It was great for a year after their opening, everything was organized, clean store. I live in NE side, but I came here very often because of that. However, now its messed up. Items on shelves are not organized, not clean store like every other dollar tree.

Awsome store the lady working there was so friendly her name was Shiloh best customer service ever i go there everyday now and she is usually there nice as can be she puts a smile on my face every time i go in

I’m giving one star, only because it’s not possible to give zero. According to the web site and the sign on the door, this store is supposed to be open until 9 pm. Imagine my surprise, and the surprise of the 8 other customers that have tried to enter at 7:40 pm, when the doors are locked. I don’t know how much the other customers had planned to spend, but I rarely get out without spending at least $20. I guess I’ll have to find somewhere else to spend my money.

Always fun to shop here. Got lots of crafty things.

I can always find some really great Christmas Ornaments all at an affordable price on a fixed income. They carry so much variety, that you can really decorate your home really coool! Plus all your other household items that you might need. Plus theyre is a good variety of frozen foods also.

I arrived at 8:45 and they open at 9 am, I decided to wait until they open. At 9:12, they still were not open. I even tried calling. All the lights were on but the doors were locked. Several people were waiting outside.

The store was clean and well stocked. But i cashier had no customer service skills. He didnt say one word to me and stuffed all my stuff into two bags flowers and glass vases included.

All of the lights are on and there are 2 vehicles parked outside. Theres a hand written sign on the door that says the close at 8pm. So why are they closed at 7:38?

This is the second time Ive came and theyre close but open. Have lights on and cars but nobody has it open.

Of the 4 Dollar Tree stores I have visited in the OKC metro area, this was the cleanest, most well organized and easiest to shop. I will certainly return.

Great place to get BARGAINS!!!

I asked a worker who was stocking shelves if they had a certain product, and was ignored three times. Then when I said excuse me, she snapped back NO. I laid the items I had collected down, and she said I was rude and could have put them back. I then asked another employee to speak to the store manager. Turned out the rude one was the manager. How does one go about reporting this to corporate?

Nice and neat, unlike some other Dollar Tree stores I have been in. They had some items that I have not seen in other Dollar Trees.

Im always impressed with how clean this store is. Today was the first time I used their restroom, and i was amazed at the cleanliness of it. I think this will be my new dollar tree, driving 6 miles past another location because they are nasty

Shelves not stocked... No designated handicapped parking at this store. Dont know what happened at this location. Shelves used to stay stocked, but not anymore. If no parking available close to doors, i go elsewhere due to disabled.

No issues with the company itself but they have the most unprofessional associate by the name of Denise. I was in there this afternoon. Wasnt greeted at the register, wasnt even spoken to once. I payed and when receiving my cash back, Denise finally spoke with I dont think I gots that much in this damn drawer drawer pops open, Denise takes out my money, grabs my receipt and puts my money and receipt on the counter while I have my hand out. I then told her that her customer service was poor. She then yells out Its always a white one (shes a black woman and Im a white one) I said excuse me to which she yells out to the cashier behind her the next customer who say anything slick Im going off on) she had a line of customers that walked off after this happened. I called corporate and left the store. I will tell EVERYONE I know not to patronize this location! Absolutely the worst customer service and class Ive ever experienced!
