Lousy service. You rent a car online, go to pick it up on time, and they refuse to rent to you because you didnt call and tell them your coming. Isnt that why when you rent online you say when your coming to pick up the car, when your going to bring the car back, etc. At the very least you would put in your website that it is a policy to do that. Or at least list a phone number on the site to call no instead they rent you a car you cant have only to be told they will issue you a refund immediately. Only what they really do is charge you again. Then hold on to your # for five (5) days and you have to deal with the corporate office to have your money reimbursed. No apologies for the hour drive in traffic and the hour back home. Plus the added expense and stress to hurry and try to rent elsewhere hoping you have money available to charge on your credit card. Wasting hours out of your day all because a business doesnt understand what a no contact transaction means. So much for Social Distancing during the pandemic. The individual was rude, unprofessional, and un-trained in how to do his job. What an idiot. I gave him 1 star because I couldnt give him less....
