You find the dress you’re going to walk down the isle in once a and if you start at Jenna in White you’ll visit a bridal shoppe ONCE ❤️ It is a one on one experience, you are the only bride to be in their shoppe and their focus is ENTIRELY on you; as it should be, obviously. The dresses are one of a kind just like the experience. Dresses are 100% affordable as well! 10/10 WILL RECOMMEND!! ALSO, Heather was AMAZING she analyzed my reactions to each dress and took into consideration my critiques on each dress I tried on and she hit the nail right on the head and I have her to thank for finding my perfect dress 🙏🏻

*Incredible*Jenna in White was my third dress appointment-- and third times a charm! After two appointments, I knew that I wanted sparkle and a low back. This was the third or fourth dress I tried on and I just knew that it was the one (I had the back of the dress custom made for a very reasonable price). Heather was spot on with my vision. She was so focused on my every word to really get a feel for what I truly wanted. She even had my mom call my best friend to have her on FaceTime while I said, Yes to the Dress! I will forever cherish that video.When you walk in, the sparkle and lace will take your breath away on both sides of the room. The little mini stage that you will stand on is lit up underneath, and Heather even turned the lights down so I could see the sparkle my dress would show on the dance floor.Heather and Jenna were so kind and responsive through every step of the way. I was afraid that during the pandemic with restrictions on how many people I could bring into my bridal dress try ons, I wouldnt feel that special moment. I was wrong! Heather worked with my mom and I on the day I tried on my dress, and she made it feel like my whole bridal party was there cheering me on. She made me feel beautiful, and I felt like she already knew what dress I wanted. When I tried on a dress and didnt like it or liked parts of it, she came back with an even better dress within my likings right away. She made me feel beautiful in every dress I tried on, and helped me find the one the day I was there. My mom loved Heather as well, and we always speak to highly of our experience. I went to two other stores before I went to Jenna in White. I thought I had found a dress at a previous store, but nothing compared to the dresses I found at Jenna in White. Each dress was so beautifully made! I worked with Heather and she was absolutely amazing. I told her my vision, and she knew exactly what to pull out. She was able to get me out of my comfort zone and have my try on different things. I thought I found one I liked, but then two dresses later, there it was! This was my very first stop in what I thought would be an entire journey of finding my dress for our big day. Instead, what I found was a warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable staff and boutique. Heather, my consultant, was an absolute master of their dresses, optional customizations, and of course, how to find every bride their unique, one-of-a-kind dress! I came in wanting a specific style, but was open to anything because a picture doesnt show how it will fit each of our beautiful and unique bodies. After noticing my engagement ring and hearing our proposal story, Heather knew my original idea wasnt quite the right fit. She immediately pulled a form-fitting, Art Deco style of dress that was every combination of me, mine and my fiances story, and our venue. I still cannot believe that I found my dress on my very first stop! If you are like I was, not knowing where to begin, I recommend coming here. Because, it will likely be your first or or last stop.

Had the BEST experience here! Trying on wedding dresses can be stressful and overwhelming, but everyone here made it such a fun, relaxed day. Where do I even begin? My experience at Jenna in White was beyond what I ever thought it would be. This was the second bridal salon I went to and I brought my Mom and my Nana with me. When I talked with Heather prior to my appointment, I warned her that my Nana was a little crazy… As soon as we stepped foot in the salon, Heather joked around with my Nana and made all of us feel so comfortable. Jenna in White was the very very first place I went to dress shop. I originally had gone to try on a specific dress at the shop and walked out with something I had never envisioned myself in. Heather was a god send and made me feel so beautiful and confident in my dress I picked! I had a overall great experience purchasing my wedding dress from Jenna in white. Jenna was so sweet and kind as well as helpful when it came to purchasing my dress. This place is absolutely amazing! I accompanied my sister to her first ever appointment to try on wedding dresses, and she found her dream dress here! I set an appointment at Jenna in White after an unpleasant experience at another well known bridal outlet and I couldn’t be more satisfied! HEATHER from the Berkeley location is the best!! She listened to me no matter how indecisive I was, one of her first asks was my inspiration and she got to work! She cared about my experience, and even set the mood with a great playlist! GO SEE HEATHER. When I started looking for my dress, this was my first appointment. I had one other appointment and afterward went straight back to Jenna in White. They set the bar so high from customer service to creativity, and knowledge. I walked in with an idea of what I thought I wanted and walked out with something completely different (that Heather picked out) and I am completely obsessed with my dress.

Heather picked up on my style and paid attention to every detail I liked and didn’t like in a dress. I ended up saying yes to the dress to the 1st one I tried on!! I cannot recommend this shop enough!

This bridal shop needs a academy award. They did a phenomenal job on my daughters dress. Clean respectful caring and go above and beyond. Any bride should do the experience of this establishment the only thing missing was the champagne and strawberries ( pandemic) it is truly a experience and bride should experience

Shana Ongeck gave my daughter the best experience finding her dream wedding dress. She was excellent from the first phone call all the way through to the placing the order and payment. I could not have asked for a more positive , uplifting experience! You can bet that when daughter #2 gets engaged and sets her date, we will be calling Shana! Her knowledge and experience show and her customer service was far and beyond what we experienced elsewhere. I am so glad my daughter Said Yes to the dress today.

I have been here as a guest for my sister and my best friend. They both worked with the wonderful Heather! Heather and Jenna were absolutely amazing! We were able to find both dresses in one visit. When I tell you how much kids change your body, lemme tell you it can alter your mind in many ways. Right off the bat on the phone booking my appointment Heather told me my dress is in that shop. Yeah yeah lol sure. Walking in I felt so comfortable. Everyone was smiling and happy for me to be there. As soon as I arrived she saw what I was looking for and she had pulled dresses right away. Heather was so dang professional but she went above and beyond! I felt like I was trying on my dresses with my best friend. She picked up on my ques when I didnt like something, she picked up on the ques that I liked something. But she knew right away when I loved my dress. She knew I was going to be an A line dress when I came in looking for a ball gown. I fell in love with my dress and Heather made the decision effortless. I felt sooooooooo freaking beautiful. She took the flaws I see in myself, threw them in the trash and made me feel beautiful. If you want a one of a kind experience, for someone to listen to you and what you want, and to leave feeling confident and beautiful, GO HERE! It was my first and only shop. 3 dresses in and I found my beautiful dress!! Heather was amazing and she deserves the praise!

I went to two shops on the day that I went shopping and I honestly didnt expect to purchase a dress. But I did at Jenna in White! I had a lot of anxiety going into my appointment - Im the biggest Ive ever been and my body image is at an all time low. But Heather made me feel comfortable and beautiful! I cannot express enough how amazing this place is. I was lucky to have Jenna find me my dream dress. She took time making sure I felt beautiful in my dress and that it was perfect for me! Everyone is the shop was so helpful and went out of their way to make sure I had nothing but the best experience! Jenna also went out of her way to make sure my dress could be ordered and here on time, she also made sure I knew exactly what I was buying and was completely upfront and honest with me with every step of buying my dress. Jenna is simply amazing! After having gone to a few other bridal shops, I felt so defeated...but everything changed once I walked into Jenna in White. I called last minute to see if she could get me an appointment and she came in early to squeeze me in the very next day! You can tell that Jenna loves what she does; her energy is contagious! She is more than accommodating, she makes you feel so comfortable, like you’re visiting an old friend. I love that Jenna wants you to feel confident and beautiful no matter what. When she picked out dresses for me, she knew exactly my style and what I was looking for after taking a look at a few very differing styles. (I’m so eclectic and don’t love just one kind of style.) For (both) times I was in her shop today, my mom, sister, and I were the only ones there. All Covid guidelines were followed which helped me feel safe, while still being able to have the same experience that a bride should have (yup, I cried!) Heather was really great too. Though she wasn’t styling me, she gave a lot of helpful tips that ultimately made me decide on my dress. I honestly can’t think of more great things to say about Jenna, her staff, and her shop. I’m so happy to say I’ll be saying “I do” in Jenna in White! I can’t imagine it any other way!

An easy five stars!! Heather helped me find my dream dress and was patient and kind with me. I loved that there wasn’t any pressure when trying on the dresses and it allowed me to feel comfortable and at ease when making a big decision. The shop was very clean and covid measures were taken seriously which made the experience feel safe as well. I couldn’t recommend this shop to enough people.

Heather at Jenna in White (Berkeley location) was phenomenal. She not only made the experience all about me, but included my family in the choices she pulled. She made me feel comfortable and confident in my dream dress. She made it a point to come and chat with me when I was early to my appointment, and used my inspiration pictures to guide her. She was relatable and easy to communicate with; you could tell that she LOVED her job and wanted to be there. I would recommend Jenna in White again and again! Today (8/28) I went in to jenna in white to fine my perfect wedding dress. I had been to one other shop in the morning and through I found “the one” but the experience I had here was absolutely amazing and I can’t thank Heather enough for going through my journey to finding my perfect dress. The first shop I went to I was put in a room and the woman would clip me into the dress. At jenna in white she was with me the whole time and the first dress I tried on I had my bridal moment. Heather asked me three questions after I found the one and then the big question “are you saying yes to the dress?” That was the biggest YES I have ever give other than saying yes to marrying my fiancé. I just can’t rave enough about this place. Will highly recommend to any bride looking for her dress. Thank you again to Jenna in White and Heather for everything.

Finding a dress was something that was very stressful and emotional for me, and she made the experience more than I could have ever imagined. There was no stress whatsoever, and I truly feel that was because of her calming and relaxed vibe. She was interested in my style, knowing more about our wedding, and getting to know my sister and best friend that were there with me. She went the extra mile and I could not appreciate that more.
