Customer service. What is that? I walked into their store and they were busy with two customers. Fine, but not even eye contact, never looked up to acknowledge that a customer had walked in. After about ten minutes, still not having acknowledged us, one customer left. Thats when one of the salespersons asked me to wait that hed be right back. Needless to say it took him less than 30 seconds to tell me he didnt have the part to fix my phone. What a waist of my time and their loss of future customers. Please, everyone make eye contact, smile anything!

Stellar customer serviceI walked in with my sister to get our screen protector changed and it was complimentary!! Gerry did a great job and left no bubbles on the screen. The place was super clean and fallowed Covid guidelines. I also had some questions about their services and all of our questions were answered. I highly recommend this place for as not only do they have great customer service they have unbeatable prices for their services.

I have been calling for 3 days now to make sure they have the parts to fix my screen!! The first time the guy answered and told us they would call us back once he was sure they had it. NEVER CALLED BACK!! I called later that evening!! No answer called the next two days and straight to voicemail!! I’m not happy at all!!! Do better!! Dates are 4/26/2021 through 4/28/2021. I’m now requesting that my phone insurance change my location of repair!!

Thanks to Camari my shattered phone screen for my samsung 9+ was replaced. It was very good quality and very professional. Lucky they were able to fix it the same day and it only took a few hours. I have no regrets. Its basically brand new.

Had a broken screen, which they repaired as promised. When they returned my phone, there was a buzzing noise when playing videos or listening to calls on speaker phone (an issue not present before the screen repair). They also took nearly 20 minutes to process my charge. The technician who was working in front kept going to the back and asking how to do things, but I had to strongly insist his manager come out and help after 4 times going back and forth. Overall, my phone has less functionality now than before I took it to uBreakiFix on Cermak and Harlem.

I walked in last week with a broken rear camera issue on my iPhone 7. Camarri said he would order me one and it would be there in a few days. So, today I called and they had the part. I walked in and they took me right away. Work was done in about 2 hours, and now my phone is back to being fully-functional! Saved me hundreds in terms of not needing a new phone. Id gladly go here again if need be, and I encourage you to do the same.

I had my iPhone XRs screen replaced. I originally went to the location in La Grange, but they didnt have the part in stock. This location offered me three replacement options at different prices. They originally said that my phone would be ready the next day because they were busy, but then they called me and told me that it was ready for pickup about three hours later. I am very happy with the service and would definitely come back if/when something else happens to my phone.

I usually don’t write reviews but I had to for this experience. I brought my IMac in which has been giving me issues for years. The technician immediately gave me his recommendations and before I even left the store he already had the computer on (which was a half the problem. It wouldn’t start). Fast prompt service but the staff was very friendly and precise with their diagnosis. Clean store and I felt comfortable in there. Everyone had mask and plenty of hand sanitizer. Great service, clean store and friendly attitudes. Definitely will be returning.

My husband had a broken screen and the first time he took it in, he was waiting all afternoon for them to fix it. After all that time, they fixed the screen but the home button/fingerprint didnt work anymore. They said they would get him a new phone, but when he went back, they spent another hour trying to fix what they had broken. Very annoying and very frustrating. We were even told 5-10 more minutes but waited another half hour after that. I would not recommend this place.

I came in because my Samsung Galaxy S21+ kept giving the error message that there was water in the charging port. Samsung and AT&T kept giving me the run around. Camarri was qorking that day. The staff at this store are not properly trained in handling Google products. If you have a Google phone and its still under warranty, go to another ubreakifix location as they are the only company that handles Google warranty repairs. To make an agonizingly long story short, I brought in my pixel 3a to fix a faulty charge port and ended up being charged out of pocket for a warranty repair that should have been covered by Google because they could not figure out how to charge Google for the service. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I was issued a full refund several weeks later after I complained to corporate but this never would have happened in the first place if the staff had the proper experience/training to do what they were supposed to. This is a brand-new location AND IT SHOWS in the staffs inexperience.To add insult to injury, the repair itself lasted much longer than necessary as the technician broke the screen twice (the original AND the replacement) and possibly the camera as that also had to be replaced when it was functioning normally when I brought it in. This should have been a 24-hour repair but it lasted almost a week because of the technicians incompetence. Management at this store really needs to up their game in terms of training their employees and handling customer issues.I know that my experience was not the norm for Ubreakifix l as I have been to other locations that are better-run and staffed by good technicians and havent had any issues before. The difference is truly night and day.

Xfinity mobile recommended me ubreakifix because they have a partnership, since Id taken my sons phone to a local repair shop that changed the screen and the midframe but for some reason the phone did not have a signal and we couldnt make calls, this local guy couldnt find what was the signal issueI called xfinity mobile to suggest a professional repair company, I called ubreakifix in Berwyn to get an appointment, after I explained the situation to whoever I spoke, he said based on his previous experience it sounded that the MOTHERBOARD was damaged and it will cost me more to replace it than to buy a new phone,I told him the phone was only a few months old and everything else work, he said the motherboard was probably partially damage but they wouldnt be able to fix it and suggested buying a new phone or call Samsung as they may be able to so somethingThis PROFESSIONAL TECHNICIAN didnt even check the phone but yet suggested to buy a new phoneI went to YouTube to find some suggestions, on one video they suggested to check the SIMCARD, I swapped simcards with another phone and Guess what...THE SIMCARD IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY, THE PHONE IS FINE !Im mad that we rely on this professionals but when they for wherever reason dont want to look at your devices, they suggest getting a new device right away, if I was someone else, I would probably go by the technician suggestion and buy another phoneThis phone is a few months old Samsung A51, my 15 year old son worked all summer doing chores to paid $400 and over $150 for repairs, all would have gone to the trash if Id listen to this guy
