Nice new people, seems to be a high turn over. In and out fairly quickly for an oil change and tire rotation. Fair prices unless they find a problem.

Id had a bad experience from another local dealer that couldnt seem to get my front end alignment right. The steering wheel was not centered after the steering rack had been replaced. Nothing like driving straight down the road with your steering wheel pointing at 11 o clock. I let the first shop try twice to get it right, but unsuccessful. A good friend recommended that I try Quick Lane. When I made my appointment with them, I told them my concern and they understood my frustration. They were able to center the steering wheel and also made it less twitchy at highway speeds. No excuses, no justification for subpar work, just right-the first time! All for a reasonable price. Id gladly bring more work to them in the future.

Very fast, even on a busy Saturday morning. Tech took me to service area to understand the issues with the battery and terminals. Will definitely be back.

Top notch shop. I came in with no appointment and was in/out in less than 30 minutes. Beautiful new shop and friendly staff. I haven’t seen many business that focus heavily on customer experience, but this one does. Oh yeah, and the price was lower than any others I’ve seen. To be honest, I would have paid more for the level of service. Very pleased!!!

I gave them another chance and the blew it. I went to the quick lane to get replacement tires for my worn rear tires. I only made one request the my new one be place on the front of my fwd SUV and my only 4month old front tires be rotated to the back. However I was literally ganged up on by almost every staff member in the building when I made the request and reluctantly agreed to let them do what they wanted.The only reason they got 2 stars is there price and call services being very respectful and easy to deal with thanks for that Susan.

Since their opening, I’ve had front end work, tires and brakes on a tired Ford Ranger, 2 Works on a 2018 F-150 and 1 Works on my wife’s 2019 Explorer... every one of these visits has been reasonably priced, completed when promised and the staff are just a great, friendly group that make you feel appreciated!It is a different experience !

Purchased a new set of tires from the Quick Lane. Service writer was very professional and even completed my rebate form for me.

We just came in for a tire rotation and balance.They said check engine light is on its not). Trying to make more $$.They said they couldnt balance tires due to lug nuts swollen. Lady at the desk was rude. Had a nasty attitude and throwing stuff. We left and will not be back.
