We ordered a new truck it was a different experience. Ahmad our salesman took the time to explain what was what so we could get what we wanted. Mr. Lopez the General manager was very helpful and helped us save a lot of money now I dont want to leave Ahmad out of that. We have our truck everything they promised was done they went out of their way to swap the 5th wheel hitch and the bed cover we actually enjoyed our experience we would recommended them to anyone

We had an outstanding service and repair experience with Brady Kilmury. The first thing I noticed is actual service advisors, not a call center, answer the phone when you call. Both Dustin and Justin were professional and friendly. The young lady at the cashiers office was friendly and funny. The shuttle driver was outstanding and safe. The mechanic who diagnosed the issue with my truck fixed it very thoroughly. It could not have been a better service and repair experience. Because we are new to the area, I did not buy my truck at Brady Kilmury, but based on their service department alone, we will definitely consider them for future vehicle purchases.

Their service department communications between service and their customers is very poor every time I call back over there they keep telling me theyre going to call me back you never hear from them and they never have answers but they should still do what theyre going to say if they say theyre going to call you back they should call you back it doesnt matter they keep telling me how short-handed they are thats not the issue the issue is do what you say
