My sales rep was perfect. She helped me fix glasses that I had previously purchased. She was so friendly. She was honest about the look of the glasses on me which made me extremely happy that she wasnt just trying to sell me just anything even if it doesnt suit me. After making my purchase she thanked me for coming in and called me by my name which made me feel special and like she really pays attention to each customer. She was awesome!!!!

I went to this store today 9/18/2021 in the morning and there was an employee kind of aggravated and and I ask is there any other shops in this mall selling sunglasses, she said no she is only one selling sunglasses. Please do not visit this location. There was another sunglasses store in the lower level and they help me to find what I need. SHE IS LIAR DO NOT RECOMMEND

I had a very bad experience from this store.I bought a Ray Ban sun glasses at the storeend of January 2017.And they told me it will be shipped to my house in the next business days.When I call themthe person who answered the phone made me wait on the phone for more than 7 minutes and said she cant help me.I finally received the sunglasses after three days.I Went today to return the new sun glasses which I about less than 10 days agoThe sun glass is in the case with no any mechanical defect.Even if I showed my receiptThe store manager refused to return!I have called and explained my case to the corporate office and they transferred the case to the regional manger.They gave me a case number and I am working with them!I dont advise anybody to have such a bad experience at this storeBad customer service!
