Took my phone up there for a simple screen fix. Got all the way back home to find out my phone screen didn’t work at all.. Took it back up there, they Fixed the screen problem but since then I haven’t had service. Took it to my carrier, they even suggested it be taken back to CPR which will be my FOURTH time going up there. This place has friendly staff but four times going up there... that’s a bit much. I plan on going up there and hope they fix it

Ive been trying o get a phone screen replacement for the past 2 weeks and everyone Ive talked too has been really nice, but every other time I call to check the part hasnt came in. Called 3 days ago part and in and we were ready to go, but when I got to the shop it was the wrong part. And they could not fix it. I let them keep my phone to make sure they would get the right part and they messed it up again. Not going back because I cant wait any longer for a part.

They worked on my phone and it was worse than when I took it too them!! Took it back and they had it for 2 weeks. Told me it was fixed, but still not working. They said it was their fault but still didnt fix my phone!! I will never use them again!! I had to buy a new phone but not from them!! Only giving one star because thats the lowest I can give!! They dont know what they are doing! They can sell you a new phone but cant fix your phone!!
