I shop here regularly since its convenient and the staff is incredibly kind. While there the other night, the manager had to deal with a problematic customer and he showed complete professionalism, held composure, while staying friendly. A model manager!

SUPER HERO KUDOOOOS TO KIYAH..my new Hero!! On Thurs I was doing a “shop” for delivery. The staff is always helpful and I enjoy shopping there..but after having packed the groceries (cold and dry) in the car, it would not start!! For whatever reason the battery was completely dead. I was panicking!!! I ran inside and asked a couple of people for help. There was a a young lady walking to the office area, clearly with a mission. When I asked her about jumper cables, not only did she have some, she did not hesitate to drive over to my car to me started. I was ready to go in minutes and no harm to the groceries. Most people “won’t get involved”, she jumped on it!! Sooo thankful you have such a kind and TRULY helpful employee. THANK YOU KIYAH, MY HERO!!

The store is very well run! Their homemade deli items, regretfully, are soaked in salt. Both the greens and mac n cheese taste like the Gulf of Mexico. Im a hungry gal; I couldnt swallow another bite of either item. Please. Less brine.

Today, Deli closed on a Saturday at 2:00, Unbelievable and poor management or poor scheduling. Also, the last time I was in Hoover store was closed at 8:00 PM. Even though Winn Dixie is very close and convenient, I will drive to Publix from now on.

WHY at 2:00PM on a Saturday 3/27/21 do you have only TWO registers open and the lines are half way down the isles (no exaggeration) Very poor management. I left a full buggy of groceries and went to Publix. Where they were waiting on me to bring my buggy!

It was about time to modernize Winn-Dixie. Im glad theyre potatoes are better than they used to be rotten. Their premium crackers are stale. But Jeff shook has done a good job. I love their Pharmacy I got the two best pharmacist in the country Michelle Hart and Clif!!!!

I had a very good experience with the store they still have cashiers unlike Walmart who are trying to do away with cashiers and force you to check yourself out I really like having someone helping me check out

I love the convenience of being able to walk in and walk out; NO line, never any issues getting my prescriptions. The only that I wish they would fix is their telephone lines. I actually needed some of my medication over the weekend,but couldnt get the pharmacy on the phone nor could I reach the grocery store on the phone the weekend of 10/30 thru 11/1.

I like this store. They dont have the cheapest prices or the biggest selection, but the location is convenient and the staff is friendly. My only complaint is that we always have to wait in line for a long time here. It would be awesome if the entire check-out process could somehow be streamlined- perhaps more well-trained cashiers and/or baggers, self check-out lane(s) and/or express lane(s), and a manager stationed nearby during peak times to assist with overrides, price checks, customer issues, etc..

Very friendly employees and I liked seeing their shelves fairly full and organized. Most other stores, like Walmart, have empty shelves and no one to assist you.

Always find what I need, staff is helpful, cashiers courteous and prices are good.

I always love Winn-Dixie. Especially the organic and dairy free items that no one else really purchases ( one of the best parts of staying in Alabama). Theses items usually go on sale 50-90% off.

We got everything we needed. When we had a question we talked to David and he helped us. He is always so friendly and helpful. He is great! There were no long lines and they have awesome sales. Great experience!!

Literally spend so much of my time shopping here for almost everything. The employees are always willing to offer a hand, or advice on products. This location is always kept clean, and open. Very friendly atmosphere. Love that my coupons here are mostly digital. It saves me so much time now that I dont have to cut them out. The management here is always nice, and willing to talk about any questions or concerns that I have. All around wonderful place.

Love WD for their meat selection. This store has recently undergone a transformation so its hard to find anything.

Poor management and customer service. If you ask for help on where an item is the employees just say I dont know instead of trying to help or asking someone else. This is not just a one time instance this is every time I visit this store.

Cashier was not ver attentive. I asked a question and she rolled her eyes while she put on her bandaid. I want to say something but I just kept my mouth shut.

It was a clean and efficient and I value that. The staff were all very friendly.

Always had a great experience here until today. I was treated very poorly by the floral department associate. She was down right mean. I hate working the holidays as well and everyone is fighting a battle you may not know about so I believe in being kind. I even wished her a good day stating that I hoped the rest of her work day went quick but she doubled down on being mean. Maybe she needed a break or even a hug.

The cashier at aisle 6, Victoria, is one of the sweetest and kind women in their store. She must be one of their best.

They did not give me my bag of ground beef and I figured it out a while after getting home. Now nothing they can do, unless I dig through trash to find the receipt. Their customer service issue. I am a 20 year customer. Thanks a lot. Will not be back and we be sure to let my friends know about this experience.To make it clear, I never asked for a refund or replacement. I just asked if it was possible to see if my groceries got left behind. The manager on duty was quick to say that often left behind groceries go out with the next customer and never offered to check to see if anyone noticed anything left behind. He was quick to ask for a receipt when I had asked for nothing. Never offered to check with anyone. Made me feel like I was a bum freeloader looking for a freebie. Awful feeling. Maybe this is the reason the parent company is considering bankruptcy.Awful experience.

Clean store sort of calm and quiet not very busy which I like. It was sort of hard to find stuff but other than that great for variety on Stuff the other larger grocery stores dont have all the time thats why I come here sometimes

Please dont take our WONDERFUL WINN DIXIE ON MORGAN ROAD FROM US!!! They have all of our favorites and if you want something special they happily order it for you! Publix says they are ordering for us, and fill out the form, but it never comes in!!!

The staff are always friendly, store is always clean and prices are comparable to anyone else if not better a lot of the time. Also the only place k can find Abita Strawberry six packs around here.

I enjoy shopping at Winn-Dixie. Their produce and meat/fish are great and the prices for those items are reasonable.

This Winn-Dixie does have some good prices, but they can be hard to locate among other stuff that is not a good value. But its much better than going to any convenience store, and they have a nice beer cave. I also get my deli meats there when theyre on special. Id probably give it a 3.5 if possible.

LOVE the location. Really low standards on produce freshness and expiration dates on many items. Staff is great however very friendly. Andy is a great manager, never seen a manager contribute so much in a store.

EARLY Christmas eve I went shopping for 1 hour and a half throughout the store. As I checked out with coupons the cashier had to get an approval she said. The older female manager hollered No! Then say let me talk to another manager I guess, then she comes back and say only 1 can be used. Although I had used 9 the Previous week same weekly sale, I was only using 5. I left it all because she was rude and unconcerned. It want a jolly holly place that day before Christmas. Rude cranky workers in the day time I will only shop at night here or at publix since they are coupon friendly.

The store is very clean, isles clear, produce organized and fronted. Very pleasant shopping experience. We found everything we shopped for. It is a one stop grocery store. Has a bakery, deli and seafood section, pharmacy, and customer service section.

Tammy is an outstanding woman. The cashier was having trouble with how to do my cash back and then Tammy came in to save the day. Thanks Tammy for outstanding customer service.

I always get amazing service in this location. Its always clean and well stocked. All the workers have great attitudes and are always willing to help.
