How do I love the Wedding Shoppe? Let me count the ways.Honestly, The Wedding Shoppe is the best. I must say that this, of all my vendors, was probably my most caring and supportive and flexible. To start, my dress- I came in with a group of about 10 people, and we had our own private space to relax, enjoy some champagne, and try on dresses! We had as much time as we needed, and the staff are not pushy at all. I never felt pressured to find the one on my first time in the shop. Or even find my perfect dress at their store, they really did make me feel like a princess. But they have an incredible selection of styles and sizes, which is extra important as a petite, curvy bride.The store is also gorgeous, it smells wonderful, there is an adorable hot cocoa bar, and everything is sparkly and floral (which, lets be honest, isnt that everyones favorite?).As I am a COVID bride, I really did have to ask a lot of this place. For one, bridal shops didnt open until about a week before my wedding day (June 2020) and I lived out of town, and they did so much to make sure I could get one last try-on and alteration appointment before I got married. And then they offered a gown storage service which was important as Id postponed my reception to August 2020. And that was even more useful when I later had to reschedule yet again for September 2021. During that time they spot-cleaned, stuffed, and steamed my dress again so that it looked good as new for my reception day.I had to do this wedding on a tight budget, and I thought all of their prices were reasonable. The dress, the alterations, the storage, the gown preservation, the accessories, all of these I feel were well priced and more than worth the cost. Im so happy to be a TWS bride!!!

I couldn’t recommend this place enough if I tried but even further, Brittany, my stylist for helping find me my perfect dress. She picked a dress I probably wouldn’t have for myself but listened to everything I hoped for and found the dress that had it all and did it all. She made great points and really brought such warmth and helpful guidance as I fell for, and chose my first gown that I tried on. Brittany created such a welcoming environment and truly felt like a friend that was helping me through this process with such great knowledge and expertise. So looking forward to my wedding day now that I have my dream dress!

I loved my experience with The Wedding Shoppe! Each consultant takes precise care, especially when being unsure of what you want. They’ll show you various styles of dresses and different ways to accessorize them. They also have seamstresses that can help with the alterations. I got so excited everytime I returned to try on my dress! I would recommend their shop and services to all brides.

We had a great experience at the Wedding Shoppe. Stylists are friendly and kind. The Shoppe is gorgeous and offers complimentary beverages. There is a gorgeous mural outside the building that is eye catching and great for a quick photo session. We were there for bridesmaid gowns and although we didn’t find what we were looking for it gave us some great ideas. They are very flexible with rescheduling appointments and sending text reminders. Reservation fees are non-refundable no matter if you purchase a gown or not. This makes up for the time in the store, the private room and the personalized stylist to help you. Call for more details before booking online. All in all, I was happy with my experience at this shop - just wish I could’ve found what I was looking for for my bridal party.They are getting rid of their maids line so they will only be focusing on wedding gowns. ❤️ I chose this store because of the great reviews. I went to the Wedding Shoppe in August and worked with Katy. The whole staff were so friendly and professional. Katy had a vast knowledge of the inventory and did a great job of listening to the things I did and didn’t like about dresses I tried on in order to find my perfect dress. I found my absolute dream dress after being conflicted between two very different dresses when Katy found a dress that “looked like they had a baby” and had all the parts I loved from both dresses. So excited to continue working with The Wedding Shoppe staff as I go through alterations

I had the most amazing experience finding my perfect dress at the Wedding Shoppe. Every member of the team was so incredibly nice and accommodating. Rita was my stylist and I told her what I pictured my dream dress to be but incredibly ended up picking a “wildcard” she had selected outside my original vision! I’m so happy with the experience from start to finish, even every phone call had someone super bubbly and happy to speak to me on the other end. A very welcoming group. Thanks again for everything.

I had and incredible experience with The Wedding Shoppe. My appointment with Brittany Ustick started with her walking me and my mom through the process. She took note of my budget and what I liked in dresses and what I didn’t like. She brought me plenty of dresses and was oh so patient when I tried on the same one 3 times. She even stuck to my budget and found me the perfect dress! Brittany was very genuine and fun to work with and you can tell she loves what she does.

This was the second shop I visited to try on wedding dresses. I was really impressed with how nice the shop was and how many dresses they had available. Having my own private dress try on area was perfect and exactly as I pictured dress shopping. Brittany listened to everything I wanted and brought me dresses that were spot on. The last dress I tried on was a perfect combination of everything that I wanted. I love the dress I picked and I appreciate the experienced and knowledgeable dress consultant. I can’t wait to see my dress again and wear it for my wedding!

Everything about this place is amazing. There’s a reason you see all of your family and friends buying their dresses from here. Rebecca, my sales consultant, was incredible. I went in expecting to buy one kind of dress and left with a totally different dress. Not quite sure how she got me from my original idea to the incredible dress I have now but she worked some magic! And my alteration consultant, Kim, is also amazing. She took my ideas for my dress and brought them to life and I could not be happier!

I cannot begin to express how fantastic the staff are here. They truly want you to have the best experience possible. My consultant was Rita. She was warm, friendly, calm, and professional. She welcomed my group and I and made sure we were all taken care of during the whole appointment. She listened to all my ideas and suggestions from my group. She laughed with us and made sure I was having a great time. Having no exact idea for my wedding dress, she started with 4 dresses and we worked our way through colors, styles and embellishments from there.In the end, dress #2 was THE ONE! I visited The Wedding Shoppe at the end of August in 2020. This was first store I went to for wedding dress shopping. We paid for the weekend reservation and I was able to bring six people with me during the appointment, which was amazing. I worked with Haley and she carefully listened to what I wanted in a dress, honed in on the styles I liked, and was great working with our large entourage. Haley brought me two dresses at the start, and I immediately knew which one was my dress. I tried on the other one first, got a feel for being in a wedding dress, and then tried on the one I loved. It was exactly what I described, Haley nailed it! We tried on a few other dresses, but nothing compared. Haley put me back in my favorite dress, added a perfect belt, and a beaded veil. *Cue the waterworks*. She made finding my dream dress a breeze. My dress came in early in January, which was amazing and gave me plenty of time to get alterations done before my May wedding. The dress was perfect for my Mackinac Island wedding. I received so many compliments and I am so grateful that I went to The Wedding Shoppe! I cannot say enough great things. I had such a great experience at The Wedding Shoppe! I went with my Mom, Sister, Auntie, and best childhood friend, and we all felt so welcomed and had our own private suite. I am so glad I bought my dress at the Wedding Shoppe. I did not realize how important the alterations process would be to getting the dress absolutely perfect, but my seamstress Christina took the opportunity of every fitting to make it absolutely perfect. I loved that I got to visit the beautiful shop for every fitting, and that so many fittings were included in the alterations price. I did not even consider that in the shopping process, so it was a happy benefit to buying my dress here.

They were ABSOLUTELY amazing to work with! When I was originally wedding dress shopping I had found my PERFECT dress here. They helped me out by covering my cancellation for the other dress shop. Each time I called, had an appointment, etc. I always felt important and special!

I had a really great experience at the Wedding Shoppe. My older sister found her wedding dress here and so I was very excited to look here as well. Our assistant, Shawn, was so incredible to work with and she brought me a great variety of dresses to try on. I even found m dream dress while I was there! Shawn made sure we stayed within our budget, she was respectful of my style choices and made me feel so comfortable. Couldnt have asked for a better location to work with. Cheri was the most wonderful stylist and helped me find my gown!I was VERY nervous. I was worried because I wasn’t at my goal weight and I was worried I would be pressured into buying something I didn’t love.Cheri relieved every bit of nervousness and made me feel like a bride. Melissa was INCREDIBLE! I came in with my mom, grandma, and mother-in-law thinking I was wayyy too picky to find anything on my first visit. The Wedding Shoppe is the absolute best place to find a dress. I went into it kind of skeptical yet hopeful that I would find a dress but I was blown away. Shawn was absolutely so so helpful. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and also to make sure that I tried on a variety of styles so that I was 1000% certain about my dress by the end of the session. I worked with Shawn as my stylist and she found my dream dress. I was nervous about my stylist pulling dresses out of budget and falling in love with one that was way more expensive but that did not happen. I tried on a variety of dresses and all of them were gorgeous. Shawn really listened to me with what I wanted and didn’t want.The dress I choose was almost identical to the dress I showed her as inspiration!! One of the things I really enjoyed is that I did not feel ANY pressure to buy a dress there or buy a dress on my first visit (I did end of buying first visit) but I was worried there was going to be lots of pressure from staff and there was NONE. Most of the people I know who have recently gotten married have gone here and had a fantastic experience. You will not regret going here.

I wanted to share how wonderful my experience has been this far with The Wedding Shoppe. I worked with Shawn, and she is nothing short of AMAZING. I found my dress in August and about a month later, I found myself wanting to make some tweaks to my dress. I reached out to the store, and the owner, Michelle (equally as wonderful), gave the go ahead to Shawn to help me customize. Shawn called me right away and got me in for an appointment 2 days later. We put on my dress and then found ways that I wanted to customize. Shawn understood exactly everything I was envisioning. She made it so easy to picture. She is doing everything she can to make sure I have my dream, picture-perfect dress! I can’t thank the team at TWS enough, you all are amazing!

The Wedding Shoppe is hands down the best place to go dress shopping! The experience was a 10/10. Friendly staff and a beautiful collection of dresses. I was nervous I wouldn’t be able to find a dress with all of the qualities I was looking for and envisioning, but the stylist helping me, Jessica S, knew exactly what I wanted and needed! With her help I was able to find my fairytale dress in no time. Highly recommend!!

Haley at the wedding shoppe was so helpful! The wedding shoppe was the first stop for wedding dresses and I’m happy it was my last. The experience was incredible and I got my dream dress all thanks to Haley. She listened to what I didn’t want and what I liked and was respectful of my budget. Also, I didnt get the best pictures of my dress while there and I was pretty bummed, but they put my dress on the mannequin and sent me pictures in my email. It meant the world to me to have the pictures. Highly recommend going here if you want top notch service.

This review is well overdue, but I went wedding dress shopping last year and Gina at The Wedding Shoppe was FABULOUS! I felt like I had known her forever and she made sure to get exactly the dresses I was explaining. She always had such a positive attitude, even when we would go through multiple dresses that I didnt like. Eventually, I found my wedding dress and I love it! Unfortunately, due to Covid, our wedding got moved to 2022, but I cannot wait to go back to the Wedding Shoppe to start my fittings and alterations because they are just the best! I had Rita as my consultant and she was the best! So warm and welcoming, and she truly wanted me to take my time to find the perfect dress. We went through a lot of dresses, since I did not know exactly what kind of style I wanted. She was so sweet and listened to every minor detail I noted. In the end, I picked one of the first dresses she brought me and I could not be any more excited to wear it on the big day!

Haley was SO helpful and truly made my experience at the Wedding Shoppe so enjoyable and fun. This bridal shoppe is absolutely stunning inside! All the girls that work there are very welcoming and helpful.The best part of my experience at the wedding shoppe was the seamstress Kim. She is a miracle worker. Because of covid my husband and I had to reschedule our wedding from May 2020 to July 2021. During that time we chose to have a baby! I was dreading the dress shopping process but was immediately put at ease by the fantastic staff at The Wedding Shoppe. Shawn helped me find a nearly identical gown to a more expensive version I had found online months ago for half the cost. She NAILED IT! I told her what I liked and what I didnt and Shawn knew exactly what to pull, which is particularly impressive considering the expansive inventory the boutique has. Just to be safe, I tried on 6-8 different gowns, but I knew immediately that the first dress Shawn put me in was the one. I cannot recommend The Wedding Shoppe enough. Shawn is the best bridal consultant out there including the 5 wedding dress stores I attended. She gave me the fairy tale experience I always dreamed of. She worked within my budget and was so patient until I found my dream dress! The shoppe is beautiful as well and has a wonderful selection of dresses.

I had a fantastic experience working with Cheri last month! She made the experience of finding my dress and my bridesmaid’s dresses so fun and stress free. I didn’t have a picture of the “dream dress” coming into the experience, but I walked out knowing that Cheri had helped me find the perfect dress for my big day. Brittany was absolutely amazing. She was patient, understanding, fun, and truly went above and beyond. I did the $99 appointment which was 2 hrs and I was able to bring 7 people with me. As we approached the 2 hr mark I began to panic because I’m was still unsure of which dress she assured me I was fine and encouraged me not to rush and made sure we found the perfect dress. I had a great experience working with the Wedding Shoppe! I worked with Haley, and she truly was a joy to work with. She quickly eased my nerves about the experience, and she was patient and helpful as I made my decision on a final dress. It felt like a very personal experience and I truly appreciated her help. I also worked with Elisa for my alterations. She did a wonderful job, and it gave me peace-of-mind knowing my alterations were being done by an expert.

From start to finish my experience couldnt be better. They were accommodating to me and my group throughout COVID. Christina did my alterations and she is phenomenal. I cant thank her enough for everything she did for me. She had many great suggestions and even pulled dresses out to show me an example of what things would look like. She showed me different jewelry and hair options- even ordered the necklace I liked in a different color for me! She was very patient with me as I worked to decide what I wanted. No task is too big or daunting for her. She is confident and fabulous at what she does. Id highly recommend checking out The Wedding Shoppe for your dress and alterations!

I had such an AWESOME experience with Melissa. I tried on some of the most beautiful dresses in the world. She made picking a dress EASY!!! She knew exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t be happier. Can’t wait to see my dress when it comes in.

I went in to The Wedding Shoppe with no plans on buying a dress but just to figure out what kind of dress I wanted. I felt very welcomed and relaxed from walking in the door. Shawn took amazing care of my group and really listened to what I wanted and found me an absolutely perfect dress for my wedding without making me feel like I needed to make that decision or buy all the accessories there that I was looking for. It was an amazing experience and I am so glad Shawn helped me find my dress!

Let me just say this… Brittany found my dream dress and it was the FIRST ONE I tried on! Not only was Brittany sweet, fun, and genuinely interested in my little bridal adventure, she was considerate of my price range and respectful of my design preferences, especially when I changed my mind about certain details — despite the fact that I had to take home a sample that very day due to my elopement situation, lol! Beyond that my mother and I loved every second of this beautiful salon. The bathroom was adorable and perfectly maintained, the front lobby sparkled, and everyone in there had a smile on their faces. The Wedding Shoppe was the first place that I went to try on wedding dresses. I took my mother with me, and at the time lived out of state and figured we would do a quick trip just to get an idea of what I was looking for in a dress. From the moment we walked into the shop, the atmosphere was so warm and welcoming. Kelly was an amazing stylist, and no joke, my dress was the third dress that I tried on! My dress was absolutely stunning, and I have gotten so many compliments on it! Even throughout all the fitting appointments (thanks Elisa!), rescheduling due to COVID, and dropping my dress off afterwards for preservation, the staff at the shop were kind, patient, and always made me feel special even when they were having a busy day! I truly do not have enough fantastic things to say about The Wedding Shoppe and would recommend the store to any bride!

Loved my experience shopping here! Cheri was exceptional to work with. Even though we had to stay long after the appointment time ended, she didn’t make us feel rushed and I was able to find my perfect dress! I loved having a private bridal suite, and the video conferencing feature was so convenient for someone who couldn’t make it to the appointment. Highly recommend ☺️

I had the greatest experience with Shawn at the Wedding Shoppe! I was convinced I found my dress with the very first one I tried on- and then Shawn blew it out of the park even more than I thought possible with the second dress. She brought in every different style/design I thought I wanted to try- despite us both knowing the second dress was ‘the one’. I never felt pressured or rushed and was completely comfortable, which is saying a lot for some who does not like to shop and was dreading this part of wedding planning. I went in not really knowing what I wanted and being hesitant to think I found the dress so quickly- but trying it on again I knew. They are just that good! They also have a very comfortable price range available while still giving you a high-end experience and incredible dresses to choose from. Thank you Shawn and the Wedding Shoppe!!! Had my appointment on Sunday 8/29/21 and was so nervous I wasn’t going to find a dress, or “the dress”needless to say I was overthinking and freaking myself out. My appointment went great my consultant Cheri was absolutely amazing, she listened to me and made the experience better than I could of ever imagined. She made the process so easy and fun, she took my family’s opinions into consideration but did it in a way to make them remember it was my dress not theirs, I tried on 6 dresses and after figuring out what I liked and what I did dress #6 was the one. She followed up with me a few days later to make sure I was still happy and answered my last few remaining questions. Over all 100/10. My dress is beautiful, my experience was amazing and the price was right in my budget. If you book your appointment with the wedding shoppe I highly recommend asking for Cheri. I know all their consultants are great but Cheri was hands down amazing.

Brittany was incredible. I went in not sure of which style would be most flattering on me or what I really wanted. She was able to work within my budget, and assisted me in finding my wedding dress! The Wedding Shoppe was the first place I thought of to try on dresses - many of my friends had luck here, so I knew it would be a good place to start. Luckily for me, it was the only place I needed to go! I had a rough idea of what I wanted going in, but I gave Shawn, my consultant, a bit of freedom to pull things I might not have thought of. She listened to what I liked and didn’t like about each dress, and each one got a bit closer. I didn’t think I would find “the one” that day, but as soon as I put on one of the last dresses she had pulled, I just knew that was it. Though I only worked with Shawn, all of the consultants seemed super helpful, friendly, and attentive to each bride. I would definitely recommend TWS to any new brides!!

My experience with TWS was amazing! It was my first time trying on wedding dresses and had the expectation that I wasn’t going to find the dress at the first stop but at least knowing the style I liked. My consultant, Shawn, was above and beyond the best. She pulled such gorgeous wedding dresses and everything I asked for but just didn’t seem to be able to say yes to anything. I was at the point where I was ready to call it a day and then the last one she pulled was something completely different! It had no lace and definitely had the SPARKLE! She nailed it, we added some material to see what it would look like with off the shoulder sleeves and I was done for and found my dress! I highly recommend Shawn and TWS to find your dress!

I purchased my wedding dress and our bridesmaids dresses at The Wedding Shoppe and the entire process from start to finish was absolutely amazing. All of the dresses are gorgeous and the dress I said yes to was the very first dress I tried on! I wish I could wear my dress everyday. I had the BEST experience here. I went to a few different places and felt like I was being pushed into dresses and just wasn’t thrilled with how everything went. When I came to TWS Melissa was my stylist and immediately just wanted to LISTEN to me. She asked me questions and actually listened to what I was telling her and acted on it. She didn’t bring me any dresses that I didn’t like. She asked what made me like each one as well as listened to me when I told her why the dress wasn’t THE ONE. She took some time to get to know me and even started know if I didn’t really love the dresses based on facial expressions. and THEN I FOUND MY WEDDING DRESS!!! it was so exciting and awesome and I love my dress. I was a little pickier than most I would say but Melissa was so patient with me and she found me a dress that checked all my boxes and really felt like me. Would definitely recommend to anyone I know!

I got my dream dress at The Wedding Shoppe and could not be happier. I was a little nervous about bringing 6 people with me, but our private suite had more than enough room. Shawn made the entire experience so easy and fun - even though I had no idea what I wanted in a wedding dress, she nailed it and I ended up getting the second dress I tried on. I initially went here because of how cute the environment is and I was constantly seeing their photos on Instagram - but it’s so much more than that! The people there are what truly make this place something special. Brittany was so patient with me and flexible. I truly do not know a lot about fashion/dresses but she asked great questions to really help me get a dress that I love (which I did!).
