I bought a sausage egg cheese on English muffin and cheese danish.The sandwich was good but the cheese Danish had black specks all on the cheese. I didnt trust it at all cause I wasnt sure what those specks were. Decided I wont order that again at least not from there. Otherwise the facility was clean and so was the washroom.

Would give 5 stars but cant stand the new straws I get y they got them and its good for the environment. but Ill just bring my own straws. cause 2 min into ur frozen drink u cant stir it anymore cause the straw is broken and bending and falling apart. find a better made straw

This was maybe one of the best Starbucks experiences of my life. Sandy and Sophie dream team were working the window like you wouldn’t believe. I’m not entirely sure what it was sandy recommended to me but whatever drink it was holy bologna you’re gonna wanna put that in your mouth. I tried to share with the other people in my car but you know.. covid. Boy did they miss out. Anyway, 5 stars.

Definitely on the pricier side and I still think that theyre sizing menu is odd considering the traditional route of just going from small to large instead of tall grande venti😅Personally I like to order a tall or occasionally grande iced matcha green tea latte with almond milk. Its lightly sweet and never fails to hit the spot. Ive tried their fruity refreshers and oml. I was able to take it all and throw it into a 40 oz cup with extra water and it was still very sweet. Never mixing the flavors again 😂OverallStaff is always friendly, drinks never take long and usually tasty 😋 a nice treat once in a while

Right after work I thought it would be a good idea to get some hot coffee for the hubby and I since it had been so cold. Got home and noticed they felt light. Hadnt even taken a sip and theyre half way full. Seriously? Whats the point of ordering a large size if all theyre gunna do is charge me full price and rip me off. First and last time going to this location.

Service was friendly but very slow and out of a lot of things. I was not able to order my usual two favorites. Probably worst one ive been to in qc. One in moline by hospital is by far my favorite location

The staff is very warm and inviting. The drinks (especially the coffee) is always delicious and the food is great. I only go to the Starbucks in Davenport on Bridge and E Kimberly. The 2 in Bettendorf are ridiculous and rude. Very unprofessional staff. Mess up orders A LOT.

I went today to get an iced coffee, with sweetener, and the counter girl didn’t get it right. I lowered my mask so she can hear, & she’s like raise it it’s policy. I said well you can’t hear me, and she’s like well work through it lmfao. Like I don’t have 1k yrs for her to u defat and me. I get my coffee and it didn’t taste like there was any sweetener. It tastes awful, but they are so busy I know it won’t be right. I guess Dunn’s will get my business

They always do a fine job. The coffee was good. We sometimes come through with our dog and get a puppichino and he totally loves that. Very consistent. Will return.

Pretty nice Starbucks here. Its a pretty busy one and the service is a little slow inside so be prepared for that. It seems like the drive through moves a lot more quickly, as expected, but its really slow inside. Once you get your drinks and what have you its a nice experience.

This is a pretty good location. Renee is the best barista and super sweet. She always greets me by name and has my drink ready to go! Its upsetting if shes not there because then my mobile order just sits there or worst they set it in front of you but behind the plastic wall, so you have to wait for someone to hand it to you; GRR!

All employees in masks but no distancing is enforced. Wont go inside again. Staff always friendly. Every thing CLEAN

Its a newer Starbucks, and currently (as of writing) does not do Order Ahead/Stars Rewards, so keep that in mind when planning a visit. Otherwise, the staff have always been legit cheerful and friendly, and the wait times are acceptable

Not a big fan of Starbucks they have alright coffee but the customer service is always excellent and so is the cookie crumble coffee

The great thing about Starbucks is that you know exactly what you are getting when you order it. The coffee is exactly what you would expect here. What makes this location great is the staff and the service. The wait times are short and the product is excellent. Above and beyond those baselines of service, the staff here know their customers. I am regularly greeted by name and have been for over 6 of the 7 months I have been a regular.

Husband stops at Kimberly and Bridge all the time for me...even when I dont request. I love anything iced with caramel and the java chip drinks. Also love the iced strawberry creme. Nice change.

This is located inside the HyVee at Devils Glen and Middle Road. Its standard for Starbucks. The coffee of course is excellent, although like any other designer coffee its a bit pricey. Good if youre into Starbucks, but you can get a regular cup of coffee at the in-store restaurant for less..

Well it is common to place an order and not get what you did order. I got to the point I dont even complain anymore. Guess Im not that picky but it does it old. Friendly enough, just wish they would pay more attention & get the drink right.

My wife and I like Starbucks but we ordered coffee here in the drive-thru we were out of town leaving and we noticed after getting on the interstate her coffee was cold

Its exactly what you expect. Just as good as every other Starbucks. Service is friendly and reasonably fast. There are definitely better cups of coffee in the QC, but Starbucks is so convenient.

I love the stuff they serve like that’s completely fine but 3 weeks ago I went to Starbucks and the staff was friendly like usual but there was TINFOIL in my drink. A lot of tinfoil, every few sips I would get some tinfoil in my sip. I was pretty upset about it bc how would tinfoil end up in my drink 🤷🏼‍♀️

Its a Starbucks. The parking here is the biggest issue with the way the drive-through exits into the entrance to the shopping center. If youre looking for a convenient Starbucks to go to, you cant beat this one!

The wait was a little long but they were down to only espresso machine so I understand the long wait.

Drive thru is really slow but that’s because they are on a main road next to a busy era! However, every time I have been here I have had pleasant staff experiences and they are always smiling and joyful. If you ever go I recommend getting the chai tea and replace the water with apple juice + add Carmel drizzle and a dash of cinnamon! It sounds interesting but it’s like carmel apple cider!

Order a pour over, got something completely different, apparently komodo dragon isnt a everyday coffee anymore and they processed it in an upside down coffee press machine. I didnt even ask for that. I think they called it clover.

This is the best location of all of the Quad Cities. Super friendly staff. This location has a Clover Machine and tons of reserve coffees. Also the newer cold brew coffee is freaking rocket fuel in coffee form! Large outdoor patio. Located right of the 74 freeway. The drive thru line can appear to be too long. Do not be fooled by a line as this team can crank out the orders and the line moves quickly!

Went here last week and let me tell you its kind of a bad joke to put it gently. To start off the staff acted like they wanted nothing to do with you. I understand that an hour before close isnt the best time to stop in, since I do in fact work in a Starbucks-esque cafe, but the amount of disconnect was ridiculous. They dont ask anything to get an order right, in fact they just assume what you mean, which would be absolutely terrible for someone that doesnt know the ins and outs. To be honest I get the high end look theyre going for, but it made me want to walk out faster than I walked in. Ill probably not be going back. First and last times in a Starbucks.
