates are very courteous, very respectful and treat you like family. Thanks so much for the hospitality of my shopping experience. KUDOS

What a great location! Thank you for allowing me to park overnight in my RV while waiting for a doctors appt. I was able to get my shopping done and rest for the evening and I so appreciate that! Thank you again!

Not a walmart shopper but had to find things that were not available at other shops..found most of them here with stocked goods with fewer empty shelves from the previous stop. Thank you staff for your hard work.

I think Wal mart in Scarborough is clean and well organized. Prices are very good.

At best Walmart is average to begin with, but all self-serve checkouts [which makes up almost all of the checkouts ] were shut down because they didnt have enough staff. They have to have a staff member at the self-serve. They put the only TWO human cashiers at regular registers, where the lines were 12+ deep.If theyd put one of the ladies at the self-serve check out, with numerous registers, people could have check themselves out rapidly. They did not utilize customer service as a cashier, nor did the manager, who was walking around with anotlher worker [who could have helped] jump in and help. He never even looked over at the cashiers or noticed how one in particular was working so hard to try and keep the lines moving. He didnt even give a glance or a word of appreciation. Didnt apologize to the customers or make any attempt to make the situation better . It was just one of those situations where poor management was visually everywhere. The cashiers were nice.

Dont keep up with the video game section at all in any way. new games come out amd they arent on the shelf. why????? 3 months later and still nothing has changed. THEY DONT KEEP UP WITH THE VIDEO GAME SECTION AT ALL I WISH A MANGER OR SOMEONE WOULD FIX THIS ISSUE

Not a big fan of coming here but they manage to keep their inventory well stocked and their prices competitive. The employees are also usually pretty good.

Everyone knows Walmart has just about everything, and we know the quality of product we r getting. But the customer service at all Walmarts have been on a decline for the last decade. At least 60% off employees are unhappy to be there, and it shows. I mean of the last time you went to return something at Walmart that stopped working or didnt work at all, and you actually got an apology for having to take the time to drive there, find parking, stand in line to get your money back or exchange??? Yah didnt think so. I give the location 3 stars because its always clean.

This is a very large Wal Mart. Lots of employees but only 2 self check lines going. They were super long lines!! Very irritating when you see employees standing around and no one on registers.

Just like any other Walmart, most of the time they have what you need and at decent prices but finding an employee is like finding water in a desert.

Usually very friendly staff. Although I would say 80% or so dont really know much about anything so youre better off doing your own research on an item before buying it

The store is pretty big and has many outlets within the store to shop.I did get a eye roll from one of the associates when asking a question about Men shoes , I felt like I was bothering her.So a little bit of friendliness goes a long way. You dont know what others are going through. The cashier was very nice store clean .

If youre an essential business maybe you should have some essential employees working. Waiting to go through the line and apparently making a mistake instead of telling me both things of bananas didnt ring up coming over pulling my groceries out of my cart during the times of the Civid yeah Im sorry you need to teach your employees that they dont come over and grab things out of peoples carts to reweigh ask nicely sir I do believe that weight up improperly if you dont mind me checking and I just said not a problem go right ahead I know thats not what I got it wasnt the guys fault hes doing everything he can and you guys are just working them to death way to go Walmart

They usually have whatever I may need and stay open pretty late!! Great for late night shoppers just getting out of work!!

Good place to find every need. Only thing I would suggest is to have enough sales folks out on the floor to help. Its a large store, & Im older. I actually called Wal-Mart to request help in a section.

Not much in stock for Bubba mugs & the 2 on the shelf were missing their straws. I didnt explore too far as they did not have enough motorized carts so I had to stay near the front.

Omg they had a Bralette that fit snug with a beautiful lace and an adjustable strap in many different colors for only 15.96. They had what I needed. Huge store with a variety of choices. Each store has a variety of stock. This store seems to have everything that I need.

I love everything about Walmart, they carry everything and anything you could imagine.. Its always well stocked and the prices are great.. The staff is sometimes hard to find when when you need them but that doesnt out way all that they have to offer.. So if your in need of cloths, food, toys, and everything thing else on your list then Walmart is that one stop shopping place you need to explore.

Waited over a half hour in line to go to the single human check out. Even if you bag your own, which you shouldnt have to, you still have limited options if you use actual legal tender, all set for taking EBT etc though.

Visited Sanford yesterday and Biddeford today. Why does a city with a lower population have better inventory? I did find what I was looking for with help from an associate. Who was very kind and knew right where to look.

No registers open . Only self served. Manager opened a register to wait on a customer ( must have been his buddy) but he wouldnt wait on me and the other 2 people that got in his line. So I left my stuff on the belt and walked out. I never go to Walmart and now I remember why.

I went in looking at Roku TVs and printers. Even though the store wasnt busy, it looked dirty and poorly stocked. Every time Ive been in this WalMart it has looked disorganized & generally unattractive. Yeah, prices are good, but many times quality leaves a lot to be desired.On one recent occasion I purchased a wireless keyboard-mouse combo set. In the store I didnt notice tape covering the protective seal. Getting the set home and opening it, immediately it was obvious the set had been USED by a previous buyer. I can only wonder if it is common practice in this WalMart location to return used merchandise to the shelf for sale again. Either way, my experience with the wireless keyboard-mouse combo set was at best extremely poor judgement by an associate: at worst a glaring incident of poor business practices at the store level.Ive had occasion to return items a couple of times here, and must say the Customer Service Desk is manned by very unprofessional people. Neither time was I greeted by anyone at the desk. Both times I approached the desk to a blank stare, not being asked how I could be helped. Customer Service here is non-existent!Considering how large the store is, it appears to be severely under-staffed. Good luck finding an associate in most departments that know anything about the departments merchandise. In many departments, good luck finding any associate!In the interest of full disclosure Im a fan of locally owned businesses over the box stores like WalMart. Being honest it is this WalMart, and other big box stores like it, that are one of the biggest reasons I favor locally owned businesses. My preference for locally owned businesses WAS NOT the reason for my 2-star review.

Walmart is great. awsome helloween selection everything Halloween cookie decorating kits to pumpkins to decorations and fair prices. Thanks to Walmart we have another good family memory of decorating for helloween

Im from Massachusetts you know my Walmart dont have any swimming tubes or pools they are all sold out. Outen Maine there was a 18-footer for $400 plus tons of tubes rafts in excetera

My disabled son and I took a trip to Scarborough Walmart on Saturday. We were super excited to see 2 mobile scooters available. 9 out of 10 times there are none available. So we were happy that we could spend a little time shopping now instead of grab what I need and go. It’s been awhile that I could actually shop the entire store due to walking issues with me as well as my son. As we were doing our shopping an employee stood at the end of an isle and stared us down. I asked if I could help him with something he said no and walked away. I didn’t think any more about but then realized I forgot something way at the other end of the store. As I was making my selections another employee touched my son’s arm and said “are you injured “. He proceeded to express there were customers up front who needed the carts. I asked the employee Jim if I was not a customer and one in need of the carts. My son is 19 years old with pins and rods down his back which makes walking long distances challenging and I just had Achilles surgery 3 months ago. I was so humiliated. Who sees my son could notice he’s disabled. Jim was apologizing but I just decided I couldn’t finish our shopping any longer because it was obvious that we were hunted down to be humiliated. As I was checking out in a self checkout Jim came back with a gift card stating he was sorry again. At this point 2 other employees were standing at the end of the self check out lane and said there’s the little boy who’s been following his mom around the store. It’s a damn shame that people who don’t need the cart uses them and ones who need them can’t. It’s just lazy. By this point I was beyond humiliated and upset. I explained to the employee my son is 19 and disabled if anyone in the store needed the cart it was him. How dare they be so judgmental. She tried to say something but just walked away. I went to the customer service counter but they were busy and as I was leaving what did I see but another cart empty and available. So if someone up front needed a cart there was one available and we didn’t need to be tracked down and humiliate. I spoke with manager but didn’t feel any better when we left just a bunch of empty words

Getting worse with every visit. No registers seemed to be opened or even lite up to let people know that they were open. Everyone including myself used self serve which was very busy.

The low rating is mostly to do with lack of qualified help. Not to mention the community has a lot of people that have poor hygiene practices and the smell in the store reflects that from time to time. It is very hard to find help in that store.

Two staff members barked at me for coming in through the exit. Did it by accident t. Nobody waiting in line to come through on the entrance side. Walked back out and in for no reason. And a totally rude tone by both the man and the woman. Train them please on how to speak to customers.

They are very rude at this location and anytime you have an issue with something or need to make a return they treat you like a criminal. Im definitely not a fan of this location, the managment is completely out of control. 0 out of 10 would not recommend. If theres any way you can avoid this store I would strongly advise it.
