Great showroom, really nice front desk guy and other employees. Amazing cars, however Owner was not nice. Have never had a bad interaction there before but today he was just rude and pushy like he didnt want us in the showroom looking at the cars for show. Hope he isnt there next time we go and can have a better experience. He lost a future customer today.Edit: We did not ask to photograph the car and respected that it was a personal car. After having a rude conversation Vincent he basically told us to leave the showroom. When he first told us no pictures we both put our phones our pockets

Pagani is my 3rd favorite exotic cars but my first is koenigsegg, but the Pagani employees is the best ppl I respect Pagani employees and the owner of Pagani keep it up employees of Pagani :)

These guys are wonderful!! We stopped in there because it was our sons birthdays. All they wanted for their birthdays was to see some super cars in person. The gentleman at the front desk was awesome. He gave the boys posters of the cars and allowed them to take pictures. The smiles on our boys faces was absolutely priceless. They were elated. Thank you so much for making their birthdays so special!!!

If you love cars just like me? Of course you would love Pagani BH! The only thing about this Pagani, is that it’s hidden and my friends and I drove passed it two times, so maybe you can put up a sign next time so that people can see where PBH is? Other that that, the service is great, it’s very clean and you are allowed to take pictures!

As a guy who swaps cars often, I really wish i’d met these folks earlier in my life. Vincent (the owner) is a rockstar. Having bought and sold cars though these guys I can say that their consignment service is the best I’ve ever encountered. Vincent is a genuine and transparent guy with a super deep network of buyers and sellers and has always gone above and beyond for me. If you’re someone like me that doesn’t have the time or interest in buying/selling cars private party, and also don’t want to practically give one away to a traditional dealership on a trade, I highly recommend you give these guys a call. Even if they don’t currently have what you’re looking for in inventory they always seem to find it to the exact spec. I’m really not one to write reviews, But felt compelled to on this because I can’t say enough good things about Vincent and the team.

Great experience with Vince and his teamI called the dealership about a car and had a very transparent conversation about the condition and price of the car. I wanted to have a pre purchase inspection and they drove it back and forth to a shop for no fee. We agreed on a price before hand, and the two days later, someone else made a higher offer. It was actually a friend of mine who didn’t know I was purchasing the car. Vince honored our deal and overall I’ve been super pleased with the whole process.

Absolutely spectacular service for someone clearly not going to buy anything, I can’t imagine the service if you were a potential customer.

Visited from Portland with 2 boys that LOVE exotic cars. From the moment we walked in, William (I think thats his name) made us feel really welcome. He took the time to chat with us and was very friendly. He also gave the boys a small poster and made their day. We were able to take pictures and wander around freely. They have such rare and beautiful cars here! We had visited other exotic car shops and got to take pics etc. but none of them took the time to make us feel as welcome as they did at Pagani. :)

Awesome experience! I just went a few days ago on my trip to LA and I had a blast. Great selection of cars to look at, and the showroom is very lovely and good looking. The staff were very welcoming, especially Mr. Haq, and he was even nice enough to give me a poster! Great experience, highly suggest visiting this dealership!

Can’t say enough about the great experience I had today with David and Vincent. Flew in town for the day from Atlanta to look at a car for one of my clients. From the time I walked in the door till the deal was done and transportation of the car was being worked out, they were nothing short of great. I noticed they treated everyone who walked through the door as a possible client, which is rare with exotic dealerships. Will absolutely be looking forward to doing more business with them in the future.

I was sent to this dealership as I am in market for a Huayra! From the moment Ive walked in Im treated with a great staff member who has always been courteous and instructed me to make myself comfortable! Today I brought my friends son who is 9, it was a dream for this kid and staff did not disappoint. Pagani of BH has given me every reason to do business with them. Thank you to your staff for the hospitality.

The only issue is it is all by appointment only. But, I guess it cuts down on people like myself going in and drooling over the cars.

You CANT TAKE PICTURES OF THE CARS. Dont bother going there. People are going to get a picture of the cars regardless of how much you try to stop them. You will just end up seeing these cars at a meet, on YouTube, on social media, and just driving around. Dont buy the car if you dont want people getting pictures of it. There is such a big culture surrounding cars especially in California buying a car like that automatically puts you in that culture and people are going to get a photo of your car.

Unethical and misleading. I was promised by David that we had a deal. After telling me I didnt need to make a security deposit I was assured the car was mine for the price we agreed on. Then he told me hed overnight, via Fedex, the documentation and wiring instructions. Then David, two days late,r informs me that instead of sending the paperwork he wants me to just wire in the money. As you all know, these cars are all in excess of a 100k. Ive never met these guys(I live out of state). I tell him Im not wiring money without an agreement. Then, the next day I call him only to find out theyve sold the car to someone who walked in.Big waste of my time and I dont appreciate broken promises. Dont deal with these unethical dealers.

Ive been there twice and both times I had a great experience. World class inventory of supercars and hypercars. You cannot photograph some of the cars as they are customer owned, which to me is perfectly reasonable. The staff is super friendly to me even though Im not in the market for one of the cars. Id 100% recommend to drop by if youre in the area!

This is a newly open shop in Beverly Hills with great selection of best luxury cars not only Pagani like Ferrari, Bugatti, Lamborghini.David was really nice with us and I really recommend to visit this place in LA!

Had the privilege to walk in this store to look at some of the most beautiful cars ever made, and like most of us I was just there to see in person and admire such beauty. The sales manager Rameez Haq was a true class act. I was honest with him from the moment we shook hands(I can’t afford)but he welcomed me in and was more than happy to talk to me about the inventory and show me around. Do yourself a favor, if you ever get out to LA you have to stop here for yourself. Just ask for Rameez and enjoy. Make sure you get a signed contract in writing with this dealership if you think you are going to buy one of their cars so you can enforce it if they renege. I liked one of their cars, made an offer, and, by phone and text (with a witness) their two salespersons (David and Harry) accepted, saying the price was acceptable and we were proceeding with the paperwork for the sale. I had traveled from another state to see this car, among others. This was on a Saturday. On a Monday (after returning to my home on Sunday evening and after I returned their form Monday morning, which form they said was for registration on the vehicle), I got an email from them to call. I phoned them and was told by David that their company had allegedly sold the car later on Saturday afternoon after they confirmed agreement to sell me the same car. Whether they shopped the car to try to get a better price, knowing they had my deal in hand, or are just unorganized as a company, who knows. But buyer beware.The owner has responded and this is my reply, for purpose of readers information. It is true that the car in question was available when I left the dealership, I did not commit to purchase it in Beverly Hills when I looked at it, and that I went to go look at other cars. It is further true that I told David and Harry that I was looking at the other cars as I had flown into Los Angeles to see not just their car and had agreed with another dealer to also see their cards. After I looked at the other cars at the second location (over one hour away driving time), I texted them with my price for their car. I returned a call from them and, on that call (with a witness present, my brother), they said the price was acceptable. They asked me to fill out and return a form to register the car. I could not do that at the time as the form had to be typed with the information and I could not do that with my phone. I told them I could return the document and fill out any other paperwork the next day before I flew out of LAX but they said they did not work on Sundays. I told them I would return the form to them on Monday upon returning home; they voiced no objection. We discussed payment by wire transfer versus check. At no time did either of them request a deposit to hold the car. Nothing in the registration form says anything about buying the car; it is just background information (they already had my license information). My call to them was in the late afternoon Saturday so somehow they would have readers believe they were able to sell the car in the narrow time window of a few hours after that phone call with them and when they closed. I expressly agreed in the phone call with them to buy the car. I told others I had purchased the car. Their response is carefully written to make it appear I never told them I was buying the car (as they focus on the in person meeting in the morning but not on when I agreed to buy the car via phone in the afternoon). I counted on a verbal commitment from a Beverly Hills business to be honored and it was my mistake in not insisting that they provide me a signed writing committing them to sell. I would wager that their records will show they sold the car for more than I offered (and the price they said was agreeable). At no time in that phone call did they tell me that we did not have a deal or that there was no sale until the registration form was returned to them. Their comments make it appear that I was ambiguous on the negotiation and never did commit to buy the car and that is just not the facts. There are always other cars. But I believe that a mans word is his bond and unfortunately that is not true of everyone in this world. I repeat, buyer beware and get it in writing with this company.

Small, but amazing collection of rare outstanding condition supercars. But staff is not friendly!!I lived just 5 min walking distance from this dealership and noticed when they recently opened here. Truly amazing collection of cars they have.First time I visit this showroom, was like a month ago, the staff was all busy showing all the cars to a customer I think. We were the only customers there. He was invited to sit in all the cars, Pagani, Bugatti Chiron, Ferrari Enzo etc. Then later the sales person start to start up every car to impress the guy. Truly amazing to experience!I was very interested in the Enzo and have been trying to find a perfect low milage model. The staff was friendly this time, but seemed very busy with the other customer, so I decided to not bother them and visit later, after taking a very good look at all the cars there.2 weeks later my mother in-law (wealthy hard core business woman) came to LA from China for a visit. She invest in properties, builds neighbourhoods there and has a big construction factory in China. She is very interested in many kind of art and new things. So of course I thought this was very interesting opportunity and pleasure to have a look at.We showed up May 10 in the morning around 11am. Showroom was great, but they had swapped the Enzo for a La Ferrari which was fine. Only one sales person (same one that started up all the cars last time) was present and no other customers. The sales person welcomed us, but was very serious looking and kind of not friendly. My mother in-law was impressed by the collection, and she started talking numbers with me and opportunities. She doesnt talk english so she asked me if we could have a better look inside one car there. She grabbed her phone to take one photo of all the cars and send it to her husband in China. The minute she opened her phone, the sales man was not happy. He banned her to take photo because FAMOUS and RICH people own the cars and dont want them to be photographed, That was the words he said. I told him we will not take any photos but she wants to take a look inside and sit inside one. absolutely not, and definitely not people like her he said. Yes he said that. Dont know what he meant by that, if he is racist or he thinks only men will buy cars like that!! because she is Chinese woman in her 40s, wearing very expensive clothes.After this short conversation he completely ignored us and walked away. My mother in-law does not understand english, but she said to me before I translated what he said, This man does not look friendly, I think he is rude and stupid to act like this to a customer, lets do some business elsewhere.We were very astonished how dealership like this can have so unfriendly, arrogant staff with such wrong judgement of people. She could easily bought all the cars in the showroom. But we had the feeling we were very unwelcome from the moment we stepped in.There are way better and more welcome dealerships to visit in California!This was my worst experience!

Supercar heaven in BH! I’ve just visited Pagani Beverly Hills and this showroom is just incredible, great HyperCars on show ranging from Huayra roadster to Bugatti Chiron passing through Laferrari. A Wonderful experience for car lovers like me! definitely worth a visit if you come to L.A. A big thanks to David from Pagani BH that gave me a very warm welcome! 🙏
