Incomplete, defective, blistering, bubbling, discolored. Gave them multiple chances to fix, but they were unable to do an even minimally competent job and walked away with my money. Pictures below have been shared repeatedly with the Richies. They just dont care I guess. They still wont return my calls or emails about fixing this job.

What a beautiful job the three painters from D. L. Richie completed at my home. My kitchen was a disaster that I didn’t want to tackle. They took care of everything from removing wallpaper to patching and painting the walls and ceiling, and cleaning up after themselves. Everything looks great. What a wonderful crew! They worked quietly and efficiently. My kitchen looks so good. I would recommend the painters at D.L. Richie in a heartbeat.

D.L.Richie painters just completed an excellent job painting my laundry room. Sheldon and Brandon were both pleasant, professional and extremely competent. I had been concerned that the light gray color I chose would not cover the concrete walls, but I had been assured there would be no problem. The walls and floor look perfect. Great work, and flexible schedules. I had them install new floors throughout my entire house and they turned out beautifully. They were very accommodating of my schedule / ability to shift furniture around as they worked from room to room.

I was seeing this company blast their presence all over Instagram for a while, so I decided to follow their account because it looked like they do solid work. Last week, I sent a message to their instagram account to inquire for a paint estimate and was asked to call in to schedule an appointment. So, I called in and set the appointment for today, March 12th at 11AM. This morning, I am sitting here at 11:20 with no call no show, nothing. I called to explain the situation and was then asked to be put on hold... The girl comes back to the phone and says, Sorry, but we dont have anything for you in our schedule, would you like to set something up now? Like SERIOUSLY!!!! I took off work this morning so that I could be home for these people.... I am sorry, but you get 1 star from me, this is not how you conduct business. You do not get a second chance after I lost out on a day of work... Unfortunately, I am self employed an do not receive PTO. Time is valuable people!

Richie did a great job on a renovation of our condo in Bethel Park including fairly extensive wall repair, wallpaper removal, paint and floors. Very happy with the results, and most importantly they started on time and finished a little early. Will use them again should the need arise.

DL Richie painted the main floor of our house as well as installed crown molding on a difficult cathedral ceiling, I could not be more pleased. The work was done beautifully, the painters and carpenters were polite and helpful with everything we needed, they took care with our house. We used D L Richie Paint for our new home and are very happy with the results - the crew was professional and friendly, they finished the project (painting all three floors of our interior) ahead of schedule, and they were flexible and accommodating as we moved in around them and made some minor adjustments along the way.

I hired them to paint my 89 year old moms house outsde. They did a TERRIBLE JOB!! If you want to go see the paint on the brick and crooked lines....call me and I can show you her house. I had 5 people go look at it afterwards, as I live in Grove City.....they all said it is a bad job. They barely sanded ...they did it in very few hours......My brother stated that there is not a straight line on the house now!! I refused to pay the entire bill ....I shouldnt have paid them anything.....I should sue for crooked white paint on the brick!!! Sherwin Williams said they should mix up a matching paint ( to match the brick color)to paint the white paint they got on the brick!I graduated from Bethel Park High School years ago... I wanted to use a family local business .....BAD DECISION USING THESE GUYS!! GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!
