Yara was extremely helpful and patient with me. She was outstanding in the process of filling a claim on my damage phone. Her attitude was so excellent and professional. She was exceptionally knowledgeable about my situation, other gadgets and procedures of the store. Cricket is so lucky have an employee like Yara.

Came in a week ago to switch over, the lady there was trying to tell me the phone I was buying came with a “free phone case” and I HAD TO PURCHASE THE WARRANTY. Complete scam, went to another cricket and bought my phone and switched over with out problems . According to the lady at this location “ALL CRICKETS ARE DIFFERENT“. So don’t come to this one y’all. (:

I went in here about 2 months ago and asked to switch phones between 2 lines on my account and I got told they couldnt do that because the phones I wanted to switch between one was and older model and the other one was new. They basically were telling me they didnt want to switch it because the phone I hated they likeed and was a newer phone (are you using it?? No) after arguing about it they said it was gonna cost me $30 because I had to buy 2 new SIM cards. So I went to another store and it cost me 20 for 2 SIM cards and I got no attitude and being told it was dumb to switch the phones anyway cause I was going from an upgraded phone to a downgraded phone. I will never step foot back in this rip off location again!!
