If youre looking to remodel your space and CTS provides a service for it, theres no need to look elsewhere. Last year COVID decided to lock us all in our homes, which caused us to look around and think of fun ways to spend our time and money. I decided it was time to fulfill my life long dream of owning my own billiard table. The problem was I HATED the pink carpet in the only room that would fit it. One thing led to another and wanting to buy a pool table turned into a complete basement renovation. Im talking, everything must go and leave no signs of the old behind. I decided to do everything myself, except for the floors, so I enlisted the help of friends for recommendations on the best flooring company in our area. A close friend and colleague of mind suggested a friend of his, who just so happens to own a flooring company. I heard stories of amazing quality work and a business owner who actually cares about doing a great job and making his customers happy. Does that even exist anymore? The person making the recommendation was my most trusted friend though, so I decided to at least take a ride to the show room and see for myself. They had a great selection and I was greeted by a salesman who walked me around and gave me some general info. While I was speaking with the sales rep, the owner (Andy) came out to greet me. Ill tell you exactly what I told my friend who recommended him to me, I could tell within 5 minutes of meeting Andy how much he cared about his business and I knew right away I was dealing with someone who had a ton of character. What I liked was instead of him just asking me what I want and giving me a price, he was most concerned with where the floors would be installed, what type of activities would be going on, etc. I could tell he was trying to educate me, which I appreciated. He spent almost an hour with me walking around and helping me narrow down colors and brands. After putting a dozen or so together, he helped me carry them out to my car and told me to call back whenever I was ready to schedule a consult date. No pressure, no sales pitch, no need. I was already sold and I knew as long as the estimate came back within my budget, CTS is where I was ordering from.Consult Day:After taking a few days to look over the samples and deciding which brand and color to go with, I called Emily to schedule a date to meet. Andy and Emily were on time, friendly and educated. They answered every question I had and even helped me come up with some new ideas. One of which was a huge money / time saver, which was to consider painting my walls instead of installing stone and plank boards. Something that many others wouldnt do if they knew they could upsell you. Instead it was all about what would look best and what would keep me in budget. Once Andy took all the measurements, he told me I would have the estimate in a few days and if I needed anything the meantime, to give him a call. The following week I received the estimate and I called Andy to go over it on the phone together. As always he was friendly, patient and helped educate me on the itemization. It felt more like talking to a long time friend than somehow you just met a few weeks ago. The following day, the deposit was sent and all there was to do now was pray the months went fast, so the install would come sooner. Dont forget now, I couldnt have my dream pool table delivered until the floors were installed.Installation Day:Im so upset I dont remember the name of the installer, cause he deserves so much credit for the wonderful job he did. He was on time, friendly, and he made sure to walk around with me and go over everything in detail. We talked about things he knew would come up and things that could possibly come up. No surprises. I wish I could make a bigger story out of the install, but the truth is theres nothing to say except it came out better than I imagined and Im running out of characters. Ill let the pictures speak for themselves and I just want to say thank you again to everyone at CTS. You made a customer for life.

This place is excellent! Ray was awesome and extremely helpful. We have dealt with many companies on an extensive remodel that we are doing. And plenty have been less than helpful. This place was wonderful. Answered all of my questions, spent time helping me pick exactly what I wanted and the material was in quickly. Highly recommend!

Im a contractor and I love working with these folks. I send all my customers here to pick out tile and Ive never had one complain. They can be a bit more expensive than the big box stores, but well worth it. They actually have all the various tiles youll need for a job (matching bullnose, corners, etc.) -- something that the big box stores sorely lack. I only wish I had more tile installations so I could work with them more often! A joy to work with and just a helpful as you could want. The Best!

We are totally pleased with our new vinyl floor from CTS. From our first visit to the showroom through the installation, Andy and his team were helpful, patient and competent. We are ecstatic with the new floor.
