I always love shopping there. Everything is easy to find and everyone is nice and helpful when I visit.

New owners, new higher prices, less quality. I will say the customer service is better. If you need an item or two this store would work, if you gotta buy some groceries go somewhere else.

I hate to even say anything. I’ve lived here for 30 years and since covid they are out of stock. Shelves empty nothing there. It’s now after and they still can’t even stock their shelves. At this point you have wonder what is wrong? No grocery store, as of today, has these issues. Makes me thing they are failing and going out of business soon. Your shelves are empty in June of 2021. What the heck? Why can’t you get supplies?!?!?’

Ive always loved and shopped at my neighborhood buy for less pretty much has the best meat in town this location up and coming please please remodel give the store a decent bathroom Ive got a lot of businesses and restaurant on how cleanly they are especially the restroom. dirty store dirty restroom dirty kitchen dirty restaurant.

I bought a watermelon for the guys at the shop, cause we are hot, grumpy, and on the verge of dehydration. Watermelon is super smart to eat in those conditions. but the watermelon i bought at Buy4Less was pithy and had light brown to brown seeds. part of it tasted ok, most of it was gross. the OWNER, unbelievably offered to sell me another one at full price LOL!! After MNGMT offered over the phone to replace it. So i guess the watermelon has obviously turned.

Better experience than Wal-Mart, anytime.

This place is depressing and the employees except for one person seemed less than enthusiastic. The shelves are almost bare, and the produce is sub standard. Does not come close to Buy 4 Less on NW Expressway. Looks almost like theyre closing the store which would be sad because its the only supermarket on that side. Please upgrade the store and keep people employed and happy with their jobs

6/11 notice posted change of ownership as of this date currently not able to accept EBT. A lot of stock levels low or out probably due to the change of ownership maybe the current situation reason. Only stop there for a couple items because it was close to home, My experience has been that their prices are far too high compared to places like CREST.

Produce and meats not a good selection when it came to fruits and meats, meat bunkers almost empty and this was at 11am

Clean , quiet, nice variety of foods,and pleasant workers

The store itself is a little crunchy and could definitely use a budget to get it updated, everyone here is super nice though! Compared to some of the other stores, the fruit is a little lower in quality, but theyre always fully stocked. Love your cashiers they all are so friendly

Good place to go-for meat sales.If you need different types of cuts, then they have a butcher on duty most times and days. Very clean and opened spaced store for every day needs.

23rd/Council Rd store has become VERY disgusting in the produce dept. Just bought 3/5⁰⁰ blackberries. Top layers looked great. Got the home, started rinsing to have with dinner and so much mold, had to toss them.

Managers that work here are awful! Im a senior and I was stranded locked my keys in the car it was about 9.00 pm they wouldnt let me use the phone to call a locksmith! Thou its convenient to run in for a few groceries when in a rush

The team is great. The service is great as well. The store is ready for a remodel. I wish they had the same selections as their sister store on expressway. The floor is several designs and colors and is like visiting the 70-90s. Again the team makes up for the store appearance short comings. The main office knows this store is in need of repair. Maybe it will come soon.

The cashiers are rude. They wont even hand your your receipt. When I asked for it the cashier pointed to the machine that prints it off and said There it is. Is it too much to ask for them to hand it to you? Dont even expect them to bag your groceries! They act like it is an incovience to bag your groceries for you. Again....isnt this their job? My aunt came in yesterday to do her weekly shopping. ( She has a family size of 10 people). She spent over $300 to then have the cashier get rude with her for the amout of paper products she bought! She wasnt hoarding. It was the amount she buys every couple of weeks.

So over priced and its so old. I dont like this place.

I went here on a plant search. Although it didnt have what we were looking for I managed to snap up a couple. The employees that I came across were friendly.

Had a really bad conversation with Manager of store at 23rd and Council. Without going into detail, I was told that I obviously could not understand what he was telling me. He raised his voice and insulted me when I was trying to get my point across. Asst Mgr was able to listen and had a very calm demeanor.

Not as cheap as you would think. Update to one star. I shopped there last sunday. 27.00 tried to pay with a 100.00 bill. She said theres no way she could have enough change weve only been open one hour. New owners and this lady had her nose directly where the sun dont shine and had something brown on her nose. I literally hate these type of people. I suppose i could have left and let them put the groceries back. Too many stores in okc. I dont like this store at all.

Store is run down. They are pretty pricey for a Buy for Less and the produce is NEVER fresh. The staff is terrific though and the shelves are always tidy. Its easy to find things as well.

Management doesnt check meat to ensure theyre selling good meat. They allow shoppers to harass other shoppers instead of asking them to leave. Most workers voice those complaints as well. You have to watch expiration dates. If you try to escalate any issue, from my experience, you get nowhere. Used to love it now I randomly tolerate it.

I love this store if you like me you hate waiting to long and big crowds. So this is the place for you if so trust not super big but works great

Very friendly and helpful staff. They have great deals but not a very great selection. This is a great last-minute place to pick up a few things you forgot or you dont want to drive all the way to Wal-mart to get.

Ok selection, I can find most things I want in some capacity and ok pricing, not great, not going to break the bank. My problem with this store lately is checking out. Its a miserable experience. The checkers dont look at you at all, much less smile. They are either so busy conversing with a fellow employee that you could walk right out without notice... or they are staring down at the scanner just blankly passing food items over so you can bag them. No hello, no this is your total, no help bagging at all. In fact, Ive had one stand over 5 minutes watching the screen while I bagged... then walked over to pay without the checker ever looking up or saying a word. I miss the age of customer service.

Yes, this store is older, but it is well organized, they always have enough checkers so the lines arent long, and everyone is friendly.

Really nice people. Selection of products is not terribly wide range but certainly servicable. Basically its a neighborhood grocery store in a middle to lower income area and while a bit long in the tooth is clean and friendly.

I shop here all the time, I wish they had more of a selection, but they are convenient and easy on the wallet.
