My salesman was wonderful. I came into the store 20 minutes before closing. My other phone would not pair with the cars GPS and I was going out of town with no clue how to find anything.He found me a great phone and the salesman even paired the phone tothe GPS.Thank you for your kindness and professional support. Nothing bad to say but heads up if you gonna pay your bill here make sure you have exact change, they dont give change. Alot of the times they just take the dollar amount and show i paid the full amount dollars and cents!!!

My wife and I upgrading our phones a few days ago. Some advice for your that are buying a new phone or upgrading. Go to another location. G e t a salesperson that will tell the cost upfront before you sign anything. Also make you are not missing pictures,Facebook act. I wish we had gone to another location.

Ginger Nesmith exuded confidence 100% of the time during my process to purchasing my new Verizon wireless phone. Ginger maintained the perfect balance for human connection, she told me why my choice was the right choice and set me up for complete success. While writing this review/ comment for Ms. Ginger, I am thinking to myself. I quote, this is not enough to highly speak of the stellar service I received today!

Extremely Disappointed with sales personnel as I signed up for AUTO payment and since I am a New customer.I assumed that monthly payments would be debited... but they in Fact were NOT and as a result of this, my phone was service was interrupted and I was Charged Late fees! I cannot understand Why I was told I would be given a discount IF I paid through Auto payment and then It wasnt done by Verizons personnel. I felt as if some one were deliberately scaming me. Signed A very disappointed Customer.

Stuck in their endless loop :( tried to downgrade from a 5G phone because once connected it drains the battery, heats up, & data stream slows; they only have 5G phones smh

Wonderful, knowledgeable, helpful staff. I switched from an android to an IPhone. I had thousands of texts from my friend who had passed away and I was concerned about losing them. Seth eased my concerns, was friendly, and had immense patience with my many questions. Just awesome!

I came in to get help with settings up my new phones and they wanted to charge me $35 for each phone. I was in their store just the other day and the lady that helped me didnt charge me anything. I told her that I would be back to have my new phones set up and she said OK I will see you then.No mention of a fee

Today I finally upgraded my note 9 to an iPhone 12pro max and even got a watch to go with it! Stacy took her time and made sure I got all 3000 of my pictures and videos backed up and all my contacts and even apps on my new iphone! We had the best conversation about our dogs, nieces and even found out our ringtone at Christmas is the same ( I want a hippopotamus for Christmas) I really loved this store not only for all the help I received from all the store associates but the store is decorated for Christmas already and its theme is how the grinch stole christmas! Everyone go check it out these people really know their stuff and are festive!!

Every single time I have had any issues whether because of my error or an issue from the provider or phone...The reps at this location are on it...they make sure we are completely satisfied and that the problem is resolved fully by them...and if they cant, they straight away get on the phone and find someone who can..its so nice to know I can go in and whatever I need, whether to fix something or upgrade...Im going to be given the best customer service ever ... Without a doubt know Im being given all the information and changes up front and know what to expect .... Cant thank them enough..

First, I would like to apologize for my Aunts rude and verbally abusive behavior while at the Bessemer Verizon store.Her abrupt and negative comments to these two young women were ridiculously inappropriate and its not because she is 82, its because she feels entitled!First, I would have refused to assist her based on her behavior, attitude and ridiculous statements while she was seperating her phone line because she is moving back to the west coast. So its a good thing I DO NOT work for Verizon!!!!These two reps are awesome and deserve a huge kudos for their patience and professionalism.

This is the third time Ive gone there only to walk out later with nobody ever getting around to waiting on me. Today I only waited about 20 minutes but other times were longer, one was just over an hour. Ive been thinking about getting a new phone for awhile, i guess on the bright side i havent yet spent $1200.

This place is super friendly and incredibly helpful!!! Bought my phone from here originally, and had to go in for a customer service issue last week. Even though they werent able to fix my problem because it was a software malfunction that required a replacement phone from Verizon, with which you have to go through the Verizon Tech Support line, the people in the store made it so simple that my call with Verizon lasted less than 30 minutes, which to me seemed like a miracle!!!!! The next day my new phone was delivered to my house!!! I highly recommend if you are a Verizon customer and need in store help that you go to the Academy Drive location!!!!!

Verizon has been great to me and my family. The network is great and the service from the staff in Bessemer is awesome. They helped my wife and I switch from our old carrier after 6 years and it was very easy.

Best experience, yet. Allison was awesome. She even gave me her cell phone number in case I needed her for anything.

Its a good place to get your new phone, but can be quite time consuming so if youre in a hurry dont go there... Not saying anything bad it just takes a while to either get scene or to get a issue took care of.. I have my picks whenever it comes to the staff at Verizon, but thats just me and my opinion..

Allison was great, got me everything I needed and didnt have to sit around and wait for some help like some places. She didnt give me her cell number or anything but it was still great service.

Staff was not very knowledgeable I was the only one in the store and didnt receive excellent customer service went to ask why my son could not use his hotspot after they found out my account was prepaid I wasnt treated that great simply told its probably phased out and couldnt be used on prepaid I then turned my hotspot on in my car on my phone worked fine had to call customer service to find out hotspot wont work on unlimited plan wont visits here again they need more diversity at the store I feel like I was treated poorly because of this

Great service by Charl. Very polite, professional and patient . Totally explained everything about the new purchase. I was very pleased and it was a pleasant experience.

The reps were very patient due to me coming in the last 30 minutes of the night and also they helped answer all my questions and I was referred to contact customer service about my issue and the issue was resolved and features were added.

Jason does good work, , can often wait while your starter or alternator is repaired, tested and works better and much less expensive than new or rebuild from a parts store.

I wish it had negative stars, I think the only requirement to be a sales associate is you have to be a con artist. They never do what they say & if nessary, will flat out lie to make a sale then your stuck. I will never recommend Verizon to anyone!!!!!

Floor consultant was nice. However had a email that clearly states $300 on trade in to the product I was looking at. But that just wouldnt register with this person. Said that I was mis-reading. Did not stepup to the plate and call. Have been a customer with Verizon back when they were GTE or Cellular One, approximately 26 years ago. Do you really.value my business?. Bought a charger and left Still Dazed & confused. Came home and read again.sorry cant get to download. But if a customer has something in their handDont argue, call and check on its valisty. He should what they could give me on their paper work.😢

I love Verizon but not all the changes that have been made these few years is ridiculous. Last time i updated my phone, they gave me a sheet of paper on how to set the new phone up myself. Im just not to spiffy with technical things so i will stsnd orbsit around till somrone will finally help me.

We have had good expirence until recently we had a woman tell us if we upgrade are devices we would receive a free tablet and are bill would go down 20 dollars but instead it went up 75 dollars not including what we payed for the new phone
