The service department has me waiting 4 weeks for service at the time Im writing this. I called to ask how much longer it would be before I could get serviced, and theyre now telling me another two weeks! For an oil change and to fix a recall! I then left a message for a service manager. Bug surprise, three days later and I never received a call back.I called Casa De Cadillac and they had me in and out in three hours. Just go there.
I left my car on a Tuesday. Its Saturday and they havent gotten to it yet. Without a loaner. This is totally unacceptable. I am very disappointed with my experience so far.
Allen E. was able to get me in same day and he provided great service. I appreciate his advice and will be speaking with him for the remainder of my lease.

Wow, great dealer. Service advisors Allen and Ricardo are friendly and professional. Allen Escobedo is the best service advisor in BH, he gives 110% every time. Techs do good work. Caddy of BH is reliable and they get the job done. I would recommend anytime.
Purchased brakes and tires and they left the tire lubricant all over the wheels and one of the tires didn’t seal properly and went flat as soon as I got home. They ordered another tire, but it still shows a lack of quality control and pride in workmanship.
